The present invention relates to a packaging bag having easy tearability, and in particular, easy tearing that can be easily torn and opened without using a tool such as scissors after cooking the packaging bag with heating means such as a microwave oven. The present invention relates to a packaging bag having properties.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, packaged foods have been proposed in which a cooked or semi-cooked food is filled in a packaging bag made of a heat-resistant plastic film and heated and cooked with a microwave oven or the like immediately before eating.

This type of packaged food is required to open a bag directly without using an instrument such as scissors as soon as possible after heating. For this reason, a device has been devised so that a tear notch can be easily inserted into the seal portion at the periphery of the bag.

However, since the seal width is narrow, the heated contents may be touched through the bag surface, and the hands become hot and may cause burns. It is not easy to tear with your hands alone. There are problems such as.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems relating to packaging bags for packaged foods that are cooked by a microwave oven or the like, and can be held hot without the possibility of burns, and instruments such as scissors. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging bag having easy tearability that can be easily torn and opened without being used.

The invention of claim 1 of the present invention is a packaging bag comprising two main body films each having a sealant layer facing each other with the sealant layer facing inside, and the periphery is side sealed and bottom sealed. The main body film is folded in a Z-shape by two lateral fold lines parallel to the bottom seal over the entire width in the vicinity of the bottom seal to form a folded portion protruding from the packaging bag body and folded in two in the center of the fold line near parts, partly a microwave heatable packaging bag sealing portion is made of the structure formed as a passing steam section having one or more sites of the unsealed portion, said side seals against the bottom seal has been formed wider, the tip both corners of the folding portion is rounded cut, the side seal and the folding tip both corners overlap parts In, which have an easily tearability, characterized in that the easy-cutting unit cuts cut away side seals from the outer edge partially inwardly is formed.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, both corners of the front end of the folded portion are cut into a round shape, and the portion of the side seal where the corners of the front end of the folded portion overlap each other has the side seal inserted from the outer edge. Since the easy-to-cut cut part that is partly cut out toward the side is formed, if you hold the vicinity of the bottom corner of the packaging bag body and the corner of the folding part and pull the folding part toward you, the packaging bag The packaging bag main body is torn in the horizontal direction and the packaging bag is easily opened by the cut-in easy cut portion formed in the side seal of the main body.

In the invention of claim 2, in the first invention, the easy-to-cut portion has a constricted shape in which round cut portions that are cut round at both corners of the front end of the folding portion are formed symmetrically in the transverse direction. It is a packaging bag having easy tearing characteristics.

Thus, according to the invention described in claim 2, the easy-to-cut cut portion is a constricted shape in which the round cut portions that are cut round at both corners of the front end of the folded portion are formed symmetrically in the transverse direction. Holding the vicinity of the bottom corner of the main unit and the corner of the folded part and pulling the folded part forward, the easy-to-cut part formed on the side seal of the packaging bag body triggers the side of the packaging bag body. Can be easily torn in the direction.

In this way, the packaging bag having easy tearability according to the present invention can be easily opened by tearing, and at the same time, the front corners of the folded portion are cut round so that the packaging bags are punctured with each other. There is an effect that can be prevented.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on one embodiment.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the packaging bag having easy tearability according to the present invention has two main body films (1, 2) having a sealant layer on each other with the sealant layer (22) on the inside. It is a packaging bag (10) which is made to face and the periphery is a side seal (12) and a bottom seal (13).

And the main body film (1) on the front side was folded in a Z shape by two lateral fold lines (a, b) parallel to the bottom seal over the entire width in the vicinity of the bottom seal and protruded from the packaging bag body A fold portion (3) is formed, and a seal portion (14) partially having one or more unsealed portions (15) in the center near the fold line (a) of the fold portion (3) folded in half. ) Relates to a packaging bag capable of being heated in a microwave oven having a structure formed as a steam passage section (16).

The corners (4, 4) at the front end of the folding part (3) are cut round, and the part of the side seal where the corners at the front end of the folding part overlap is a part with the side seal facing inward from the outer edge. It is characterized in that cut-out easy cut portions (5, 5) are formed. In addition, the four corners of the packaging bag body (17) are also rounded.

The easy-to-cut cut portion (5) has an easy cutability when the round cut portion (4) rounded at both corners of the tip of the folded portion (3) is formed into a constricted shape formed in line symmetry in the lateral direction. improves.

The plastic film constituting the main film (1) on the front side and the main film (2) on the back side is composed of a composite film in which at least a base material (21) and a sealant layer (22) are laminated (see FIG. 4A). ).

The base material (21) is a layer that becomes a base material of the packaging bag, and is in the form of a sheet or film, and is polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.), polyester (polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, etc.), A relatively heat-resistant plastic film or sheet, which is usually used as a packaging material, such as polyamide (nylon-6, nylon-66, polyimide, etc.) or a copolymer of these polymers can be used.

For example, known additives such as an antistatic agent, an ultraviolet absorber, a plasticizer, a lubricant, and a colorant can be added to the base material (21), and they are appropriately added as necessary.

Furthermore, the surface of the base material (21) can be subjected to surface modification such as corona discharge treatment or anchor coating treatment to improve adhesion with a sealant layer (22) described later.

