Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pillow pouch and a method for manufacturing the pillow pouch.
Conventionally, pillow pouches that can store contents such as frozen foods have been widely used. Some of such pillow pouches are equipped with a vapor venting mechanism for automatically letting the vapor generated by heating in the microwave oven escape to the outside of the pillow pouch. Although various modes are known as the vapor venting mechanism, for example, there is one that includes a thermosoftening resin layer (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
When the vapor removal mechanism includes a heat-softening resin layer, the heat-softening resin layer is softened by heating, so the strength reduction of the heat-softening resin layer triggers a part of the heat-softening resin layer and the sealant layer. The pillow pouch can be drained of steam.
In a pillow pouch provided with such a steam removal mechanism, the contents are transferred from the pillow pouch to a plate after cooking in a microwave oven to eat the contents. However, at present, it is desired to eat the contents by using the pillow pouch as a container as it is without transferring the contents from the pillow pouch to a plate after cooking the contents in the pillow pouch.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
The first
The width W3 of the first end seal portion 14 (see FIG. 3) and the width W4 of the second end seal portion 15 (see FIG. 3) are preferably, for example, 5 mm or more and 15 mm or less, respectively. If the width W3 of the first

The palm-sealing

As shown in FIG. 1, the first
<Vapor removal mechanism>
The
In the pillow pouch 10-1 shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The width W6 of the thermosoftening resin layer 19 (see FIG. 3) is provided to be larger than the width W3 of the first
The strength is weak at the portion where the gas palm seal portion is present in the first end seal portion and the portion where the gas palm seal portion is present in the second end seal portion. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Although the

<基材層>

<< Production method of pillow pouch >>
Such pillow pouch 10-1 can be manufactured as follows. Below, the example which manufactures several pillow pouches 10-1 continuously is shown.

Next, the

According to this embodiment, since the

[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a pillow pouch according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 8 is a front view of the pillow pouch according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a plan view for explaining dimensions of each constituent element of the pillow pouch shown in FIG. Note that, in FIGS. 8 and 9, the members denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 and the like are the same as the members illustrated in FIG.

The width W16 of the thermosoftening resin layer 67 (see FIG. 11) is set to be larger than the width W11 of the first
The portion of the first end seal portion where the fold line of the gusset fold portion exists has low strength. Therefore, when the

Since the pouch 10-4 is not provided with the opening starting means as described above, when the pouch 10-4 is opened, the pouch 10-4 is picked up at the upper portion of the gas
According to the present embodiment, since the
Since the pillow pouch 10-4 is provided with the
In order to explain the present invention in detail, examples will be given below, but the present invention is not limited to these descriptions.
<実施例1>
<Example 1>
In Example 1, the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 1 was produced. Specifically, first, a packaging material having a width of 330 mm wound in a roll shape was prepared.
The packaging material comprises a base material layer made of a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 μm, a bonding layer made of a polyurethane adhesive having a thickness of 3 μm, and a sealant layer having a thickness of 40 μm made of an unstretched polyethylene film in this order. It was prepared. In addition, in the packaging material, the width of the heat-softenable resin layer is in the second seal portion in a part of a formation planned region for forming a second seal portion and a third seal portion, which will be described later, between the base material layer and the bonding layer. A thermosoftening resin layer made of MWOP varnish manufactured by DIC Graphics Co., Ltd. having a length of 20 mm, a width of 35 mm, and a thickness of 2 μm was provided so as to be larger than the third seal portion. Further, the packaging material has a continuous linear half-cut line, which is an unsealing guide portion that penetrates the base material layer and does not penetrate the sealant layer, at a predetermined position along the flow direction of the packaging material by a laser. Had been formed.
Next, both ends extending in the flow direction of the packaging material were heat-sealed with the sealant layers inside so as to form a first seal portion extending along the flow direction of the packaging material to obtain a tubular body. . After obtaining the tubular body, one side of the tubular body was folded to a widthwise inner side of the tubular body with a predetermined width to form a folded portion on one side.
After forming the folding portion, the packaging materials were heat-sealed to each other in the width direction of the cylindrical body to form the second seal portion, and a bag body having one opening was obtained. The second seal portion was formed such that the portion of the first seal portion of the second seal portion was included in the formation region of the thermosoftening resin layer.
Then, 170 g of fried rice as a content was filled through the opening of the bag. Then, the packaging materials were heat-sealed to each other in the width direction of the bag to form the third seal portion, and the sealed bag was obtained. The third seal portion was formed such that the portion of the first seal portion of the third seal portion was included in the formation region of the thermosoftening resin layer.
After that, a through hole that becomes a notch after cutting is formed at the position of the half cut line in the first end seal portion and the second end seal portion, and then, at the position where the through hole is divided, the flow direction of the packaging material is The bag was cut in a direction orthogonal to each other. Thus, a pillow pouch having the same structure as the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 1 was produced. The produced pillow pouch had a length L1 in the longitudinal direction of 120 mm and a width W1 in the lateral direction of 180 mm. Further, in the produced pillow pouch, the width W2 of the gusset folding portion was 40 mm, and the widths W3 and W4 of the first end seal portion and the second end seal portion of the pillow pouch were 10 mm, respectively. Further, the width W5 of the seal-sealed seal portion was 10 mm. The distance D1 from the outer edge of the third end to the notch was 70 mm. The dimensions of L1, W1 to W4, D1, etc. were as shown in FIG.
Then, the obtained pillow pouch was placed in a microwave oven (model number “RE-T3”, manufactured by SHARPE Corporation) in a flat state and heated at 600 W for 3 minutes. The steam automatically escaped. Further, when the pillow pouch was taken out from the microwave oven after heating and placed on a table so that the gusset folding part was on the lower side, the pillow pouch became self-supporting. After that, when the pillow pouch was opened from the notch, it was possible to maintain the self-supporting state, so that the fried rice could be eaten.
<実施例2>
<Example 2>

