Claims (13)
- エネルギービーム(5)によって固化可能な造形材料(3)の層の、連続的な層ごとの選択照射及び固化によって、3次元物体(2)を付加製造するための装置(1)であって、判定デバイス(8)を備え、前記判定デバイス(8)は、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の、造形平面(7)で反射された少なくとも1つの反射部分(10)の少なくとも1つの第1パラメータを判定するように適合された、少なくとも1つの第1判定ユニット(9)と、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の少なくとも1つの初期部分(12)の少なくとも1つの第2パラメータを判定するように適合された、少なくとも1つの第2判定ユニット(11)と、を備え、
前記判定デバイス(8)は、基準パラメータと、前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記反射部分(10)の前記少なくとも1つの第1パラメータとの差を判定し、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記少なくとも1つの反射部分(10)の前記第1パラメータを判定し、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記初期部分(12)の前記少なくとも1つの第2パラメータを判定し、
前記少なくとも1つの反射部分(10)の前記第1パラメータと、前記少なくとも1つの初期部分(12)の前記第2パラメータとの差を判定するように適合されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記基準パラメータは、定義されるか、又は決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(8)は、2つの光学フィルタユニット(14、15)を備え、第2光学フィルタユニット(15)は、エネルギービーム(5)を生成するエネルギー源(4)と、前記第2判定ユニット(11)との間に配置され、第1光学フィルタユニット(14)は、前記造形平面(7)と前記第1判定ユニット(9)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1パラメータ及び/又は前記第2パラメータは、前記エネルギービーム(5)の強度、及び/又は前記造形材料(3)に吸収される吸収強度であるか、又はそれに関連することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記初期部分(12)を前記エネルギービーム(5)から分割するように適合されたビーム分割ユニット(13)をさらに備え、
前記装置(1)の照射デバイス(6)が、前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記反射部分(10)を前記エネルギービーム(5)に沿って案内し、前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記反射部分(10)を、前記ビーム分割ユニット(13)を介して前記第1判定ユニット(9)に向けて案内するように適合された、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記第1パラメータは、前記造形平面(7)に配置された前記造形材料(3)のトポグラフィ情報に関係することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(8)は、少なくとも1つのプロセスパラメータを判定するように適合され、前記判定デバイス(8)は、前記プロセスパラメータに応じて前記第1パラメータの判定を行うように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセスパラメータは、前記造形材料(3)の吸収係数、及び/又は、前記造形平面及び/又は付加製造プロセスにおいて発生する残留物への前記エネルギービーム(5)の入射角であるか、又はそれに関係することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記反射部分(10)を前記造形平面(7)から放出された放射から分離するように適合された第2ビーム分割ユニット(16)をさらに備えたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1判定ユニット(9)は、付加製造プロセスが遂行されるプロセスチャンバ(18)を画定する透明壁要素(19)に配置され、前記透明壁要素(19)は前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記反射部分(10)に対して透明であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(8)は、前記エネルギービーム(5)の波長とは異なる波長又は波長範囲の放射をフィルタリングするように適合された、少なくとも1つの光学フィルタユニット(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- エネルギービーム(5)によって固化可能な造形材料(3)の層の、連続的な層ごとの選択照射及び固化によって、3次元物体(2)を付加製造するための、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)のための判定デバイス(8)であって、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の、造形平面(7)で反射された少なくとも1つの反射部分(10)の少なくとも1つの第1パラメータを判定するように適合された、少なくとも1つの第1判定ユニット(9)と、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の少なくとも1つの初期部分(12)の少なくとも1つの第2パラメータを判定するように適合された、少なくとも1つの第2判定ユニット(11)と、を備え、
前記判定デバイス(8)は、基準パラメータと、前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記反射部分(10)の前記少なくとも1つの第1パラメータとの差を判定し、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記少なくとも1つの反射部分(10)の前記第1パラメータを判定し、
前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記初期部分(12)の前記少なくとも1つの第2パラメータを判定し、
前記少なくとも1つの反射部分(10)の前記第1パラメータと、前記少なくとも1つの初期部分(12)の前記第2パラメータとの差を判定するように適合されることを特徴とする、判定デバイス。 - エネルギービーム(5)によって固化可能な造形材料(3)の層の、連続的な層ごとの選択照射及び固化によって3次元物体(2)を付加製造するための装置(1)で使用される、エネルギービーム(5)の少なくとも1つのパラメータを判定する方法であって、
造形平面(7)に配置された造形材料(3)上へ前記エネルギービーム(5)を案内し、
前記造形平面(7)で前記エネルギービーム(5)を部分的に反射し、
少なくとも1つの第1判定ユニット(9)により、前記エネルギービーム(5)の、前記造形平面(7)で反射された少なくとも1つの反射部分(10)の少なくとも1つの第1パラメータを判定し、
少なくとも1つの第2の判定ユニット(11)により、前記エネルギービーム(5)の少なくとも1つの初期部分(12)の少なくとも1つの第2パラメータを判定し、
判定デバイス(8)により、基準パラメータと、前記エネルギービーム(5)の前記反射部分(10)の前記少なくとも1つの第1パラメータとの差を判定し、
