Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギービーム(4)によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)であって、前記装置(1)は、少なくとも1つのビーム案内要素(7)を有する照射デバイス(5)を備え、前記エネルギービーム(4)は、前記ビーム案内要素(7)上で部分的に反射され、
第1のビーム部分(10)が、前記ビーム案内要素(7)と前記装置(1)の造形平面(18)との間に延び、第2のビーム部分(11)が、前記ビーム案内要素(7)を通って伝送され又は前記ビーム案内要素(7)で散乱される装置において、
前記第2のビーム部分(11)の少なくとも1つのパラメータを判定するように適合された判定デバイス(12)を特徴とする装置。 - 前記ビーム案内要素(7)は、視準光学ユニット(8)と集束光学ユニット(9)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記第2のビーム部分(11)の前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、
− エネルギービーム(4)出力、及び/若しくは
− エネルギービーム(4)強度、及び/若しくは
− 前記エネルギービーム(4)のビームプロファイル、及び/若しくは
− 前記エネルギービーム(4)の焦点位置、及び/若しくは
− 前記エネルギービーム(4)の焦点シフトであるか又はこれらを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記判定デバイス(12)は、エネルギービーム強度分布の積分を介して前記エネルギービーム(4)出力を判定するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(12)は、特に実際の焦点位置と標的焦点位置との比較を介して、前記視準光学ユニット(8)で前記エネルギービーム(4)の焦点位置を較正するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(12)は、少なくとも1つの関数を前記少なくとも1つの判定されたパラメータに合わせることを介して、特にガウスフィットを介して、少なくとも1つの光学ユニット(8、9)、特に視準光学ユニット(8)に対する前記エネルギービーム(4)の位置を判定するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギービーム(4)経路に対する少なくとも1つの光学ユニット(8、9)、特に視準光学ユニット(8)の位置を、特にX及びY方向に調整するように適合された較正ユニット(16)を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(12)は、前記少なくとも1つのパラメータを判定するように適合された少なくとも1つの第1の判定ユニット(13)と、前記造形平面(18)から放出された放射の少なくとも1つの第2のパラメータを判定するように適合された少なくとも1つの第2の判定ユニット(14)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2のパラメータは、
− 前記造形平面(18)内の熱放散、並びに/若しくは
− 前記造形平面(18)内の少なくとも1つの領域の温度、並びに/若しくは
