Claims (7)
- 牛蒡子の生薬を提供する段階と、牛蒡子の生薬、水及びエタノール濃度が95%のエタノール水溶液である抽出剤を順番に混合することにより、7〜14%の牛蒡子の生薬、8〜40%の水、及び50〜84%の抽出剤が含まれる混合物を獲得する段階と、沸騰の状態で20〜180分で還流抽出することにより、粗抽出液を獲得する段階と、前記の粗抽出液を減圧濃縮と遠心で処理することにより、牛蒡子抽出物を獲得する段階とを含むことを特徴とする牛蒡子抽出物の製造方法。
- 25℃、6000rpmで15分遠心を行うことにより、牛蒡子抽出物を獲得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の牛蒡子抽出物の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の牛蒡子抽出物の製造方法による牛蒡子抽出物を提供する段階と、牛蒡子抽出物をエタノール濃度が50%のエタノール水溶液である溶剤に溶かし、牛蒡子の飽和エタノール水溶液を獲得する段階と、前記の牛蒡子の飽和エタノール水溶液を25℃、6000rpmで15分遠心することにより、底層水溶液を獲得する段階と、樹脂を充填する樹脂充填カラムを提供する段階と、樹脂の体積に対して、1/50倍の底層水溶液を前記の樹脂充填カラムに通して、順番に樹脂の体積に対して、1〜3倍の50〜70%のエタノール水溶液である第一溶出剤と、樹脂の体積に対して、1.5〜2倍の95%のエタノール水溶液である第二溶出剤により溶出を行い、溶出液を獲得する段階と、溶出液を濃縮及び乾燥して牛蒡子純化物を獲得する段階とを含むことを特徴とする牛蒡子抽出物の純化方法。
- 前記樹脂はマクロポーラス樹脂D101であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の牛蒡子抽出物の純化方法。
- 5〜10ml/分の流速で前記第一溶出剤及び第二溶出剤により溶出を行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の牛蒡子抽出物の純化方法。
- 前記の樹脂を95%のエタノール水溶液である浸漬液に24時間で予めに浸してから樹脂充填カラムに充填し、樹脂の体積に対して、1.5〜2倍の50〜70%のエタノール水溶液である洗い液により前記の樹脂を充填している樹脂充填カラムを洗い、続いて、底層水溶液を樹脂充填カラムに通すことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の牛蒡子抽出物の純化方法。
- 前記の第一溶出剤及び前記の浸漬液は50%のエタノール水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の牛蒡子抽出物の純化方法。
