Claims (3)
- バッテリからの電力供給を受けてモータが駆動した場合に前記モータによって内燃機関の動力がアシストされ、前記内燃機関の動力が前記モータに伝達された場合に前記モータが発電し、前記モータが発電した電力が前記バッテリに充電されるハイブリッドシステムと、前記内燃機関の排気中に噴射された尿素水によって生成されるアンモニアを用いて前記排気中のNOxを除去する排気浄化装置と、を備えるハイブリッド車両に適用された尿素堆積物除去制御装置であって、
前記排気中に噴射された前記尿素水に由来する堆積物が生成されたか否かを判定するとともに前記バッテリが前記モータの発電した電力を充電可能な状態であるか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記堆積物が生成され且つ前記バッテリが前記充電可能な状態であると前記判定部によって判定された場合に、前記内燃機関の動力を前記モータに伝達させて前記モータを発電させ、前記モータが発電した電力を前記バッテリに充電させる制御処理を実行する制御部と、を備える、尿素堆積物除去制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記排気の温度が前記堆積物の生成される温度範囲内に入っている時間が所定時間以上になった場合に、前記堆積物が生成されたと判定する請求項1記載の尿素堆積物除去制御装置。
- 前記判定部は、前記バッテリの充電量が所定値よりも小さい場合に、前記バッテリが前記充電可能な状態であると判定する請求項1又は2に記載の尿素堆積物除去制御装置。
