Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a food packaging bag for a microwave oven, which hermetically seals and packages food to be cooked in a microwave oven.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, there is a packaging bag for hermetic packaging made of a soft packaging material sheet made of a flexible synthetic resin film or a composite film for hermetically packaging and packaging foods for microwave ovens.
[0003]
Conventionally, when food containing seasonings and the like is hermetically packaged in a packaging bag made of soft packaging material and cooked in a microwave oven with high frequency without taking the food out of the packaging bag as it is, The water vapor generated from the seasoning liquid and food is saturated in the bag, and the bag expands rapidly.
[0004]
For this reason, unspecified portions of the bag are easily destroyed, and when the purpose is to cook the contents such as raw fish together with the seasoning liquid, the seasoning liquid may spill outside, or the inside of the microwave oven due to rapid expansion of the bag. Risk of rupture at
[0005]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, a flat bag-shaped hermetically sealed packaging bag A using a soft wrapping material 1 of a polyolefin film, and a bottom seal portion 3 whose bottom end is hermetically sealed, In a sealed packaging bag provided with side seal portions 5 and 5 in which both right and left end portions are hermetically sealed and the contents are filled from an upper opening 1a, a side seal portion 5 formed on one side end thereof is provided. A part with a narrow seal width (opening seal part 5a that peels off and opens by internal pressure) is provided in the sealant layer for bag making with an easy peel function, and the part is destroyed by the steam pressure in the bag. There is a bag provided with a function of releasing the outside.
[0006]
A sealed packaging bag in which a narrow seal width is provided in the side seal of such a bag breaks the narrow seal width portion at the side end of the bag and releases water vapor to the side, so that the seasoning liquid in the bag is removed. At the same time, it is easier to discharge to the outside than the side of the bag.
[0007]
In addition, in addition to this, make a hole in the center of the bag instead of the side beforehand, reseal with adhesive tape, remove the tape when cooking, heat in a microwave with the hole facing up in that state There is a bag which has a function of releasing the water vapor in the bag by cooking to the outside of the bag.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The food packaging bag for a microwave oven according to the present invention is a packaging bag A having a shape as shown in the plan view of FIG.
[0017]
The packaging bag A of the present invention comprises a rectangular soft packaging material film 1 provided with a sealant layer (a heat-fusible resin layer capable of bonding and sealing the inner surfaces to each other by hot pressing) on its inner surface. It is folded into three parts, and is overlapped at an appropriate position such as a center part or an end part from the center part, and the same inner surfaces of both ends of the three-folded soft packaging material film 1 are overlapped with each other in a jointed manner, and the overlapping An upright back seal portion 2 whose inner surface is adhesively sealed by heat and pressure is formed.
[0018]
At the lower end of the three-folded soft packaging material film 1, a bottom seal portion 3 is formed, which is adhesively sealed by heat and pressure in a direction perpendicular to the back seal portion 2, and the upper end portion is filled with contents. The upper opening 1a is provided in an unsealed state, and the top seal is formed later by adhesively sealing with hot pressure. The lower end of the back seal 2 intersecting with the bottom seal 3 and / or the upper end intersecting with the top seal 4 are superimposed on the bottom seal 3 and the top seal 4, respectively. The bags may be integrally sealed and sealed with each other, or may be separated from each other.
[0019]
Such a separated state occurs because the outermost film of the soft packaging material film 1 used for bag making has a higher melting point than the innermost sealant layer, and is thus fused by a heat seal. .

In the area of the narrow seal portion 2a, the narrow seal portion 2a extends across the front and back. The notch or cutout portion 2c is cut so as to cut it. The narrow seal portion 2a is formed on the inner end side of the narrow seal portion 2a by the cut notch or cutout portion 2c. An opening seal portion 2d having a seal width DO is formed. The narrow seal portion 2a is formed by providing an unsealed region 2b in a partial area of the back seal portion 2 from the inner end to the outer end side of the back seal portion 2. The position and length (LI described later) of the portion 2a (or the unsealed area 2b) are not particularly limited in the present invention, but, for example, as shown in FIG. Over the length of 10 mm or more, or over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the back seal portion 2 (the entire length excluding the top and bottom seal portions).
[0021]
The cut portion 2c formed in the area of the narrow seal portion 2a is a single straight line, a curved line, or a composite line of one straight line and a curved line, and is a direction along the longitudinal direction of the back seal portion 2. It is cut into pieces.
[0022]
The cutout portion 2c formed in the area of the narrow seal portion 2a is cut out in a single elongated rectangular pattern in the direction along the longitudinal direction of the back seal portion 2, or one or more cutout portions 2c are formed. Or one or more perfect circular, elliptical, or elliptical patterns.
