Claims (7)
- 2つの回路体へのワイヤハーネスの接続構造であって、
前記2つの回路体の一方である第1回路体に設けられた第1接続端子と、前記2つの回路体の他方である第2回路体に設けられた第2接続端子が相互に隣接して配置されている一方、
前記第1接続端子に接続される第1電線の端末と、前記第2接続端子に接続される第2電線の端末とにそれぞれ設けられた2つの電線側接続端子が、共通のコネクタハウジングに収容保持されて単一のハーネス端末コネクタが構成されると共に、該ハーネス端末コネクタから延出する第1電線と前記第2電線を含んで前記ワイヤハーネスが構成されており、
前記ワイヤハーネスの前記電線側接続端子が、前記第1回路体の前記第1接続端子と前記第2回路体の前記第2接続端子に対して、導通接続されるようになっている
ことを特徴とする2つの回路体へのワイヤハーネスの接続構造。 - 前記第1接続端子がプラス側接続端子であり、前記第2接続端子がマイナス側接続端子である一方、前記第1電線がプラス側電線であり、前記第2電線がマイナス側電線である請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスの接続構造。
- 前記ハーネス端末コネクタから延出する前記プラス側電線と前記マイナス側電線とが共通の被覆部材の内部に収容されて前記ワイヤハーネスを構成している請求項2に記載のワイヤハーネスの接続構造。
- 前記第1回路体に設けられた前記第1接続端子が、前記第1回路体に設けられたコネクタハウジングに収容配置されることにより、第1接続用コネクタが構成されている一方、
前記第2回路体に設けられた第2接続端子が、前記第2回路体に設けられたコネクタハウジングに収容配置されることにより、第2接続用コネクタが構成されており、
前記ワイヤハーネスの前記ハーネス端末コネクタが、前記第1接続用コネクタと前記第2接続用コネクタに同時に嵌合接続されるようになっている一方、
前記ハーネス端末コネクタおよび前記第1/第2接続用コネクタの少なくとも一方が、前記コネクタハウジングの本体に対して前記接続端子およびそれを囲うハウジング可動部が変位可能に保持されたフロート構造を有している請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の2つの回路体へのワイヤハーネスの接続構造。 - 前記第1回路体と前記第2回路体が1つの筐体内に収容配置されている一方、前記第1接続用コネクタと前記第2接続用コネクタが、前記筐体の壁部に設けられた貫通孔に対向して配設されており、
前記ハーネス端末コネクタが、前記筐体の前記貫通孔を挿通して前記第1接続用コネクタと前記第2接続用コネクタに接続されるようになっている請求項4に記載の2つの回路体へのワイヤハーネスの接続構造。 - 前記筐体と前記第1接続用コネクタと前記第2接続用コネクタのそれぞれの対向面間には、何れか一方に設けられた位置決め凸部と、他方に設けられた位置決め凹部の凹凸嵌合による位置決め機構が設けられており、前記位置決め凸部と前記位置決め凹部の対向面間の隙間寸法公差が、前記フロート構造による前記接続端子の前記コネクタハウジングに対する変位寸法よりも小さい寸法で削減されている請求項5に記載の2つの回路体へのワイヤハーネスの接続構造。
- 前記ハーネス端末コネクタにおける前記コネクタハウジングの外周面が、前記筐体の前記貫通孔の内周縁部に対して、シール部材を介して圧接嵌合されるようになっている請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の2つの回路体へのワイヤハーネスの接続構造。
