Claims (8)
- 動力発生部から発生した動力の伝達を受け、車体の前後方向にベベルギヤ回転軸を形成するベベルギヤ部の前段部に備えられた第1変速部で前進駆動及び後進駆動の何れか1つに変換して出力する前後進出力変換ステップと、
前記前後進出力変換ステップにより入力された前進駆動または後進駆動を変速し、左、右ホイールが備えられたホイール駆動部に伝達する動力変速ステップと、を含み、
前記動力変速ステップは、
前記左、右ホイールと連結されたアクスルシャフトから離隔し、且つ平行に備えられた多段駆動シャフト、及び前記アクスルシャフトと前記多段駆動シャフトに平行に備えられた多段従動シャフトを回転させるシャフト駆動過程と、
前記多段駆動シャフト及び前記多段従動シャフトにそれぞれ一対で備えられた一側多段クラッチパック及び他側多段クラッチパックの何れか1つに作動油を供給して前記多段駆動シャフトまたは多段従動シャフトと固定させるクラッチ固定過程と、
前記クラッチ固定過程により固定された一側多段クラッチパック及び他側多段クラッチパックの何れか1つによって変速された動力を前記アクスルシャフトに伝達する変速動力出力過程と、を含み、
前記シャフト駆動過程は、前記アクスルシャフトと同軸に備えられるか、前記アクスルシャフトから離隔し、且つ前記多段駆動シャフト及び前記多段従動シャフトと平行に備えられ、前記多段駆動シャフト及び前記多段従動シャフトと同時に噛合されるように連結されたアイドラ部を用いて、前記多段駆動シャフト及び多段従動シャフトを同時に回転させる過程である、動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 前記前後進出力変換ステップは、前記動力発生部の出力端または前記動力発生部から出力された動力をトルク変換させるように備えられたトルクコンバータの出力端と直結されるように備えられた出力シャフトの外周に備えられた前進変換クラッチ部及び後進変換クラッチ部の何れか1つを、作動油の供給に応じて選択的に前記出力シャフトと固定させるステップである、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。
- 前記前後進出力変換ステップは、前記出力シャフトと平行に配置されており、一側は前記前進変換クラッチ部に備えられた前進駆動ギヤ及び前記後進変換クラッチ部に備えられた後進駆動ギヤの何れか1つにのみ直接噛合され、他側は前記ベベルギヤ部に動力を伝達するプロペラシャフトに備えられた前後進駆動ギヤと直接噛合される前後進出力変換シャフトに動力を伝達するステップである、請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。
- 前記クラッチ固定過程は、
前記一側多段クラッチパックのうち2段駆動ギヤが備えられた2段クラッチ部に作動油が供給され、前記多段駆動シャフトと前記2段クラッチ部を固定させる2段変速駆動を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 前記クラッチ固定過程は、
前記一側多段クラッチパックのうち4段駆動ギヤが備えられた4段クラッチ部に作動油が供給され、前記多段駆動シャフトと前記4段クラッチ部を固定させる4段変速駆動を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 前記クラッチ固定過程は、
前記他側多段クラッチパックのうち1段駆動ギヤが備えられた1段クラッチ部に作動油が供給され、前記多段従動シャフトと前記1段クラッチ部を固定させる1段変速駆動を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 前記クラッチ固定過程は、
前記他側多段クラッチパックのうち3段駆動ギヤが備えられた第3段クラッチ部に作動油が供給され、前記多段従動シャフトと前記第3段クラッチ部を固定させる3段変速駆動を含む、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。 - 前記変速動力出力過程は、前記一側多段クラッチパック及び前記他側多段クラッチパックの何れか1つが、前記左、右ホイールのうち左側ホイールと連結された左側アクスルシャフトと、前記左、右ホイールのうち右側ホイールと連結された右側アクスルシャフトとの間に備えられたディファレンシャルギヤ部の第1伝達ギヤ及び第2伝達ギヤの何れか1つと噛合される過程である、請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の作動制御方法。