[0023]
The packaging bag A of the present invention after the content is hermetically packaged has a seal width DO in the narrow seal portion 2a when an internal pressure of a predetermined pressure or more is generated in the sealed bag during microwave cooking. The adhesively sealed inner surfaces of the opening seal portion 2d are separated from each other from the unsealed portion 2b side, and can be opened from the opening seal portion 2d, so that the seal width DO can be made narrower. By providing the cutout portion 2c (or cutout portion), it is possible to promote the ease of peeling and opening due to internal pressure generated in the bag. On the other hand, by providing the cutout portion 2c so as to make the seal width DO wider, It is possible to promote the difficulty of peeling and opening due to the internal pressure generated in the bag, and by setting the seal width DO to an appropriate width, it is possible to impart appropriate peeling and opening properties to the internal pressure due to microwave heating.
[0024]
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the narrow seal portion 2 a is provided at a part of the back seal portion 2, which is a substantially middle portion in the longitudinal direction, at an outer end from an inner end I- 2 of the back seal portion 2. It is formed by providing the unsealed area 2b toward the O-2 side (from the inside of the packaging bag to the outside).
[0025]
In the food packaging bag A for a microwave oven of the present invention, when an internal pressure equal to or more than a predetermined pressure is generated in the sealed bag, the opening sealing portion 2d of the narrow sealing portion 2a is reliably opened. On the inner surface of the narrow seal portion 2a region (or the opening seal portion 2d region), a sealant layer that is more releasable than the sealant layer formed on the inner surface other than the narrow seal portion 2a is formed by application, and a predetermined amount is placed in a sealed bag. When an internal pressure equal to or higher than the pressure is generated, it is desirable that the adhesively sealed inner surfaces be easily separated from each other so that the opening seal portion 2d can be reliably opened.
[0026]
As the soft packaging material film 1 for making the packaging bag A, a laminated film (composite film) of two to three or more layers in which a sealant layer is formed on at least the innermost side (adhesive seal side) is used. However, as the synthetic resin of the sealant layer on the innermost surface side, a polyolefin-based resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene having a good heat-fusing property and a relatively low melting point is suitable, and after heat-sealing the sealant layer with the synthetic resin. Can be peeled by cohesive peeling (cohesive failure), the peel strength of which is suitably about 500 g / 15 mm to 1000 g / 15 mm, and the synthetic resin laminated on the outer surface side thereof is as follows: It is not particularly limited as long as it is a synthetic resin having predetermined suitability (gas barrier property, moisture permeability, tear strength, flexibility, etc.) as a packaging bag. Examples of lamination of the soft packaging material film 1 and the layer thickness are shown in the following (1) to (3).
{Circle around (1)} Polyethylene terephthalate (12 μm) / unstretched polypropylene (50 to 60 μm) Unstretched polypropylene (TAF650C; manufactured by Tosero Corporation)
(2) Nylon (15 μm) / Unstretched polypropylene (25 μm)
Non-stretched polypropylene (TX254N; manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.)
(3) Polyethylene terephthalate (25 μm) / unstretched polypropylene (25 μm)
Non-stretched polypropylene (TX254N; manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.)
[0027]
Further, other laminating examples of the soft packaging material film 1 and the layer thicknesses thereof are shown in the following (1) to (3).
{Circle around (1)} Polyethylene terephthalate (12 μm) / unstretched polypropylene (50 μm)
Unstretched polypropylene (CMPS013C; manufactured by Tosero Corporation)
(2) Nylon (15 μm) / Unstretched polypropylene (25 μm)
Non-stretched polypropylene (TX254N; manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.)
(3) Polyethylene terephthalate (25 μm) / unstretched polypropylene (25 μm)
Non-stretched polypropylene (TX254N; manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.)
[0028]
In particular, a heat-fusible synthetic resin having a higher melting point than the synthetic resin for the sealant layer is applied to the inner surface of the area of the narrow seal portion 2a (or the seal portion 2d for opening). In addition, the opening seal portion 2d can be provided with an easy peeling / unsealing performance with certainty due to the internal pressure of the bag.
[0029]
Further, by applying silicone resin, paraffin, or a synthetic resin containing one or both of them to the inner surface of the area of the narrow seal portion 2a (or the seal portion 2d for opening), a bag is formed on the seal portion 2d for opening. It is possible to provide a reliable peeling / opening performance by the internal pressure.
[0030]
FIG. 2 (a) shows that the food packaging bag A for a microwave oven of the present invention is filled with food for heating and cooking by microwave from the upper opening 1a, and the upper opening 1a is heat-pressed by an inner sealant layer. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a sealed packaging bag in which a top seal portion 4 is provided by adhesively sealing with a seal seal package.
[0031]
When the food in the sealed packaging bag is cooked in a microwave oven, the packaging bag is placed in the microwave oven as it is with the back seal portion 2 facing upward, or placed on a paper or ceramic saucer. set. Also, it is appropriate that the back seal portion 2 is raised from the surface of the packaging bag in advance and then placed in the microwave oven.
