Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a microwave packaging bag that can contain food so that it can be cooked in a microwave oven.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, packaging for microwave ovens that can be cooked with a microwave oven while contents such as retort food are packaged, and that can be opened from a predetermined position by an internal heating rise pressure to prevent the package from bursting. Bags are known.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 7, the packaging bag includes a back pasting portion 51 in which the inner surfaces of the overlapped plastic films 50 are bonded to each other, and a bag portion 53 having an accommodation space portion in which contents are accommodated. The back pasting portion 51 is provided with steam discharge means for discharging steam generated from the contents during cooking by a microwave oven.
[0004]
Such a vapor discharging means is provided from the easily peelable thin film 55 interposed between the inner surfaces (between the palm surfaces) of the back pasting portion 51 and the outer edge of the back pasting portion 51 so as to reduce the seal width locally. The adhesive portion 56 includes a non-adhesive portion 56 and a protruding adhesive portion 57 that locally protrudes from the inner edge of the non-adhesive portion toward the inside of the accommodation space portion.
[0005]
And when the contents are heated by the microwave oven, it expands due to the rise of the pressure (internal pressure) inside the packaging bag due to the generation of steam in the accommodating space and the thermal expansion of the internal air sealed in advance. Tension is applied to the plastic film 50. The protruding adhesive part 57 that is most susceptible to peeling stress located in the bag gradually peels from the tip side, and finally the peeling reaches the non-adhering part 56 so that the communication inside and outside of the packaging bag is communicated. Thus, the pressure is lowered by discharging the gas inside the accommodation space and the gas of the expanded air (steam, etc.). Conventionally, the seal width length of the back adhesive portion 51 at the intersection of the base portion of the back adhesive portion 51 and the lateral adhesive portion 53a of the bag portion 53 is the same as the seal width length of the horizontal adhesive portion 53a. It was.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The internal pressure acts in the vicinity of an intersection (portion B indicated by a circle in FIG. 7) between the base portion of the back pasting portion 51 and the lateral bonding portion 53a of the bag portion 53. That is, when the back pasting portion 51 bulges, the force for separating the plastic films constituting the back pasting portion 51 is combined with the force for separating the films of the lateral adhesive portions 53 a of the bag portion 53. Therefore, it is considered that the adhesive portion 53a on the base side of the back pasting portion 51 is peeled off. Thus, when the bag part 53 opens by peeling, there existed a possibility that the content might leak from this opening.
[0007]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to prevent that the cross | intersection part of a bag part and a back sticking part peels carelessly by adhere | attaching the base part vicinity of a back sticking part firmly.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is based on a back pasting portion 7 in which inner surfaces of superposed plastic films are bonded to each other, a bag portion 5 having an accommodating space portion 9 in which contents are accommodated, and a microwave oven. In a microwave oven packaging bag provided with steam discharge means having an easily peelable thin film 10 interposed between the back pasting parts 7 in order to discharge steam generated from the contents from the back pasting parts 7 during cooking, Lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b in which the inner surfaces of the plastic film are bonded to each other are formed on the edge portion of the bag portion 5 that intersects with the back pasting portion 7, and moreover, from the easily peelable thin film 10 in the back pasting portion 7. to both sides of the base side, is formed the second bonding portion 16 is bonded to the plastic film to each other, said second bonding portion 16 is located on the center side of the lateral adhesive portions 5a, back lined portion 7 than 5b The steam discharge The step includes a third adhesive portion 17 to which the inner surface of the back pasting portion 7 is bonded to the thin film 10 for easy peeling, and the third adhesive portion 17 protrudes toward the base side of the back pasting portion 7. 19, the protruding adhesive portion 19 is formed with one or a plurality of vapor discharge ports 20 a, 20 b each having a cut through the overlapping plastic film and the easily peelable thin film 10, and the protruding shape of the back pasting portion 7. The front end side of the adhesive portion 19 is closed so as not to discharge steam .
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2, 1 is a microwave packaging bag for packaging contents such as food, and this bag 1 is based on a plastic film 2 such as biaxially stretched polyester or biaxially stretched polyamide, The innermost layer includes a packaging bag body 3 in which a heat-fusible resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene is laminated.
