図1は、第1の実施の形態に係るひずみゲージを例示する平面図である。図2は、第1の実施の形態に係るひずみゲージにおいて抵抗部31及び32のパターンを例示する平面図である。図3は、第1の実施の形態に係るひずみゲージを例示する断面図であり、図1及び図2のA−A線に沿う断面を示している。図1〜図3を参照するに、ひずみゲージ1は、基材10と、抵抗体30(抵抗部31〜34)と、端子部41〜44と、カバー層61及び62とを有している。
Claims (9)
- 可撓性を有する基材と、
Cr混相膜から形成された抵抗体と、を有し、
前記抵抗体は、前記基材の一方の側に形成された第1抵抗部及び第2抵抗部と、前記基材の他方の側に形成された第3抵抗部及び第4抵抗部と、を含み、
前記第1抵抗部、前記第2抵抗部、前記第3抵抗部、及び前記第4抵抗部は、ホイートストンブリッジ回路を構成しているひずみゲージ。 - 前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路に入力電圧を印加するための2つの電極と、前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路から出力電圧を得るための他の2つの電極と、を有し、
前記2つの電極と前記他の2つの電極は、前記基材の一方の側に形成されている請求項1に記載のひずみゲージ。 - 前記2つの電極と前記他の2つの電極は、前記基材に設けられたビアホールを介して、前記第3抵抗部及び前記第4抵抗部の各々の両端部から延在する何れかのパッドと電気的に接続され、
前記2つの電極と前記他の2つの電極は、前記基材の一方の側から前記ビアホールの側壁及び前記ビアホール内に露出する前記パッドの表面に連続的に形成され、前記ビアホール内に凹部を形成している請求項2に記載のひずみゲージ。 - 前記基材の一方の側に、前記第1抵抗部及び前記第2抵抗部を被覆する第1絶縁樹脂層が形成され、
前記基材の他方の側に、前記第3抵抗部及び前記第4抵抗部を被覆する第2絶縁樹脂層が形成されている請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のひずみゲージ。 - 前記抵抗体は、アルファクロムを主成分とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のひずみゲージ。
- 前記抵抗体は、アルファクロムを80重量%以上含む請求項5に記載のひずみゲージ。
- 前記抵抗体は、窒化クロムを含む請求項5又は6に記載のひずみゲージ。
- 前記抵抗体の下層に、金属、合金、又は、金属の化合物から形成された機能層を有する請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のひずみゲージ。
- 前記機能層は、前記抵抗体の結晶成長を促進する機能を有する請求項8に記載のひずみゲージ。
