Claims (12)
- 軸受の外輪から所定の間隔で離間されて前記外輪を包む軸受チューブと、
前記外輪と前記軸受チューブとの間に配置されるリンクと、を備え、
前記リンクは、前記外輪に接する外輪連結部と、前記軸受チューブに接するチューブ連結部と、を備える軸受振動低減装置。 - 前記外輪連結部は、前記軸受に半径方向に配置され、
前記外輪連結部の一端は前記外輪に固定され、前記外輪連結部の他端は前記軸受チューブから所定の間隔で離間されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受振動低減装置。 - 前記外輪連結部の前記他端には、弾性材質の第1ストッパーが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の軸受振動低減装置。
- 前記チューブ連結部は、前記軸受に半径方向に配置され、
前記チューブ連結部の一端は前記軸受チューブに固定され、前記チューブ連結部の他端は前記外輪から所定の間隔で離間されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の軸受振動低減装置。 - 前記チューブ連結部の前記他端には、弾性材質の第2ストッパーが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の軸受振動低減装置。
- 前記リンクは、
前記外輪と前記軸受チューブの間で円周方向に配置され、前記外輪連結部と前記チューブ連結部を連結する連結部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受振動低減装置。 - 前記連結部材は、弾性変形が可能なように、断面が減少されて形成される断面減少部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の軸受振動低減装置。
- 前記断面減少部は、
前記軸受の回転軸方向に前記連結部材の幅が減少する第1断面減少部と、
前記軸受の回転軸に垂直な方向に前記連結部材の幅が減少する第2断面減少部と、からなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の軸受振動低減装置。 - 前記連結部材は、流体流動による減衰効果のために形成されるオリフィスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の軸受振動低減装置。
- 前記オリフィスは、前記軸受の回転軸に垂直な方向に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の軸受振動低減装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の軸受振動低減装置を含む振動低減軸受。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の軸受振動低減装置を含み、
前記外輪と前記軸受チューブの間が粘性流体で充填される振動低減軸受。
