[Prior art]
When cooking various products such as frozen foods stored inside, an electronic device that prevents the contents from spilling due to rupture and deformation of the container and rupture of the container when a part of the heat seal part opens due to an increase in internal pressure during heating Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-25583 (Japanese Patent No. 2127080) is a basic and earliest application of a sealed container for cooking by heating.
The feasibility of the invention of Japanese Patent No. 2127080 can be easily understood as compared with the invention of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-82849. In the case of the container disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-82849, the heat seal formed so as to protrude in the inner direction of the container is actually peeled off from the protruding portion by the internal pressure, and the outer edge side of the heat seal. In contrast to the unfinished invention, the internal pressure further rises and the internal pressure further rises, or the protruding portion opens in a state close to it, and the contents may be scattered.
The invention of Japanese Patent No. 2127080 is
“An airtight container having a peelable heat-seal band, wherein at least one part of the heat-seal band is formed so as to protrude inward of the container, and the outer edge of the heat-seal band corresponding to the protrusion The portion located in the innermost direction of the container is formed in the inner direction of the container with respect to the line connecting the protrusion formation start ends on the inner edge of the heat seal band. Sealed bag. "
As a result, when the internal pressure rises during heating, separation starts from the protruding portion, and it can reliably reach the outer edge of the heat seal and allow high-pressure steam to escape outside the container. This is because the completed invention can prevent the contents from spilling due to bursting.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-25583 (Japanese Patent No. 2127080) is understood to be a practically effective technique, but problems still remain. That is, the effect that the contents can be prevented from being spilled due to the rupture of the container cannot be achieved in the pillow packaging bag shown in FIG. That is, the frozen food or the like contained in the pillow packaging bag shown in FIG. 6 is a food containing a large amount of liquid so that the liquid level comes to a level close to half the thickness of the packaging when heated. Sometimes, even if the bag does not rupture, it is inevitable that a large amount of liquid spills from the opening of the protrusion.
On the other hand, Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-25583 reveals only the pillow packaging bag shown in FIG. 6 as a bag-like airtight container, and does not specify or suggest an embodiment that can effectively prevent liquid leakage.
[0004]
In view of the above-mentioned points, the inventor made a prototype of the bag, accommodated water up to the eighth minute, heat-sealed and sealed, heated in a microwave oven, and (1) the vapor was retained sufficiently in the bag. Whether or not the steam can escape well from the high-pressure steam escape means that protrudes in a V-shape toward the inside of the bag, which is a heat seal part provided to escape the steam when the required high pressure is raised. (2) Let the steam escape At this time, a test was conducted to determine whether or not the liquid juice in the bag would leak, and (3) whether or not the bag might fall over.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 3, a standing pack P2 having a palm joint 29 on the upper surface of the bag was made (unknown). This bag P2 is an improvement of the four-side sealed bag having a palm joint 29 on the upper surface of the bag shown in FIG. 3 (c) of JP-A-10-101154. The improvement is that the high-pressure steam escape means 30 protruding in a V shape in the inner direction of the bag, which is a heat seal portion, is replaced with the invention of Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-25583.
As a result of heating in a microwave oven, when the palm joint 29 that comes to the center of the upper surface rises vertically as the internal pressure rises during heating, the steam is kept sufficiently in the bag and raised to the required high pressure. The high-pressure steam escape means 30 projecting in the direction opened and the steam escaped. However, there are times when the bag expands as the internal pressure increases during heating, but the back seal that comes to the center of the upper surface of the bag remains lying sideways. At the time of fastening, the intersection between the palm joint portion 29 and the side seal 31 opened, and steam escaped from here, and the liquid juice in the bag leaked out.
[0006]
The present invention was devised by making the above-mentioned bag as a prototype and repeating the heating test to grasp the problems, and devised after repeated improvements. When the steam was kept sufficiently in the bag and raised to the required high pressure, the steam was The technology disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-25583, that is, a high-pressure steam escape means that protrudes in a V shape in the inner direction of the bag, which is a heat seal portion, is adopted as the escape means. A space where the opening for releasing the air remains round can be formed at a high position on the upper surface of the bag or at the upper part of the side surface of the bag, and this space can be maintained not only during high-pressure expansion by heating but also after removal from the microwave oven. In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a sealed bag for cooking that does not leak liquid juice in the bag.
In the present invention, when cooking various products such as frozen food stored in the interior, a part of the heat seal part is opened due to an increase in internal pressure during heating, and the contents are blown out due to rupture and deformation of the bag and rupture of the bag. In particular, regarding the invention of Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-25583, when the heat seal of the protrusion bent in a V shape inwardly peels off due to an increase in internal pressure during heating, the steam escapes. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a sealed bag for cooking by heating in a microwave oven so that the liquid inside does not leak.

