Claims (10)
- サーバーケースに用いられるフィルタ部材であって、
遠心力発生ユニットを嵌入可能な複数の行部材を有し、またスリットを有するグリッドサポートと、
前記スリットに収納される交換可能な表面ストレーナーと、
前記グリッドサポートに結びつき、且つ前記交換可能な表面ストレーナーの上流に位置決めされる複数の遠心力フィルタユニットと、
前記フィルタ部材とサーバーとの間に位置決めされるための少なくとも1つの弾性ストリップと、
を含むフィルタ部材。 - 前記各遠心力フィルタユニットは、
空気入口と、
前記空気入口に入る粒子含有冷却ガスの気流方向を変える最表面と、
入口ポートと、
出口ポートを有するアーク面と、
を含み、
前記最表面は、前記入口ポート内で終わり、前記入口ポートは、前記粒子含有冷却ガスが前記アーク面に衝突するように構成し位置決められる請求項1に記載のフィルタ部材。 - 前記出口ポートの合計面積は、前記入口ポートの合計面積より小さい請求項2に記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記出口ポートに隣接するフィルタ溝を更に含む請求項2又は3に記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記各遠心力フィルタユニットに結合するフィルタユニットとするように、前記フィルタ溝内に繊維を更に含む請求項4に記載のフィルタ部材。
- 前記少なくとも1つの弾性ストリップは、ワイヤが前記サーバーと周辺機器との間を通過できるようなサイズと形に形成される請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のフィルタ部材。
- サーバーと、
請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のフィルタ部材と、
を備える電子装置。 - 粒子含有冷却ガスからサーバーに入る粒子量を減少するためのフィルタ方法であって、
前記冷却ガスに含まれる少なくとも幾つかの粒子を取り除くように前記粒子含有冷却ガスを遠心力フィルタユニットに通らせて、粒子が減少した冷却ガスを得る工程と、
その後、粒子が減少した前記冷却ガスを前記サーバーに導入する前に、交換可能な表面ストレーナーによって粒子が減少した前記冷却ガスをフィルタする工程と、
を含むフィルタ方法。 - 前記粒子含有冷却ガスを前記遠心力フィルタユニットに通す前記工程は、
前記粒子含有冷却ガスを最表面に衝突させて前記粒子含有冷却ガスの気流方向を変える工程と、
前記粒子含有冷却ガスを入口ポートに通らせ且つサイクロン流を前記粒子含有冷却ガスに与える工程と、
前記遠心力フィルタユニット内の出口ポートを介して前記粒子含有冷却ガスから前記粒子の少なくとも幾つかを取り除く工程と、
前記遠心力フィルタユニットのフィルタ溝内に前記粒子の幾つかをキャッチする工程と、
を含む請求項8に記載のフィルタ方法。 - 前記交換可能な表面ストレーナーは、高効率微粒子アキュムレータストレーナーであり、且つ粒子が減少した前記冷却ガスを前記交換可能な表面ストレーナーに通らせる前記工程は、粒子が減少した前記冷却ガスから細菌、ウイルス及びアレルゲンを取り除く工程を含む請求項8又は9に記載のフィルタ方法。