[0011]
Examples of the contents A include various foods such as oden with soup stock, boiled pork with sauce, hemp tofu, rice cake, grilled meat with sauce, curry stew, and soup. However, the packaging bag 1 shown in FIG. 1 shows the thing of the empty state in which the contents are not accommodated.
[0012]
The packaging bag body 3 has a single plastic film 2 folded so that the heat-fusible resin layers on the inner surface face each other, and the packaging bag body 3 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view as shown in FIG. The bag portion 5 in which the housing space portion 9 that is sealed and accommodates the contents is formed inside is folded so that the inner surfaces of the end portions of the plastic film 2 overlap with each other, and the inner surfaces of the end portions ( It is composed of a back pasting portion 7 formed by bonding the palm surfaces together.
[0013]
The bonding portion of the packaging bag body 3 includes lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b at both ends of the bag portion 5 (side portions in the direction in which both ends of the back pasting portion 7 intersect) and one ends of both lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b. And a continuous vertical bonding portion 5c. Further, in the vicinity of the back pasting portion 7 in both the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b, wide adhesive portions 6 having a width larger than other portions of the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b are formed.
[0014]
The longitudinally bonded portion 5c is sealed after filling the bag portion 5 with the contents. Therefore, when the packaging bag body 3 is manufactured, the side that becomes the longitudinal adhesive portion 5c is in a state in which the film 2 is bent, and the side is cut to form a filling opening.
[0015]
Between the palm surfaces of the back pasting portion 7, it is easy to adhere to the heat-fusible resin on the inner surface of the package body 3 with a stable sealing strength that is weaker than the sealing strength of the vertical and horizontal adhesive portions 5a, 5b, 5c. An easy peeling tape 10 as a peeling thin film is inserted over the entire length of the back pasting portion 7. One or both surfaces of the easily peelable thin film have an adhesive portion having a peel strength of about 200 to 3500 g / 15 mm and an appropriate strength of about 20 to 80% of the peel strength of the longitudinal and lateral adhesive portions. However, the peel strength is a value measured at a tensile speed of 300 mm / min in accordance with the test method Z0238 for sealed packaging bags based on the Food Sanitation Law. The easy-peeling tape 10 is prepared by mixing another resin or an inorganic fine powder with the same type of resin as the heat-fusible resin on the inner surface of the package body 3 and heat-bonding with the inner surface of the package body 3. The material etc. which lowered | hung are used.
[0016]
The adhesive portion 11 and the film that seals the inside and outside of the housing space 9 in a sealed manner are not adhered to the back pasting portion 7 by, for example, pressing with a heat seal bar having a recess (non-adhesive portion). A non-bonding portion 13 is formed. The adhesive portion 11 includes a first adhesive portion 15 that adheres the inner surfaces of the distal end portions of the back pasting portion 7 over the entire length without using the easily peelable thin film 10, and similarly, the base portion of the back pasted portion 7 without using the easily peelable thin film 10. It consists of the 2nd adhesion part 16 which adheres inner surfaces, and the 3rd adhesion part 17 to which the inner surface of back pasting part 7, and the above-mentioned peelable thin film 10 were pasted up.
[0017]
The second adhesive portions 16 are provided on both sides of the back pasting portion 7, and the inner edge 16 a thereof is substantially continuous with the inner edge 6 a of the wide width portion 6 on the bag portion 5 side. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the width L1 of the second adhesive portion 16 in the lateral direction (the direction along the easily peelable thin film 10) is larger than the width length L2 of the wide width portion 6 of the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b. It is set to be large. Therefore, the second adhesive portion 16 is located closer to the center of the back pasting portion 7 than the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b.
[0018]
The third adhesive portion 17 has a protruding adhesive portion 19 provided at a central position in the longitudinal direction of the back pasting portion 7, a main portion having a narrow adhesive portion 18 b that is continuous with the protruding adhesive portion 19 and the wide width portion 6. It consists of an adhesive part 18. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the inner edge 19a of the protruding adhesive portion 19, the inner edge 18a of the main adhesive portion 18, and the inner edge 16a of the second adhesive portion 16 are continuous. The base side of the inner edge is the non-bonding portion 13 that communicates with the accommodation space portion 9 of the bag portion 5.