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The manufacturing method of the microwave oven cooking sealing bag of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 (a), (b), (c).
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a laminated film fed from a raw roll, and the innermost sealant film is composed of heat-resistant linear polyethylene (LLDPE), unstretched polypropylene (CPP), or the like. A cut mark m is printed on the laminated film 1 by back printing according to the bag width.
[0009]
Reference numeral 2 denotes a former, which includes a center former 2a, side formers 2b and 2c, and holding guides 2d and 2e. Two punch holes 1c and 1c are made in the laminated film 1 traveling by a flying cutter type punch device, and then the inner side of the laminated film 1 is guided so as to be aligned with the lower surface of the center former 2a. Passing both sides 1a, 1b of the laminated film that passes through the side part and protrudes on both sides of the downstream parallel part of the center former 2a through the gap between the center former 2a and the side formers 2b, 2c, and holding the guide 2d, It serves to folding into a flat tubular shape folded to the upper surface of the downstream parallel portions of the side former 2 b, 2 protrudes on the upper surface of the c film projecting portion of the center former 2a at 2e.
[0010]
3a is a rib erected on the center former 2a, 3b and 3c are ribs erected on the holding guides 2d and 2e, and these ribs 3a, 3b and 3c are offset from the center of the upper surface of the center former 2a. In this position, the two edges 1a 'and 1b' of the laminated film 1 serve to stand perpendicular to the upper surface of the former. Both edges 1a ′ and 1b ′ of the laminated film 1 are in a palm-sliding state on the downstream side of the ribs 3a, 3b and 3c. The downstream end 2e 'of the right restraining guide 2e is located at the rising base end of both edges 1a' and 1b 'of the laminated film 1 that is in the palm-arranged state, and the downstream end 2d' of the left restraining guide 2d is the palm. It plays the role of tilting both edges 1a 'and 1b' of the laminated film 1 to the right.
[0011]
4a, 4b is a receiving roll for a free rotatable film feed provided on the upper surface side of the center former 2a, one on the lower surface of the center former 2a enters the opening roll surface is provided in the center former 2a In addition , it plays a role of feeding the laminated film 1 in cooperation with a film feed driving roll (not shown) provided on the lower surface side of the center former 2a.
[0012]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a double guide for forming a gusset which is fixed to the left side of the downstream end of the center former 2a and is divided into two forks in the thickness direction of the center former 2a. In the double guide 5, the upper and lower surfaces of the upstream end 5 a coincide with the upper and lower surfaces of the center former 2 a, and the thickness gradually increases toward the downstream side, and the left edge 5 b of the portion that increases the thickness narrows the bag width. So as to be inclined.
[0013]
6 is a valley fold guide for forming a gusset made of a disk that is rotationally driven, and is rotationally driven so that the peripheral speed is equal to the traveling speed of the laminated film 1. The valley fold guide 6 serves to provide a gusset fold portion so that the loop-shaped folded portion of the laminated film 1 enters the bifurcated gap of the double guide 5 so as to have a W-shaped cross section.
[0014]
Reference numerals 7 to 11 denote driving rolls provided in a pair of upper and lower sides, which serve to sandwich and press feed from the upper and lower sides so as to maintain the folded state of the laminated film 1.
[0015]
Reference numeral 12 denotes a free rotating roll provided in a pair of upper and lower sides, which maintains the folded state of the laminated film 1 and serves to prevent the palm portion from being pulled when the laminated film 1 is gusseted by the folding disk 6. .
[0016]
By providing a step roll device (not shown) between the drive roll 7 and the drive roll 8, the film is continuously fed on the upstream side including the drive roll 7 and on the downstream side including the drive roll 8. Is intermittently fed at a bag width pitch.
[0017]
Between the driving roll 8 and the driving roll 9, there are provided a film seal portion heat sealer 13, a gusset partial loop portion flattening heat sealer 14, and a bag mouth side loop portion flattening heat sealer 15.
[0018]
The platen 16 having a heat insulating material on the lower surface is the same as the downstream end 2e 'of the right holding guide 2e, and below the palm portion that is tilted to the right of both edges 1a' and 1b 'of the laminated film 1. The heat seal part which is provided by being sandwiched on the side, and which is a high pressure steam escape means by the film seal part heat sealer 13 pressing the joint part tilted to the right side of both edges 1a 'and 1b' of the laminated film 1 17a and shoulder seal portions 17b and 17b are applied.
[0019]
The flat heat sealer 14 for the gusset portion loop portion is formed with a bottom seal portion 19 at the lower edge portion of the four-piece gusset portion 18 that is folded back into a W-shaped cross section. It avoids the loose feeling and makes the bag feel tight and plays a role of a stable stand pack. Forming the bottom seal portion 19 is essential to obtain a stable stand pack form.
