Claims (3)
- レーザ加工機その他のレーザ光を利用する機器にレーザ光を供給するためのレーザ装置であって、
第一の入力光及び第二の入力光の入射を受けてそれら入力光とは波長が異なる出力光を出射し当該出力光を利用する機器に向けて供給する非線形光学結晶と、
前記非線形光学結晶に入射しようとする第二の入力光の同結晶に入射しようとする第一の入力光に対する光路長を変化させることを通じて同結晶から出射する出力光の強度を増減させる光路長調整器とを具備するレーザ装置。 - 前記光路長調整器が、前記非線形光学結晶に向かう前記第二の入力光の伝搬の経路上に存在し第二の入力光を反射または透過させる光学要素と、当該光学要素の変位を惹起して第二の入力光の光路長を伸縮させるモータとを備えている請求項1記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記非線形光学結晶が、前記出力光として、前記第一の入力光若しくは前記第二の入力光の第二高調波を発生させ、または第一の入力光と第二の入力光との和周波を発生させる請求項1または2記載のレーザ装置。
