Claims (17)
- 動力発生部から出力された駆動力を前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つに変換して出力する前後進出力部を含む第1変速部と、
前記第1変速部から入力された前記前進駆動及び後進駆動を少なくとも4つの回転速度のうち特定段に変速して出力する第2変速部と、を含み、
前記第2変速部は、
左、右ホイールと連結されるように左右方向に配置されたアクスルシャフトを含むアクスル出力部と、
前記アクスル出力部のアクスルシャフトと離隔して配置された少なくとも2つのシャフトを含み、前記第1変速部によって前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つに変換された動力を供給するように、車体の前後方向に備えられたベベルギヤ回転軸を形成するベベルギヤ部から動力の入力を受けて前記4つの回転速度に区分された特定段に変速して出力するアクスル入力部と、を含む、動力伝達装置。 - 前記アクスル入力部は、

前記駆動側アクスル入力部と連結されており、前記アクスルシャフト及び前記多段駆動シャフトと離隔し、且つ平行に備えられた多段従動シャフトを有し、前記駆動側アクスル入力部から入力された動力を前記4つの回転速度のうち2つの特定段に変速した後、そのうち1つを選択的に出力する従動側アクスル入力部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記アクスルシャフトは、前記左、右ホイールのうち左側ホイールと連結される左側アクスルシャフトと、前記左、右ホイールのうち右側ホイールと連結される右側アクスルシャフトと、を含み、
前記アクスル出力部は、前記左側アクスルシャフトと前記右側アクスルシャフトとの間に備えられ、前記駆動側アクスル入力部または前記従動側アクスル入力部によって前記変速された動力の入力を受けるディファレンシャルギヤ部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記駆動側アクスル入力部は、
前記多段駆動シャフトの外周に備えられており、作動油の供給に応じて前記2つの特定段のうち何れか1つの変速が選択的に可能であるように、前記多段駆動シャフトと固定される一側多段クラッチパックを含み、
前記従動側アクスル入力部は、
前記多段従動シャフトの外周に備えられており、作動油の供給に応じて前記2つの特定段のうち何れか1つの変速が選択的に可能であるように、前記多段従動シャフトと固定される他側多段クラッチパックを含む、請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記駆動側アクスル入力部は、
前記多段駆動シャフトの外周に備えられており、作動油の供給に応じて前記多段駆動シャフトと固定され、前記2つの特定段のうち何れか1つの変速が行われるように前記アクスル出力部と連結される一側多段クラッチパックを含み、
前記従動側アクスル入力部は、
前記多段従動シャフトの外周に備えられており、作動油の供給に応じて前記多段従動シャフトと固定され、前記2つの特定段のうち何れか1つの変速が行われるように前記アクスル出力部と連結される他側多段クラッチパックを含む、請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記一側多段クラッチパックには、前記アクスル出力部の一側と連結され、前記4つの回転速度のうち2番目の回転速度に変速して出力する2段駆動ギヤと、前記アクスル出力部の他側と連結され、前記4つの回転速度のうち4番目の回転速度に変速して出力する4段駆動ギヤと、が備えられており、
前記他側多段クラッチパックには、前記2段駆動ギヤが連結される前記アクスル出力部の一側と連結され、前記4つの回転速度のうち1番目の回転速度に変速して出力する1段駆動ギヤと、前記4段駆動ギヤが連結される前記アクスル出力部の他側と連結され、前記4つの回転速度のうち3番目の回転速度に変速して出力する3段駆動ギヤと、が備えらている、請求項4または5に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記アクスル出力部は、
前記左、右ホイールのうち左側ホイールに近く配置され、前記アクスル入力部の一側から動力の伝達を受ける左側ディファレンシャルギヤケースと、
前記左、右ホイールのうち右側ホイールに近く配置され、前記アクスル入力部の他側から動力の伝達を受ける右側ディファレンシャルギヤケースと、を含み、
前記一側多段クラッチパックには、前記右側ディファレンシャルギヤケースに備えられた一側伝達ギヤと噛合され、前記4つの回転速度のうち2番目の回転速度に変速して出力する2段駆動ギヤと、前記左側ディファレンシャルギヤケースに備えられた他側伝達ギヤと噛合され、前記4つの回転速度のうち4番目の回転速度に変速して出力する4段駆動ギヤと、が備えられており、