[0020]
The bag mouth side loop portion flattening heat sealer 15 serves to attach a flat fold to the looped folded portion on the bag opening side of the laminated film 1 or to perform heat sealing. Since this edge is cut off on the downstream side, it is only necessary to attach a signature instead of heat sealing. However, since the loop-like folded portion on the bag opening side of the laminated film 1 is sandwiched between the drive rolls 7 to 11 provided in a pair of upper and lower sides, it is not essential to provide the bag mouth side loop portion flattening heat sealer 15.
[0021]
Reference numeral 20 denotes a pair of upper and lower side seal heat sealers that heat seal about 10 mm wide so that the horizontal line passing through the cut mark comes to the center of the seal width to form the side seal portion 21 of the bag and to align the four cross sections with a W-shaped cross section The side edges of the gusset portion 19 are welded to each other at the location where the two punch holes 1c and 1c face each other so that the gusset portion 19 does not open on the side of the bag, thereby constituting a self-supporting means for the bag. It comes to play a role. It is essential to form the side seal portion 21 and weld the films on the outer sides at the locations where the punch holes 1c and 1c face each other so that the gusset portion 19 does not open on the bag side portion.
However, if the side seal portion 21 is formed first, the heat seal portion 17a that is a high-pressure steam escape means and the shoulder seal portions 17b and 17b on both sides thereof cannot be applied. The side seal portion 21 is provided with a heat seal portion 17a and shoulder seal portions 17b and 17b, which are high-pressure steam escape means, by pressing the palm portions tilted to the right of both edges 1a 'and 1b' of the laminated film 1. It is essential to make the bag-making process prior to the formation of.
[0022]
22 is a bag opening forming cutter composed of a pair of upper and lower disk cutters, and when the film is intermittently fed, it serves to provide a bag opening 24 by cutting off the small cut portion 23 of the looped folded portion on the bag opening side. Fulfill. It is an indispensable process after forming the side seal part 21 to cut off the cut portion 23 and provide the opening 24 of the bag. The bag opening forming cutter 22 need not be a disk cutter.
[0023]
Reference numeral 25 denotes a cut-off cutter, which serves to provide a notch 26 for opening the bag.
[0024]
A bag cutting cutter 27 cuts the center of the seal width that coincides with the cut mark and cuts the bag P. Alternatively, the bag opening 24 may be provided by cutting off the small cut portion 23 of the loop-shaped folded portion on the bag opening side after the bag P is cut off.
[0025]
Then, the manufacturing method of the sealing bag for microwave oven cooking of this invention is demonstrated.
The laminated film 1 is unwound from a raw roll (not shown), and two punch holes 1c and 1c are formed at a required interval on the horizontal line through which the cut mark m passes. 1b is folded into the upper surface side of the former 2 and the film side edges 1a 'and 1b' are aligned with each other, then tilted sideways to the side where the bag opening is provided and lowered from above with the platen 16 lying horizontally below The heat sealer 13 for the film-clumping portion having a specific shape to be pressed is applied to the film-clipping portions 1a ′ and 1b ′ to provide the heat seal portion 17a and shoulder seal portions 17b and 17b as the high-pressure steam escape means, and the laminated film 1 The valley fold guide 6 is pushed from the outside into the gap between the two guides 5 supported by the center former 2a into the loop-shaped folded portion on the bag bottom side of the bag. The four gusset portions 18 are folded back into a W-shaped cross section, the two punch holes 1c and 1c are opposed to each other inside the gusset portion 18, and then the side seal portion is aligned with the cut mark m by the side seal heat sealer 20. 21 and the two punch holes 1c and 1c are welded at opposite positions so that the gusset portion does not open on the side of the bag to form a self-supporting means for the bag. Are cut by the bag opening forming cutter 22 to cut the weak width portion 23 of the looped folded portion on the bag opening side of the laminated film 1 to provide a bag opening 24 and cut by the bag cutting cutter 27 according to the cut mark m. 2 (a) and 2 (b) can be produced.
[0026]
Then, the structure and packaging form of the microwave oven cooking sealing bag P manufactured as mentioned above are demonstrated anew.