Moreover, a printing layer (not shown) can be formed in the surface or back surface of a base material as needed.

In order to improve the gas barrier property like an aluminum foil, a thin film of an inorganic compound such as aluminum oxide or silicon oxide is provided on a plastic film as a base to a thickness of about 20 to 100 nm by a vapor deposition method such as physical vapor deposition or chemical vapor deposition. An inorganic compound vapor-deposited plastic film can also be used. As the plastic film in this case, a stretched polyethylene terephthalate film can be preferably used.

The sealant layer (22) can be used as long as it is a heat-sealable resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene copolymer, and saturated polyester. However, in consideration of the suitability for microwave oven, the thickness of the polypropylene is about 50 to 80 μm. Resins can be used more preferably.

When it is necessary to improve the drop strength, the piercing strength and the gas barrier property, an intermediate layer (23) may be interposed between the base material (21) and the sealant layer (22) as shown in FIG. it can. As an intermediate | middle layer (23), a nylon film, a polyester film, etc. can be used preferably, for example. The intermediate layer may include a vapor deposition layer of an inorganic compound such as aluminum oxide or silicon oxide.

Bonding between the base material (21) and the sealant layer (22) or between the intermediate layer (23) and the sealant layer (22) is, for example, a dry laminating method using a two-component reaction type polyurethane resin adhesive, or the like. It can carry out easily using the well-known lamination method.

If necessary, an easy peel film (not shown) excellent in easy peelability and microwave suitability may be sandwiched between the film of the folded portion (3) folded in half.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail by way of examples.

As a plastic film to be the main film (1) on the front side and the main film (2) on the back side, an aluminum oxide-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film (thickness 12 μm) (21) / biaxially stretched nylon film (thickness 15 μm) (23) / A composite film having a width of 130 mm composed of an unstretched polypropylene film (thickness: 80 μm) was prepared.

As an easy peel film (not shown), an easy peel film for retort, CMPS 013C (manufactured by Tosero Co., Ltd.) (thickness 50 μm), which was cut into a tape shape having substantially the same width as the folded portion, was prepared.

Next, the front-side main body film prepared in advance is formed by two lateral fold lines (a, b) with a sealant layer (22) on the inner side and a distance of 15 mm parallel to the bottom seal over the entire lateral direction. The easy peel film is bent in a Z-shape, and an easy peel film is sandwiched therebetween, and the easy peel film is thermally fused between the sealant layers (22).

The folded portion (3) folded in half has a length of 15 mm, and the periphery thereof is formed by thermal fusion in a discontinuous state with a seal portion (14) having a partially unsealed portion (15). In the center, there is provided a steam passage section (16) for releasing the steam generated when the microwave oven is heated out of the bag.

The corners at both ends of the folding part (3) were 3R and cut into 4 mm in the width direction and 5 mm in the flow direction to form a round cut part (4).

The front-side main body film (1) and the back-side main body film (2) having the folding portion (3) having such a length of 15 mm are opposed to each other with the sealant layer (22) on the inside, and the periphery is side-sealed ( 12) When the bottom seal (13) is folded, the length from the tip of the folded portion to the tip of the bottom seal is 20 mm, the width is 130 mm and the length is 165 mm with a seal width of 10 mm on the flow direction side. The packaging bag was made by heat fusion.

Finally, in the side seal (12) of the packaging bag, the packaging bag main body (17) positioned in line symmetry with the portion of the folding portion (3) overlapped with both corners (4) at the tip and the tip side of the folding portion. Example of forming an easy-to-cut cut portion (5) having a constricted shape of 3 mm in the width direction on the) side and 4 mm inward from the outer edge in the width direction and 5 mm in the flow direction toward the front end side of the fold portion. The packaging bag (10) which has 1 easy tear property was produced (refer FIGS. 1-4).

A packaging bag of the same dimensions is produced using the same material as in Example 1 except that no round cut portion is provided at both corners of the tip of the folded portion and no easy cut portion is provided on the side seal of the packaging bag body. The packaging bag of Example 2 was obtained.

Each of the thus produced packaging bag of Example 1 and the packaging bag of Example 2 which is a comparative example was filled with 200 ml of water, and the opening was sealed at the top (11), at 121 ° C for 30 minutes. Retort sterilization was performed under the conditions.

Thirty packaging bags subjected to the retort sterilization treatment were arbitrarily placed in a cardboard case of 180 mm × 200 mm × 200 mm, and the state of the packaging bag when dropped two times from the height of 120 cm was counted as the number of stab leaks. The results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 0004710378
Figure 0004710378
Moreover, about the packaging bag of Example 1, after filling 200 milliliters of water and sealing an opening top, it heated by a microwave oven, and immediately after that, the round cut part of the side seal of a 15 mm long folding part Holding the side seal of the packaging bag body in the vicinity and overlapping it, the round cut portion was torn near the front and checked for hand-holding and opening. The results are shown in Table 2.

Figure 0004710378
Figure 0004710378
From the results of Tables 1 and 2, the packaging bag of the present invention in which a round cut portion is provided at both end corners of the folding portion, and an easy-to-cut cut portion is provided in a portion of the packaging bag body that overlaps the folding portion of the side seal. It can be seen that the number of puncture leaks due to dropping is reduced, and the hand-holding and unsealing properties are good.