It was prepared. In addition, in the packaging material, the width of the thermosoftening resin layer is larger than the width of the third seal portion in a part of a formation planned region forming a third seal portion described later between the base material layer and the bonding layer. A thermosoftening resin layer made of MWOP varnish manufactured by DIC Graphics Co., Ltd. and having a length of 20 mm, a width of 35 mm, and a thickness of 2 μm was provided so as to be.
Then, both ends of the packaging material in the flow direction are heat-sealed with the sealant layers inside to form a first seal portion extending in the flow direction of the packaging material to obtain a tubular body. It was After obtaining the tubular body, both sides of the tubular body were folded inward with a predetermined width in the width direction of the tubular body, and folding parts were formed on both sides.
After forming the folding portion, the packaging materials were heat-sealed to each other in the width direction of the cylindrical body to form the second seal portion, and a bag body having one opening was obtained.
Then, 170 g of fried rice as a content was filled through the opening of the bag. Then, the packaging materials were heat-sealed to each other in the width direction of the bag to form the third seal portion, and the sealed bag was obtained. The third seal part was formed such that the fold line of the gusset fold part in the third seal part was included in the formation region of the thermosoftening resin layer.
After that, a through hole that becomes a notch after cutting is formed at the position of the half cut line in the first end seal portion and the second end seal portion, and then, at the position where the through hole is divided, the flow direction of the packaging material is The bag was cut in a direction orthogonal to each other. As a result, a pillow pouch having the same structure as the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 10 was produced. The present invention relates to pillow pouches and methods of use thereof.
That is, it is an object of the present invention to provide a pillow pouch that can remove steam and can eat the contents without being transferred to a plate after cooking and a method of using such pillow pouch.

As shown in FIG. 1, the first

The
The width W6 of the thermosoftening resin layer 19 (see FIG. 3) is provided to be larger than the width W3 of the first

<基材層>

<< Production method of pillow pouch >>
Such pillow pouch 10-1 can be manufactured as follows. Below, the example which manufactures by carrying out the vertical filling of several pillow pouches 10-1 continuously is shown.

Next, the

According to this embodiment, since the

[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a pillow pouch according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 7 is a front view of the pillow pouch according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 8 is a plan view for explaining dimensions of each component of the pillow pouch shown in FIG. 7 . 7 and 8 , the members denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 1 and the like are the same as the members shown in FIG. 1 and the like, and therefore description thereof will be omitted.

According to the present embodiment, as with the first embodiment, the

According to the present embodiment, since the

In order to explain the present invention in detail, examples will be given below, but the present invention is not limited to these descriptions.
<実施例1>
<Example 1>
<実施例2>
<Example 2>