As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), both side edges of a pair of side surface portions 1d and 1e are joined in a palm-like shape, side seal portions 21 are provided, self-supporting means are provided at the lower portion, and an article to be packaged is provided at the upper end. A film having an opening 24 to be accommodated, and a film constituting the side surface portion 1d located on the upper side of the one side surface portion 1d is projected outwardly from the top of the bag and overlapped in the form of a palm and divided at the extended end. There are joint portions 1a 'and 1b', and the film joint portions 1a 'and 1b' have a heat seal portion 17a which is a peelable high pressure steam escape means projecting in a V shape inward of the bag and shoulder seals on both sides thereof. Portions 17b and 17b are provided, and the contour shape of the shoulder seal portions 17b and 17b on the bag inner side is such that the rising base end a of the film palm portions 1a ′ and 1b ′ and the high-pressure steam escape means forming start end Is connected with a straight line or a curve 17b ' Notches 26 and 26 for opening after cooking are provided near the lower side of the palm portions 1a ′ and 1b ′. As shown in FIG. 2 (c), frozen food or shark fin soup or the like is provided through the opening 24 at the upper end. And the top seal portion 28 is provided on the edge of the opening 24.
[0027]
Accordingly, the microwave oven cooking sealing bag P shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) is configured as a standing pack having a peelable heat seal band, and one place of the heat seal band is inside the container. A high-pressure steam escape means 17a protruding in a V shape in the direction is formed, and the outermost edge of the heat seal band corresponding to the high-pressure steam escape means 17a and located at the innermost side of the container is the heat seal band Is positioned inward of the container with respect to the line connecting the formation start ends of the high-pressure steam escape means at the inner edge of the container, and the heat seal of the high-pressure steam escape means peels off due to an increase in the steam pressure in the bag during heating. The heat seal of the protrusion that bends inwardly in a V shape due to an increase in the internal pressure during heating peels off and the liquid is improved so that the internal liquid does not leak when the vapor is released. .
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (c), a microwave oven heating comprising a package S such as a frozen food or a shark fin soup accommodated through an opening 24 and a top seal 28 applied to the edge of the opening 24. The cooking bag P is put in a microwave oven and cooked. The steam in the bag becomes high temperature and high pressure by heating and expands into bread. Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the bag body portion constituted by the side surface portions 1d and 1e expands, and the film palm portions 1a 'and 1b' and the inner portions of the shoulder seal portions 17b and 17b. Is formed in the high-pressure steam escape means 17a in which the two films constituting the film palm portions 1a 'and 1b' are separated from each other and the force projects in a V shape inward of the bag. The heat seal is peeled off from the inner end of the high-pressure steam escape means 17a. When the high-pressure steam escape means 17a opens, the high-pressure steam escapes and the bag can be prevented from rupturing. Therefore, the contents can be prevented from spilling due to the rupture of the bag. The pressure in the bag rises until the generation of steam becomes balanced with the escape of steam, and the heat seal of the high-pressure steam escape means 17a continues to peel from the inner end to enlarge the opening. When the size is about 3 mmφ to 4 mmφ, the amount of generated steam and the amount of escape of high-pressure steam are substantially balanced, and the increase in internal pressure stops and the separation stops.
The expansion of the space between the inner portions of the film palm portions 1a 'and 1b' and the shoulder seal portions 17b and 17b overlaps with the expansion of the bag body portion formed by the side portions 1d and 1e, and Since the high-pressure steam escape means 17a does not fully open and a V-shaped flat part remains, it becomes a space that rises symmetrically on both sides of the high-pressure steam escape means 17a, and these are the two sheets constituting the film palm portions 1a 'and 1b' Both sides of the central portion of the film act as a stress to lift, and the triangular unwelded portion 17c on the outer edge of the high-pressure steam escape means 17a is opened in a trumpet shape.
For this reason, even if there is a large amount of liquid in the bag, the opening through which high-pressure steam is released is secured at a sufficiently large and high position, so that even if there is a large amount of liquid soup, it will not spill out.
When heating is stopped and taken out of the microwave oven, the inside of the bag becomes negative pressure, but the opening for releasing the high-pressure steam is sufficiently large, so the opening of the high-pressure steam is released slightly in response to the cooling of the temperature inside the bag. Since the outside air flows in each time and the sealant film has a slight shape maintaining function by stretching, the bag is not crushed, so that the liquid juice in the bag does not leak from the opening.
[0029]
The manufacturing method of the microwave oven cooking sealing bag P according to the present invention is such that the innermost sealant film is entirely made of the same material such as heat-resistant linear polyethylene (LLDPE) or unstretched polypropylene (CPP). Since the high pressure steam escape means 17a is welded and formed by heat sealing and no easy peel or the like is used, the high pressure steam escape means 17a of the film joint portions 1a 'and 1b' and shoulder seals on both sides thereof are adopted. The seal temperature and the seal pressure when forming the portions 17b and 17b, the side seals 21 and 21, the bottom seal 19 and the top seal 28 are obtained uniformly. In the portion corresponding to the high-pressure steam escape means 7, a material different from the innermost sealant film is not partially processed on the surface, or another material is not used on the opposite surface. Further, the process corresponding to the high-pressure steam escape means 17a is not performed with a process of low-temperature heat sealing or low-pressure heat sealing for weakening the sealing strength.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
