Abstract
Description
(全体構成)
図1は、本実施形態に係る電池用のラベルの一例として説明する、電池50用の外装ラベル100を示す展開図である。この外装ラベル100は、円筒形の電池50(図1では、単1形のアルカリ乾電池)の胴部の側面51に巻着し固定される、略長方形のシート状のラベルである。外装ラベル100の長手方向の一方の辺102は、電池50の正極52側の端面の外周53に対応し、長手方向の他方の辺104は、電池50の負極54側の端面の外周56に対応する。
次に、外装ラベル100の構造について説明する。図2は、外装ラベル100の断面構造図である。外装ラベル100は、その裏面から表面に向かって順に、接着層10、基層12、及び蓄光印刷層14を有する。このうち基層12は、外装ラベル100の基材である熱収縮性フィルムを有し、例えば、ポリエステル系樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、スチレン系樹脂、塩化ビニル系樹脂などの熱収縮性を有するフィルムである。また、接着層10は、電池50の側面51と接着させるための感熱接着剤を含む。
次に、外装ラベル100の製造工程及び外装ラベル100の電池50への装着工程について説明する。図3は、外装ラベル100の製造工程及び電池50への装着工程を説明するフローチャートである。まず、基層12の表面の所定領域(すなわち、蓄光印刷領域)に蓄光塗料を印刷又は塗布することにより、蓄光印刷層14を形成する(s1)。また、基層12の裏面全体には感熱接着剤を塗布することにより、接着層10を形成する(s3)。以上により、外装ラベル100が作成される。
図5は、本実施形態に係る電池用のラベルの一例として説明する、電池用の収容体用のラベル200の一例である。同図に示すように、この収容体用のラベル200は、少なくとも1個以上の電池50を収容することが可能な電池の収容体60(例えば、樹脂製のシート)の側面に貼り付けられる、例えば紙製のラベルである。この収容体用のラベル200は、例えば、図5に示すように、電池50を識別するためのラベル200(1)、電池50に対応するバーコードが付されたラベル200(2)等である。
図6は、本発明の一実施形態に係る電池用のラベルとして説明する、電池50の収容体用の封入ラベル300の一例である。この収容体用の封入ラベル300は、少なくとも1つ以上の電池50を収容する収容体70(例えば、樹脂製の透明の収容体)に電池50と共に封入される台紙である。
図7は、本発明の一実施形態に係る電池用のラベルとして説明する、電池50の収容体400の斜視図及び収容体400の展開図の一例である。収容体400は直方体形状をなす、樹脂又は紙材等を素材とする収容体であり、少なくとも1つ以上の電池50を収容可能である。
Claims (9)
- 電池に関する情報を表示すべく設けられる電池用のラベルであって、蓄光材が前記ラベルの表面に配されていることを特徴とする電池用ラベル。
- 前記蓄光材が、前記ラベルの表面のうち前記電池を識別する情報が表示されている領域に配されている、請求項1に記載の電池用ラベル。
- 前記電池を識別する情報は、前記電池の規格を示す情報である、請求項2に記載の電池用ラベル。
- 前記電池を識別する情報は、前記電池の極性を示す情報である、請求項2に記載の電池用ラベル。
- 前記ラベルは、前記電池の表面に巻着されるシート部材であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の電池用ラベル。
- 前記ラベルは、少なくとも1つ以上の前記電池を収容する収容体に設けられるラベルであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の電池用ラベル。
- 前記ラベルは、少なくとも1つ以上の前記電池を収容する収容体に前記電池と共に封入されるラベルであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の電池用ラベル。
- 前記ラベルは、少なくとも1つ以上の前記電池を収容する収容体として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の電池用ラベル。
- 電池に関する情報を表示すべく設けられる電池用のラベルの製造方法であって、蓄光材を前記ラベルの表面に配することを特徴とする電池用ラベルの製造方法。
