Claims (6)
- シート状の対象物の検査を行う検査装置であって、
前記対象物を吸着面に吸着して搬送する吸着コンベアと、
前記吸着コンベアの前記吸着面に対向して配置される撮像部と、を備え、
前記吸着コンベアは、
厚み方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔が形成され、前記吸着面を構成する循環ベルトと、
前記循環ベルトに対して前記吸着面の反対側に設けられ、前記貫通孔へ向けて光を照射する投光部と、を備える、検査装置。 - 前記対象物は、金属箔の両面に活物質層を有する電極である、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記吸着コンベアは、前記循環ベルトの前記吸着面の反対側に設けられ、前記貫通孔を介して空気を吸引する吸引ボックスを備え、
前記投光部は、前記吸引ボックスの内側に設けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の検査装置。 - 前記吸着コンベアは、前記吸引ボックス内で前記投光部の位置を調整可能な調整機構を備える、請求項3に記載の検査装置。
- 前記調整機構は、前記投光部に設けられた被吸着部と、前記吸引ボックスの外側から前記被吸着部を吸着する吸着部と、を備え、前記吸着部と前記被吸着部とは、磁力によって互いに吸着される、請求項4に記載の検査装置。
- 前記吸着コンベアは、前記循環ベルトの前記吸着面の反対側に設けられ、前記貫通孔を介して空気を吸引する吸引ボックスを備え、
前記投光部は、前記吸引ボックスを挟んで前記吸着面の反対側に設けられ、
前記吸引ボックスは、前記投光部と対向する底壁部を有し、当該底壁部は透明材料で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の検査装置。
