前記ホログラム素子の一方の面側に設けられた第1基板と、
前記第1基板と前記ホログラム素子との間に設けられた第1誘電体膜と、
前記ホログラム素子の他方の面側に設けられた第2誘電体膜と、
前記ホログラム素子の側面側に設けられた第3誘電体膜と、を備えることを特徴とする。
前記第2誘電体膜と前記ホログラム素子との間に設けられた第2接着層と、
前記第3誘電体膜と前記ホログラム素子との間に設けられた第3接着層と、を備え、
前記第2接着層と前記第3接着層とは、一体的に形成されていることが好ましい。
前記第2誘電体膜は、前記第2基板と前記ホログラム素子との間に配置されていることが好ましい。
前記壁部の内周面側に前記第3誘電体膜が形成されていることが好ましい。
前記第2基板の前記他方の面側に設けられた第5誘電体膜と、を備え、
前記第3誘電体膜と、前記第4誘電体膜と、前記第5誘電体膜とが一体的に形成され、
前記ホログラム素子と、前記第1誘電体膜と、前記第1基板と、前記第2誘電体膜と、前記第2基板と、を備える積層体の全面は、一体的に形成された前記第3誘電体膜と、前記第4誘電体膜と、前記第5誘電体膜とにより被覆されていることが好ましい。
前記第2基板と前記第5誘電体膜との間に設けられた第2ハードコート層と、
前記積層体の側面側と前記第3誘電体膜との間に設けられた第3ハードコート層と、を備えることが好ましい。

なお、本明細書中では、回折光学部材30を構成する各部の下側の面(下面)を一方の面とし、各部の上側の面(上面)を他方の面として説明する。
また、樹脂材料としては、例えば、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリフッ化ビニル、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂等が挙げられる。

- 入射した光を偏向するホログラム素子と、
前記ホログラム素子の一方の面側に設けられた第1基板と、
前記第1基板と前記ホログラム素子との間に設けられた第1誘電体膜と、
前記ホログラム素子の他方の面側に設けられた第2誘電体膜と、
前記ホログラム素子の側面側に設けられた第3誘電体膜と、を備えることを特徴とする回折光学部材。 - 前記第2誘電体膜と前記ホログラム素子との間に設けられた第2接着層と、
前記第3誘電体膜と前記ホログラム素子との間に設けられた第3接着層と、を備え、
前記第2接着層と前記第3接着層とは、一体的に形成されている請求項1に記載の回折光学部材。 - 前記第2誘電体膜と前記第3誘電体膜とは、一体的に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の回折光学部材。
- 前記ホログラム素子の前記他方の面側に設けられた第2基板を備え、
前記第2誘電体膜は、前記第2基板と前記ホログラム素子との間に配置されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の回折光学部材。 - 前記第2基板は、前記一方の面側の縁部に沿って立設する壁部を備え、
前記壁部の内周面側に前記第3誘電体膜が形成されている請求項4に記載の回折光学部材。 - 前記第1基板の前記一方の面側に設けられた第4誘電体膜と、
前記第2基板の前記他方の面側に設けられた第5誘電体膜と、を備え、
前記第3誘電体膜と、前記第4誘電体膜と、前記第5誘電体膜とが一体的に形成され、
前記ホログラム素子と、前記第1誘電体膜と、前記第1基板と、前記第2誘電体膜と、前記第2基板と、を備える積層体の全面は、一体的に形成された前記第3誘電体膜と、前記第4誘電体膜と、前記第5誘電体膜とにより被覆されている請求項4に記載の回折光学部材。 - 前記第1基板と前記第4誘電体膜との間に設けられた第1ハードコート層と、
前記第2基板と前記第5誘電体膜との間に設けられた第2ハードコート層と、
前記積層体の側面側と前記第3誘電体膜との間に設けられた第3ハードコート層と、を備える請求項6に記載の回折光学部材。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の回折光学部材を備えることを特徴とする虚像表示装置。