[0032]
By heating with a microwave oven, water vapor is generated from the food and the seasoning liquid in the sealed packaging bag, and the packaging bag is expanded and saturated by the steam, generating an internal pressure in the bag and applying tension to the film of the packaging bag.
[0033]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), due to the internal pressure and tension of the sealed packaging bag, pressure is applied to the unsealed region 3b from the inside of the packaging bag, and the inner surfaces of the adhesively sealed films of the opening seal portion 2d are mutually separated. Peeling from the front and back, the opening seal portion 2d is opened at the cutout portion 2c (or cutout portion) to form an exhaust opening 6, whereby the hermetically sealed packaging bag A is released from the hermeticity. The steam V can be released from the opening 6 to avoid rupture, and the heated seasoning liquid is retained in the packaging bag A because the opening 6 is formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag A.
[0034]
Further, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the narrow seal portion 2 a of the packaging bag A is formed so that the outer seal O- It is formed by providing an unsealed area 2b having a width DI toward the second side.
[0035]
A cut-out portion 2c (or cut-out portion) having a length LO is provided in a part of the area of the narrow seal portion 2a in the longitudinal direction (for example, a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction).
[0036]
The unsealed area 2b provided along the inner end I-2 side is for improving the upright position of the back seal portion 2 when the packaging bag A is inflated. The length is set to an appropriate length LI so that the entire back seal portion 2 can be smoothly raised when an internal pressure is applied.
[0037]
In this way, the unsealed width DI, the width DO of the sealing portion 2d for opening, the unsealed length LI, and the length LO of the sealing portion 2d for opening from the cutout 2c (or cutout) are appropriately set. By setting, the internal pressure generated in the bag when cooking by heating in the microwave oven can apply an appropriate tension to the film of the packaging bag, and the back seal portion 2 can be quickly raised, and the object is achieved. The tension for peeling off the seal of the opening seal portion 2d can be activated more quickly for the seal portion for opening 2d than the top and bottom seal portions 3 and 4, and a reliable peeling opening of the seal portion for opening 2d is generated. be able to.
[0038]
The length LO and the unsealed length LI of the opening seal portion 2d are not particularly limited in the present invention, but the length of the back seal portion 2 caused by the internal pressure generated in the bag may be increased. For quick and smooth operation, it is desirable to set the relationship between the length LO of the opening seal portion 2d and the unsealed length LI to be LO <LI.
[0039]
In the packaging bag A shown in FIG. 4, the vertical length H in the vertical direction, the horizontal width W, the width S of the back seal portion 2 (the length of the back seal portion 2 corresponds to the vertical length H), and the length of the unsealed portion 2b. When the width DI is set, each numerical value is appropriately set to obtain the best condition.
[0040]
Then, a proper adhesive seal strength is maintained in the sealing portion 2d for opening of the packaging bag A filled with the contents, and an appropriate peeling of the opening due to the internal pressure when the packaging bag A is inflated in the heating cooking is performed. The width of the opening seal portion 2d is set.
[0041]
FIG. 4 shows a packaging bag A according to the present invention, in which a back seal portion 2 is formed in the packaging bag A, a bottom seal portion 3 is formed at the lower end of the packaging bag A, and side seal portions 5 and 5 are provided at both left and right ends. This shows another formed packaging form. In the area of the narrow seal portion 2a in the back seal portion 2, the cutout portion 2c (or cutout) as in the above-described respective embodiments of the packaging bag A of the present invention. Portion) is formed, and an opening seal portion 2d is formed on the unsealed portion 2b side of the inner end I-2 of the narrow width seal portion 2a.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
The food packaging bag for a microwave oven of the present invention can be sealed in a packaging bag made of a soft wrapping material together with the seasoning, and can be heated and cooked in a microwave without removing the food from the bag as it is. A cut or cutout is provided in the narrow seal provided on the back seal of the bag, and the packaging bag is subjected to any processing except that the back seal is set in a microwave oven with the back seal facing upward and heated. The opening seal formed on the inner end side of the cutout or cutout is peeled and opened by the internal pressure of the packaging bag generated by heating, and the steam filled in the bag is quickly discharged out of the bag. It is possible to avoid bursting, and the heated seasoning liquid or the like can be well retained in the packaging bag without leaking out because the opening is formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag. effective.
[0043]
Also, in the food packaging bag for a microwave oven of the present invention, at the time when the heating and cooking by the microwave oven is completed, the back seal portion is opened by the narrow seal portion provided at the center portion thereof due to the saturated steam pressure inside the bag. The opening is provided, and by pulling the film on both sides of the opening to both sides, there is an effect that the packaging bag can be easily and safely expanded and opened in a saucer shape without spilling the seasoning liquid or the like outside.
