Abstract
Description
燃料の種類(液体燃料か気体燃料か)による圧縮比の変更動作が完了した後に、制御部300は、圧縮端圧力判定部301により、圧縮端圧力を取得し(ステップS1)、圧縮端圧力と基準範囲との比較を行う(ステップS2)。取得した圧縮端圧力が基準範囲よりも低い場合には、排気弁調整部304により、排気弁駆動部5cを制御して排気弁5aの閉弁タイミングを進角させる(ステップS3)。また、取得した圧縮端圧力が基準範囲内の場合には、フローを終了する。また、取得した圧縮端圧力が基準範囲よりも高い場合には、可変圧縮装置の圧縮比を変更する(ステップS4)。このような制御により、全気筒の圧縮端圧力を基準範囲内とすることにより、各気筒における圧縮端圧力のバラツキを防止している。
まず、気体燃料が供給される際に、制御部300は、自着火タイミング算出部302により、ガスクロマトグラフィ500より、供給される気体燃料の組成を取得し(ステップS11)、自着火タイミングマップより、自着火タイミングを算出する(ステップS12)。

Claims (4)
- 昇圧された作動流体が流体室に供給されることにより燃焼室の圧縮比を高める可変圧縮装置の前記作動流体の供給量を制御する圧縮端圧力制御装置であって、
前記燃焼室における圧縮端圧力が予め定められた基準範囲より高い場合に、前記可変圧縮装置を制御して前記燃焼室の圧縮比を低下させる圧縮比設定手段と、
前記圧縮比設定手段により決定された圧縮比に基づいて、前記作動流体の供給量を制御する可変圧縮装置調整手段と
を有することを特徴とする圧縮端圧力制御装置。 - 前記圧縮端圧力が前記基準範囲より低い場合に前記燃焼室内の排気ポートを開閉する排気弁装置の閉弁タイミングを現行の閉弁タイミングより早める排気弁調整手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮端圧力制御装置。
- 前記燃焼室における前記圧縮端圧力が前記基準範囲より高い場合に、前記燃焼室に供給される燃料の組成に基づいて、前記圧縮端圧力において異常燃焼が発生するか否かを推定する異常燃焼推定手段を有し、
前記圧縮比設定手段は、前記異常燃焼推定手段の推定結果に基づいて、前記可変圧縮装置調整手段による圧縮比を決定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の圧縮端圧力制御装置。 - 燃焼室を有する複数の気筒と、
昇圧された作動流体が供給されることでピストンロッドが前記燃焼室の圧縮比を高める方向に移動される流体室を有する可変圧縮装置と
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮端圧力制御装置と
を有することを特徴とするエンジンシステム。