[0019]
Vapor discharge ports 20 a and 20 b are formed in the protruding adhesive portion 19, which are formed by cuts that penetrate the overlapping plastic film 2 and the easily peelable thin film 10. The steam discharge ports 20a and 20b are for discharging steam or the like of the bag portion 5 generated during cooking of the contents A to the outside, and the cut shape and size can be arbitrarily set according to the amount of discharged steam. For example, a substantially U shape or V shape is preferable. Moreover, the vapor | steam discharge port 20a, 20b can be provided with single or multiple.
In addition, the vapor | steam exhausting means is comprised by the protrusion-like adhesion part 19 which has the said easily peelable thin film 10 and the vapor | steam discharge ports 20a and 20b.
[0020]
Next, when the contents A are filled in the bag part 5 of the packaging bag 1, one end of the bag part 5 (one side parallel to the back pasting part 7 and the side where the vertical adhesive part 5c is formed) is. The contents A are filled into the accommodation space 9 of the bag part 5 from the opening, and then the side part is heat-sealed to form the longitudinal adhesive part 5c and hermetically packaged.
[0021]
Furthermore, the case where the packaging bag which sealed and packaged the content A is cooked with a microwave oven is demonstrated.
When the packaging bag 1 is put into the microwave oven and the contents A are heated, the liquid of the contents A becomes vapor, the internal pressure of the packaging bag 1 rises, and the bag portion 5 of the packaging bag 1 is shown in FIG. While expanding as shown, the vapor or the like further pushes the unbonded portion 13 of the back pasting portion 7 to expand and bulge. At this time, since the upper film 2 provided with the back pasting portion 7 also swells, the back pasting portion 7 curves in the longitudinal direction and faces in the lateral direction. Further, the internal pressure of the bag portion 5 also acts on both sides of the base portion of the back pasting portion 7, that is, in the vicinity of a portion where the palm surface of the back pasting portion 7 intersects with the adhesive surfaces of the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b of the bag portion 5. .
[0022]
In the vicinity of the portion, the bag portion 5 is obtained by combining the force for expanding the non-bonded portion 13 of the back pasting portion 7 and the force for peeling the bonding surfaces of the laterally bonded portions 5a and 5b of the bag portion 5. It becomes larger than the force which tries to peel the other adhesion part. However, the second adhesive portion 16 firmly adhered to the back pasting portion 7 prevents both end portions of the back pasting portion 7 from bulging, so that a strong peeling force is exerted on both sides of the back pasting portion 7 base. It can be prevented from acting, and the adhesive surfaces of the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b of the bag portion 5 in the vicinity of the back pasting portion 7 are not inadvertently peeled off. Further, since the wide adhesive portions 6 are respectively formed on the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b of the bag portion 5, it is possible to effectively peel off the adhesive surfaces of the lateral adhesive portions 5a and 5b also in the wide adhesive portion 6. To prevent.
[0023]
On the other hand, since the non-adhesion portion 13 of the back pasting portion 3 is pushed apart by the internal pressure and separated, the force in the separation direction acting on the non-adhesion portion 13 is caused by the inner edge (protruding adhesive portion) of the third adhesion portion 17. 19 and the inner edge 18a) of the main adhesive portion 18. Accordingly, a force in the peeling direction acts on the inner edge of the third adhesive portion 17, and in particular, the protruding adhesive portion 19 has a shape protruding toward the bag portion 2, and therefore, compared to other portions. In addition, since the bonding area of the protruding bonding portion 19 is reduced toward the bag portion 2 side, the stress at the tip is the highest.
[0024]
Moreover, the third adhesive portion 17 having the protruding adhesive portion 19 has an adhesive strength higher than that of the first adhesive portion 15 and the second adhesive portion 16 by interposing the easily peelable thin film 10 between the back adhesive portions 7. Since it is weakened, when the internal pressure becomes a certain level or higher, the protruding adhesive part 19 formed as a weak adhesive part is peeled sequentially from the tip side. At this time, due to the peeling of the easily peelable thin film 10 and the plastic film 2 of the back pasting portion 7, first, the steam outlet 20 a on the tip side of the protruding adhesive portion 10 communicates with the housing space portion 9 of the bag portion 5. The steam or the like in the space 9 is discharged from the steam discharge port (see FIG. 4 (A)).