前記他側多段クラッチパックには、前記一側伝達ギヤと噛合され、前記4つの回転速度のうち1番目の回転速度に変速して出力する1段駆動ギヤと、前記他側伝達ギヤと噛合され、前記4つの回転速度のうち3番目の回転速度に変速して出力する3段駆動ギヤと、が備えられている、請求項4または5に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記駆動側アクスル入力部と前記従動側アクスル入力部を連結して動力を伝達するアイドラ部をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置。

前記アクスル出力部のアクスルシャフトと同軸で回転されるアイドルギヤを含む、請求項8に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記アイドラ部は、
前記アクスル出力部のアクスルシャフトと離隔し、且つ前記多段駆動シャフト及び前記多段従動シャフトにそれぞれ平行に配置されたアイドラシャフトと、
前記アイドラシャフトに備えられており、前記多段駆動シャフトと連動回転されるように備えられた一側連結ギヤと前記多段従動シャフトと連動されるように備えられた他側連結ギヤと同時に噛合されるように備えられたアイドルギヤと、を含む、請求項8に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1変速部の前記前後進出力部は、
前記動力発生部の出力端に直結されるように配置された出力シャフトと、
前記出力シャフトの外周に配置されており、作動油の供給に応じて前記出力シャフトと固定され、前記出力シャフトと連動回転されながら前進駆動または後進駆動を出力する前進変換クラッチ部及び後進変換クラッチ部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1変速部の前進駆動出力または後進駆動出力は、前記ベベルギヤ部が先端に形成されたプロペラシャフトを媒介として前記第2変速部に伝達され、
前記第1変速部は、
前記出力シャフトと前記プロペラシャフトとの間に配置され、前記前進駆動出力または後進駆動出力の伝達を媒介する補償ギヤ部をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1変速部の前進駆動出力または後進駆動出力は、前記ベベルギヤ部が先端に形成されたプロペラシャフトを媒介として前記第2変速部に伝達され、
前記出力シャフトと前記プロペラシャフトは1軸線上に直結されるように備えられる、請求項12に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記多段駆動シャフトには、前記ベベルギヤ部に備えられたベベルギヤと噛合されるベベリングギヤが備えられており、
前記ベベリングギヤの前記多段駆動シャフトにおける具備位置は、前記第1変速部が前記補償ギヤ部をさらに含む場合と、前記出力シャフトと前記プロペラシャフトが1軸線上に直結されるように備えられる場合とで、異なって設計されることができる、請求項13または14に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 前記左、右ホイールの前段に備えられ、前記アクスル出力部から供給される出力を減速させて出力トルクを増加させる減速ギヤ部をさらに含み、
前記減速ギヤ部がダブルプラネタリギヤセットからなる場合、前記動力発生部と前記前後進出力部の前段との間でトルク変換が行われない、請求項13または14に記載の動力伝達装置。 - 動力発生部から出力された駆動力を前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つに変換して出力する前後進出力部を含む第1変速部と、
前記第1変速部から入力された前記前進駆動及び後進駆動を少なくとも4つの回転速度のうち特定段に変速して出力する第2変速部と、を含み、
前記第2変速部は、
左、右ホイールと連結されるように左右方向に配置されたアクスルシャフトを有するアクスル出力部と、
前記アクスル出力部のアクスルシャフトと離隔して配置された少なくとも2つのシャフトを有し、前記第1変速部によって前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つに変換された動力を供給するように、車体の前後方向に備えられたベベルギヤ回転軸を形成するベベルギヤ部から動力の入力を受けて前記4つの回転速度に区分された特定段に変速して出力するアクスル入力部と、を含む、動力伝達装置を含む車両。
