本願発明は、電子レンジで加熱調理できるように食品を収容できる電子レンジ用包装袋に関する。

従来、包装袋により密封包装された被調理品(特に液状物)は、湯煎加熱による調理方法に限られ、電子レンジを使用すると、加熱調理時に、被調理品の蒸発水分により内部圧力が上昇するため、包装シートが風船状に脹らみ破裂するおそれがある。

従って、電子レンジで調理する場合には、液洩れすることなく蒸気を逃がす工夫が必要となり、そこで、従来では包装袋に逆止弁を付けたり、調理直前に包装袋の一部を鋏で切断したりしていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願発明は、上記第一及び第三の課題を解決すべくなされたものであり、本願発明に係る電子レンジ用包装袋は、重ね合わされた一対の包装シート3 の内面同士を接着部11で接着してなる背貼り部7 と、被調理品A が収容される収容空間部9 とを有する電子レンジ用包装袋において、前記背貼り部7 には、収容空間部9 に連通する蒸気通路25が形成され、しかも該背貼り部7 の接着部11には、蒸気通路25と連通する蒸気排出口27を形成すべく、背貼り部7 の縁部7aに向けて該背貼り部7 の包装シート3 を破断するための切込部21が形成され、前記接着部 11 は、前記蒸気通路 25 を外部と遮断するための密封シール部 15 と、該密封シール部 15 と離間して設けられた島状シール部 17 とから構成されてなり、該島状シール部 17 は、蒸気排出口 27 の形成を行なわずに加熱調理した際に、収容空間部 9 内の圧力上昇により剥離して排出口 31 が形成されるよう構成されてなるていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本願発明の一実施の形態について図面に従って説明する。
図1乃至図6において、1はチルド食品または冷凍食品等の被調理品Aを包装するための袋本体で、この袋本体1 は、二軸延伸ポリエステル、二軸延伸ポリアミド等のプラスチックフィルムを基材とし、最内層にポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等の熱融着性樹脂を積層したもの等の包装シート3 から構成されている。尚、被調理品Aとしては、例えば、出汁入りおでん、たれ付き豚角煮、麻姿豆腐、丼の具、たれ付き焼肉、カレーシチュー、スープ等の各種の食品が挙げられる。但し、図1乃至図3に示す袋本体は、被調理品Aが収容されていない空の状態の包装袋を示す。

前記被調理品Aを包装する袋本体1 は、内面の熱融着性樹脂層同士が対向するように包装シート3 が折畳まれており、該袋本体1 は図1に示す如く平面視略方形状で周囲が密封された袋部5 と、該包装シート3 の中途部を二重に折畳んで、その折畳まれ重なり合った部位の内面同士を接着してなる背貼り部7 とから構成されている。尚、本実施形態において、袋部5 及び背貼り部7 の横幅L1は150mmで、袋部5 の奥行きL2は240mmであり、背貼り部7 の上下高さL3は30mmに設けられている。

特に、本実施形態においては島状シール部17が略逆三角形の形状に形成されているので、袋本体1 に作用する変形しようとする力は島状シール部17の下端17a に作用しやすく、この下端17a の包装シート3 同士が剥離され易い。

また、上記実施形態においては、包装シート3 の中途部を二重に折畳んで背貼り部7 を形成するものについて説明したが、図7又は図8に示す如く包装シート3 の端部の内面同士が重なり合うように折り畳み、この端部の内面同士を接着して背貼り部7 を形成しても良い。さらに、一枚の包装シート3 を折り畳んで製袋するもののみならず、三枚の包装シートを重ね合わせて接着することにより製袋することもできる。また、上記実施形態では、背貼り部7 の上縁7aの中央部分を接着しないものについて説明したが、図7又は図8に示す如く、背貼り部7 の上縁7a部分も接着するものであっても良い。