[0025]
Even when steam or the like is discharged from the steam discharge port 20a, if the discharge amount is small, the internal pressure rises, so that the easily peelable thin film 10 and the plastic film 2 of the protruding adhesive portion 19 are further peeled off. The next steam discharge port 20b communicates with the accommodation space 9. As a result, there are a plurality of steam discharge ports communicating with the storage space portion 9 to increase the amount of steam discharged (see FIG. 4B), and the storage space portion is connected via the steam discharge ports 20a and 20b. Since the vapor | steam in 8 is discharged | emitted outside the packaging bag, the internal pressure of a bag part can be stabilized and heat cooking is completed, without a packaging bag bursting. Thus, since steam can be reliably discharged from the back pasting portion 7, for example, it is particularly suitable for foods that require high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization requiring strong sealing strength. In addition, although the back pasting part 7 turns to a horizontal direction with the swelling of a bag part at the time of cooking, the back pasting part 7 shown in FIG. 4 shows the state which faced upwards for convenience.
[0026]
In this way, the steam is discharged through the steam outlet by the notch formed in the back pasting portion 7, and the first adhesive portion 15 at the tip of the back pasting portion 7 is in a sealed state, The outlet does not become larger than necessary, and the contents can be prevented from leaking out when being taken out of the microwave after cooking. Further, by providing a plurality of steam discharge ports 20a and 20b in the width direction of the back pasting portion 7 (the peeling direction of the protruding adhesive portion), the steam discharge ports are automatically opened sequentially by the pressure increase and communicate with the inside of the bag portion. Therefore, stable steam discharge becomes possible.
[0027]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and as shown in FIG. 3 (B), a case where the protruding adhesive portion 19 is triangular and the vapor outlet 20a is a single body is exemplified. The inner edge of the second adhesive portion 16 can be provided up to the base portion (folding position) of the back pasting portion 7.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the main bonding portion 18 and the protruding bonding portion 19 of the third bonding portion 17 may be separated from each other.
[0028]
Further, the easy-opening thin film is not limited to the easy-peeling tape 10 of a long tape. For example, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), an easy-peelable film 10a is provided on the protruding adhesive part 19 and its peripheral part. It may be inserted.
[0029]
Further, the shape and the like of the packaging bag 1 can be arbitrarily changed according to the type of the contents A. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although folded so that the inner surfaces of the edge part of the plastic film 2 might overlap, the inner surface of this edge part was adhere | attached, and what comprised the back sticking part 7 was demonstrated, FIG. As shown in FIG. 4), the back pasting portion 7 may be configured by folding the middle portion of the plastic film 2 in a double manner and bonding predetermined portions of the inner surfaces of the folded and overlapped portions. In this case, since the front end side of the protruding adhesive portion 19 of the back pasting portion 7 is folded and closed so as not to discharge steam, the first adhesive portion 15 becomes unnecessary. Furthermore, not only can a single plastic film 2 be folded to form a bag, but three plastic films can be stacked and bonded to form a bag.
[0030]
Further, the specific shape of the second adhesive portion 16 of the back pasting portion 7 is not limited to that of the above embodiment, and the intersecting portion of the back pasting portion 7 and the bag portion 5 of the packaging bag body is peeled off. It only has to be able to prevent this.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the microwave packaging bag according to the present invention has a laterally bonded portion in which the inner surfaces of the plastic film are bonded to each other at the edge intersecting the back pasted portion of the bag portion. On both sides closer to the base side than the thin film for easy peeling, a second adhesive part is formed by adhering plastic films together, and the second adhesive part is located closer to the center of the back adhesive part than the lateral adhesive part. Therefore, when cooking with a microwave oven, it is possible to improve the sealing strength of the portion where the back-pasted portion and the bag portion that are easy to peel off, and to prevent the contents from leaking from the peeling portion. .
[0032]
In addition, the vapor discharge means includes a third adhesive portion to which the inner surface of the back pasting portion and the thin film for easy peeling are bonded, and the third adhesive portion is a protruding adhesive portion protruding toward the base side of the back pasting portion. The protruding adhesive part is formed with a vapor outlet consisting of a cut through the overlapping plastic film and easy peeling thin film, and the steam is discharged to the tip side from the protruding adhesive part of the back adhesive part. In the case of being blocked so as not to open, the opening of the steam discharge portion does not become larger than necessary, and appropriate steam discharge can be stably performed.
