Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る金銀糸1の構成を図解的に示す斜視図である。
図2、図3、図4、図5および図6は、金銀糸1の製造工程の各工程を順に図解的に示す図である。図7は、金銀糸1の製造工程の流れを示す工程図である。
以上のように、金銀糸1では、平糸状で可撓性を有する合成樹脂層2の表面上には、金属層3が糸長方向に長く連続せずに断続的に形成されている。これにより、金銀糸1における金属層3間、つまり金銀糸1における金属層3が途切れた部分を電波が透過する。そのため、金銀糸1をテキスタイルに用いることにより、テキスタイルが有する電波の遮蔽効果を低減させることができる。
以上、本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明は、他の形態で実施することもでき、前述の構成には、特許請求の範囲に記載された事項の範囲で種々の設計変更を施すことが可能である。

Claims (10)
- 糸長方向に延びる平糸状で可撓性を有する合成樹脂層と、
前記合成樹脂層の表面上に前記糸長方向に断続的に形成された金属層とを含む、金銀糸。 - 前記金属層が途切れた部分は、前記合成樹脂層の表面上に前記糸長方向および前記合成樹脂層の厚さ方向の両方向と直交する幅方向の全幅にわたって形成されている、請求項1に記載の金銀糸。
- 前記合成樹脂層の表面上に形成され、前記金属層および前記金属層間で露出する前記合成樹脂層の表面を一括して被覆する保護層をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の金銀糸。
- 長尺状で可撓性を有する合成樹脂フィルムと、
前記合成樹脂フィルムの表面上に前記合成樹脂フィルムの長手方向に断続的に形成された金属膜とを含む、金銀糸用積層体。 - 前記合成樹脂フィルムの表面上に形成され、前記金属膜および前記金属膜間で露出する前記合成樹脂フィルムの表面を一括して被覆する保護膜をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の金銀糸用積層体。
- 長尺状で可撓性を有する合成樹脂フィルムの表面上に、前記合成樹脂フィルムの長手方向および厚さ方向の両方向と直交する幅方向に延びる帯状の金属膜を前記長手方向に間隔を空けて並べて形成する金属膜形成工程と、
前記金属膜形成工程後、前記合成樹脂フィルムと前記金属膜との積層体を前記長手方向に沿って裁断する裁断工程とを含む、金銀糸の製造方法。 - 前記合成樹脂フィルムの表面は、前記金属膜形成工程前に、コロナ処理により改質されている、請求項6に記載の金銀糸の製造方法。
- 前記金属膜形成工程と前記裁断工程との間に、前記合成樹脂フィルムの表面および前記金属膜を一括して被覆する保護膜を形成する保護膜形成工程をさらに含む、請求項6または7に記載の金銀糸の製造方法。
- 長尺状で可撓性を有する合成樹脂フィルムの表面上に、前記合成樹脂フィルムの長手方向および厚さ方向の両方向と直交する幅方向に延びる帯状の剥離層を前記長手方向に間隔を空けて並べて形成する剥離層形成工程と、
前記剥離層形成工程後、前記合成樹脂フィルムの表面および剥離層に金属を真空蒸着させる蒸着工程と、
前記蒸着工程後、前記剥離層および前記剥離層上の金属を除去して、前記合成樹脂フィルムの表面上に前記長手方向に間隔を空けて並ぶ金属膜を得る除去工程とを含む、金銀糸用積層体の製造方法。 - 前記剥離層は、水溶性離型剤または脂溶性離型剤を用いて形成される、請求項9に記載の金銀糸用積層体の製造方法。
