Abstract
Description

Claims (9)
- エネルギービーム(4、5)によって、造形材料層(3)を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射および固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)であって、
造形平面(7)の少なくとも一部にわたって前記エネルギービーム(4、5)で走査するように構成された走査ユニット(6)と、
光学レンズまたはレンズ系を含む集束ユニット(15)と、
を含み、
前記集束ユニット(15)は、少なくとも部分的に較正情報に基づいて前記エネルギービーム(4、5)の焦点位置(13、14)を制御するように構成され、
前記エネルギービーム(4、5)の焦点位置を変更することなく、前記造形平面(7)に対してz方向に集束ユニット(15)を移動させることによって、前記焦点位置(13、14)を制御する、
装置。 - 造形モジュール(9)を含み、
前記集束ユニット(15)が、前記造形モジュール(9)の画定された点に対して、前記エネルギービーム(4、5)の前記焦点位置を変化させるように、前記造形平面(7)に対して、前記z方向に、移動するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも部分的に較正情報に基づいて、前記造形平面(7)に対して、前記z方向に、前記集束ユニット(15)を移動するように構成されている制御ユニット(17)を含む、

請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニット(17)は、焦点シフトに対応する距離、前記造形平面(7)に対して、前記z方向に、前記集束ユニット(15)を移動させることにより、少なくとも部分的に、前記造形平面(7)に対して、前記z方向に、焦点位置(13、14)のオフセットを画定する前記焦点シフトを加えるように構成されている、
請求項3に記載の装置。 - エネルギービーム(4、5)によって、造形材料層(3)を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射および固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)を較正する方法であって、
少なくとも部分的に較正情報に基づいて造形平面(7)に対してz方向に集束ユニット(15)を移動し、
走査ユニット(6)を使用して、前記造形平面(7)の少なくとも一部にわたって前記エネルギービーム(4、5)で走査し、
前記集束ユニット(15)は、光学レンズまたはレンズ系を含み、
前記集束ユニット(15)は前記エネルギービーム(4、5)の焦点距離を変化させることなく、前記エネルギービーム(4、5)の焦点位置(13、14)を制御するように構成されている、
