Claims (10)
- キャビネット構造を構築するための複数のフレーム素子であって、
フロントホール及び複数のガイド素子を含有する接続面を含む第1のフレーム素子と、
受け面及びスルーホールを含み、前記受け面が前記第1のフレーム素子の前記ガイド素子に対応し、前記スルーホールが前記第1のフレーム素子の前記フロントホールに位置合わせる第2のフレーム素子と、
前記第2のフレーム素子の前記スルーホールを通って前記第1のフレーム素子の前記接続面の前記フロントホールにロックされるように配置されて、前記第1のフレーム素子と前記第2のフレーム素子との間に強力なインターロッキングフィットを構築するロック素子と、
を備えるフレーム素子。 - 前記ガイド素子は、2つのブロック状の平行六面体のガイド素子を含み、
前記受け面は、前記2つのブロック状の平行六面体のガイド素子を受けるための複数のスロットを含む請求項1に記載のフレーム素子。 - 前記ガイド素子は、4つのブロック状の平行六面体のガイド素子を含み、
前記受け面は、前記4つのブロック状の平行六面体のガイド素子を受けるための複数のスロットを含む請求項1に記載のフレーム素子。 - 前記ガイド素子は、2つの半円形のガイド素子を含み、
前記受け面は、前記2つの半円形のガイド素子を受けるための複数のスロットを含む請求項1に記載のフレーム素子。 - 前記ロック素子は、前記第2のフレーム素子の前記スルーホールと噛み合うセルフタッピングネジ山を有する組み合わせネジを含む請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のフレーム素子。
- 2つのサイドブラケット及び少なくとも1つの鉛直セグメントを含み、前記少なくとも1つの鉛直セグメントが請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のフレーム素子によって前記2つのサイドブラケットに接続されるキャビネット構造。
- 前記第1のフレーム素子は、前記少なくとも1つの鉛直セグメント内に位置する請求項6に記載のキャビネット構造。
- 前記第2のフレーム素子は、前記2つのサイドブラケットの1つの中に位置する請求項6又は7に記載のキャビネット構造。
- 前記第1のフレーム素子は、追加の固定素子又はスポット溶接によって前記少なくとも1つの鉛直セグメント内に固定される請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載のキャビネット構造。
- 前記第2のフレーム素子は、追加の固定素子又はスポット溶接によって前記2つのサイドブラケットの1つの中に固定される請求項6〜9の何れか1項に記載のキャビネット構造。
