Claims (16)
- 活性領域及び非活性領域を有するバッファ層;
前記バッファ層上に配置される補助配線;
前記補助配線上に配置され、前記補助配線と連結された第1電極と、前記第1電極上に積層した有機発光層と、第2電極とを有する有機発光素子;
前記第1電極及び第2電極にそれぞれ連結されて、前記非活性領域に配置されるパッド;及び、
前記バッファ層上に配置され、前記第2電極とパッドを覆うカプセル化層;
を含むOLED照明装置。 - 前記非活性領域のカプセル化層を貫通して、前記パッドに接続されたビア電極;をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。
- 前記パッドは、
前記バッファ層上の少なくとも一つの側に配置される、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記パッドは、
前記補助配線と同じ層に配置され、前記補助配線と同じ物質からなるパッド電極と、
前記パッド電極上に配置され、前記第1電極と同じ物質からなるパッド電極端子を含む、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記パッド電極端子は、
前記パッド電極の上面及び側面を囲むように、前記パッド電極の上面及び側面にそれぞれ配置される、請求項4に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記カプセル化層は、
前記活性領域及び非活性領域をいずれも覆うように配置される、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記ビア電極は、
前記非活性領域のカプセル化層、パッド及びバッファ層を貫通するように配置され、前記パッドに接続された貫通部;及び、
前記非活性領域のカプセル化層の上部に配置され、前記貫通部に接続された接続端子部;
を含む、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記ビア電極は、
前記接続端子を媒介として駆動回路に接続される、請求項7に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記OLED照明装置は、
前記第1電極及び有機発光層の間に配置され、前記補助配線を覆う保護層;をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記バッファ層の下部に配置され、前記バッファ層を保護する保護フィルム;をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のOLED照明装置。
- 前記保護フィルムは、
前記バッファ層を保護するために前記バッファ層の下部に配置される、請求項9に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記有機発光層は、
タンデム構造を有する、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 活性領域及び非活性領域を有するバッファ層;
前記バッファ層上に配置されるカプセル化層;
前記非活性領域に配置され、有機発光素子の第1電極及び第2電極に連結されるパッド;及び、
前記非活性領域で前記カプセル化層の上面に配置され、前記パッドに接続される接続端子;
を含むOLED照明装置。 - 前記パッドは、前記カプセル化層及び前記パッドを貫通する貫通部を介して前記接続端子に接続されて、前記貫通部は、前記パッドに接続されている、請求項13に記載のOLED照明装置。
- 前記貫通部は、
前記貫通部を通す前記パッドの側面の少なくとも一部と接触する、請求項14に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 活性領域及び非活性領域を有するバッファ層;
前記バッファ層上に配置される補助配線;
前記補助配線上に配置され、前記補助配線と連結される第1電極と、有機発光層と、前記第1電極上に積層した第2電極とを含む有機発光素子;及び、
前記バッファ層上に配置して、開口部を有するカプセル化層;
を含むOLED照明装置。
