- さらに、肺動脈における内膜平滑筋の増殖を低減する工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方
法。 - さらに、肺動脈における叢状病変の形成を低減する工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法
。 - さらに、肺動脈における一酸化窒素の量を増加させる工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方
法。 - さらに、肺動脈におけるPGI2の量を増加させる工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法
。 - さらに、肺動脈におけるエンドセリン−1のレベルを低下させる工程を含む、請求項7
に記載の方法。 - さらに、肺動脈における増殖因子の量を低下させる工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法
。 - さらに、肺動脈における適切な内皮形態を促進する工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法
。 - 少なくとも一部の前記MPCが、遺伝子組み換えされている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記MPCが、内皮前駆細胞と共に投与される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記MPCが、前記対象に、プロスタグランジンI2(PGI2)、プロスタサイクリ
ン類似体、ホスホジエステラーゼ−5(PDE−5)阻害剤、エンドセリン受容体拮抗剤
(ETRA)、チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤および可溶性グアニル酸シクラーゼ刺激剤の少な
くとも1つと共に投与される、請求項7に記載の方法。 - それを必要とする対象における脈管障害の処置または予防をするための方法であって、
前記対象に、プロスタサイクリンならびに、間葉系幹細胞(MSC)または、前記MS
Cと接触しており、前記MSCの1つまたはそれ以上の成分を含む培養培地の一部を含む
組成物を投与する工程を含む、
方法。 - 前記プロスタサイクリンおよび前記組成物が、同時に投与される、請求項24に記載の
方法。 - 前記プロスタサイクリンおよび前記組成物が、別々に投与される、請求項24に記載の
方法。 - さらに、前記投与前に、前記MSCまたは前記培養培地の一部をプロスタサイクリンと
接触させる工程を含む、請求項24に記載の方法。 - 前記MSCの成分が、エクソソーム、微小小胞、マイクロRNA、メッセンジャRNA
、非コードRNA、ミトコンドリア、増殖因子およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から

から選択される、請求項24に記載の方法。 - 前記プロスタサイクリンが、トレプロスチニルまたは薬学的に許容され得るその塩もし
くはそのエステルである、請求項33に記載の方法。 - 前記MSCが、間葉系前駆細胞(MPC)である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記MSCが、骨髄から取得される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管障害が、肺動脈性高血圧症(PAH)、末梢血管疾患(PVD)、重症下肢虚
血(CLI)、冠状動脈疾患および糖尿病性脈管障害からなる群から選択される、請求項
24に記載の方法。 - 治療的に有効量の、プロスタサイクリンならびに、間葉系幹細胞(MSC)または、前
記MSCと接触しており、前記MSCの1つまたはそれ以上の成分を含む培養培地の一部
を含む組成物、ならびに、薬学的に許容され得るキャリアを含む、
薬学的組成物。 - 前記MSCまたは前記培養培地の一部が、プロスタサイクリンと接触している、請求項
38に記載の組成物。 - さらに、内皮前駆細胞(EPC)を含む、請求項38に記載の組成物。
- 間葉系幹細胞(MSC)または、前記MSCと接触しており、in vivo送達用に
前記MSCの1つまたはそれ以上の成分を含む培養培地を含む組成物を調製するための方
法であって、
前記MSCをプロスタサイクリンと接触させる工程を含む、
