Abstract
【解決手段】第1の装置(4、5)のための冷却媒体を冷却するための第1放熱部41A及び第2の装置(7)のための冷却媒体を冷却するための第2放熱部41Bを、前後方向を向く面に沿って延在する構造体として一体的に備える第1熱交換器(11)と、第1熱交換器(11)の前側に概ね平行に且つ部分的に重なり合うように配置され、第3の装置(8)のための冷却媒体を冷却するための構造体をなす第3放熱部(61)を備える第2熱交換器(12)とを有する。これにより、部品点数及びコストが低減され、前後方向寸法が小さくなる。

Claims (8)
- 車両の冷却構造であって、
第1の装置のための冷却媒体を冷却するための第1放熱部及び第2の装置のための冷却媒体を冷却するための第2放熱部を、前後方向を向く面に沿って延在する構造体として一体的に備える第1熱交換器と、
前記第1熱交換器の前側に概ね平行に且つ部分的に重なり合うように配置され、第3の装置のための冷却媒体を冷却するための構造体をなす第3放熱部を備える第2熱交換器とを有することを特徴とする車両の冷却構造。 - 前記第2放熱部における目標温度が前記第1放熱部における目標温度よりも低く、
前記第3放熱部が、実質的に前記第1放熱部に重なり且つ前記第2放熱部に重ならない位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の冷却構造。 - 前記第1放熱部は、内燃機関用の冷却液を冷却するための放熱部をなし、
前記第2放熱部は、電力制御ユニット用の冷却液を冷却するための放熱部をなし、
前記第3放熱部は、空調用冷媒を凝縮させる空調用コンデンサをなすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の冷却構造。 - 前記第1熱交換器は、前記第1放熱部及び前記第2放熱部の上下に設けられた1対のタンクを有し、前記1対のタンクのそれぞれは、前記第1放熱部と前記第2放熱部との境界に対応する位置に設けられ、内部を前記第1放熱部に連通する第1室と前記第2放熱部に連通する第2室とに隔てる隔壁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両の冷却構造。
- 前記1対のタンクの一方には、前記第1室に冷却液を供給する第1冷却液供給管及び前記第2室に冷却液を供給する第2冷却液供給管が接続され、
前記1対のタンクの他方には、前記第1室に冷却液から冷却液を排出する第1冷却液排出管及び前記第2室から冷却液を排出する第2冷却液排出管が接続され、
前記第1冷却液供給管の下流端が、前記第1室における前記第2室の側に偏倚した位置に設けられ、且つ前方に向けて前記第2室から離反する向きに傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両の冷却構造。 - 前記第2熱交換器が前記第1熱交換器に取り付けられ、前記第1熱交換器が車体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の車両の冷却構造。
- 前記第2放熱部の前側に配置され、前記第1熱交換器に取り付けられる保護部材を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の車両の冷却構造。
- 前記第1熱交換器の後側にて左右に並んで配置された2つのファンを更に有し、
前記2つのファンのうち前記第2放熱部の側に配置されたものが、前記第2放熱部及び前記第1放熱部に重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の車両の冷却構造。
