Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの充電ポイント(110)を備える車両充電用の充電ステーション(100)のための変圧器デバイス(10)であって、電源への電気接続のための入力接続部(20)を有し、1次巻線(30)および各充電ポイント(110)のための少なくとも1つの2次巻線(40)も有し、前記2次巻線(40)は、互いにDC絶縁され、かつそれぞれ電気的に並列および/または直列に接続される少なくとも1つの巻線区域を有し、さらに、少なくとも1つの2次巻線(40)の隣接する巻線区域は、少なくとも部分的に軸方向(AR)に互いに重畳する、変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 前記2次巻線(40)は、互いに重畳しないかまたは本質的に重畳しないように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 径方向(RR)での隣接する2次巻線(40)の前記重畳の順序は、軸方向(AR)において変化し、特に前記2次巻線(40)は、互いに編み合わされ、好ましくは螺旋状に編み合わされることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 各2次巻線(40)は、少なくとも2つの軸方向に離間された軸方向区域(42)および/または少なくとも2つの径方向に離間された径方向区域(44)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 3つの2次巻線(40)は、それらの軸方向区域(42)およびそれらの径方向区域(44)で2次巻線パッケージ(50)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 少なくとも2つの2次巻線(40)は、2次巻線パッケージ(50)を形成し、少なくとも2つの2次巻線パッケージ(50)は、前記軸方向(AR)または径方向(RR)に互いに並べて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 個別の1次巻線(30)は、各2次巻線パッケージ(50)のために形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 個別の入力接続部(20)は、各2次巻線パッケージ(50)のために形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の変圧器デバイス(10)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の特徴を有する変圧器デバイス(10)を製造するための方法であって、
入力接続部(20)に導電接続させて1次巻線(30)を形成するステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記軸方向(AR)に重畳する、少なくとも2つの充電ポイント(110)のための隣接する2次巻線(40)を形成するステップと
を有する方法。 - 少なくとも2つの2次巻線(40)は、2次巻線パッケージ(50)としてまとめて形成され、少なくとも2つの2次巻線パッケージ(50)は、前記軸方向(AR)または径方向(RR)に互いに並べて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
