Claims (20)
- インプラントと接合する整形外科増強物であって、前記整形外科増強物が、
患者の組織と接合するように適合された外側表面と、
前記インプラントと接合するように構成された内側表面と、
を備え、
前記内側表面が、固定材料を受けるように構成された陥凹ポケット、及び、前記陥凹ポケットの開口を画定する外周を備え、
前記外周が縁部を備え、前記整形外科増強物の第1のポートの一部分が前記外周を通って延在し、前記縁部が、前記インプラントの外表面の形と合致するように構成された凹形になっており、前記内側表面が前記インプラントの外表面と接合するように構成され、前記縁部が、前記インプラントの前記外表面の一部分が前記縁部を横切って延在するように更に構成されており、且つ、前記第1のポートが、前記外側表面の側面から前記陥凹ポケットまで延在し、
前記陥凹ポケットが、前記内側表面に沿って、前記第1のポートから少なくとも側方の方向に延在し、前記第1のポートが延在する前記外側表面の前記側面の少なくとも一部分が、固定材料を前記陥凹ポケットの中に保持するために前記陥凹ポケットの一部分を囲むように構成され、前記縁部は、前記縁部が前記インプラントの前記外表面と合致して係合するときに、前記第1のポートを通って前記陥凹ポケットの中に受け入れられた前記固定材料を保持する形状になっている、整形外科増強物。 - 前記整形外科増強物が、少なくとも第2のポートを更に備え、前記第2のポートが、前記第1のポートと同じ前記外側表面の側面から延在し、且つ、前記陥凹ポケットと流体連通しており、前記第2のポートの一部分が前記外周の一部分を通って延在する、請求項1に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記陥凹ポケットが、稜部によって分離された第1の区画および第2の区画を備える、請求項1に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記稜部が前記縁部に対して陥凹する、請求項3に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記陥凹ポケットが、前記開口の周辺の位置で前記陥凹ポケットの中に受け入れられた前記固定材料の少なくとも一部を保持する構造になっており、これによって、前記固定材料が前記整形外科増強物を前記インプラントに堅固に固定することが容易になっている、請求項1に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記固定材料がセメントまたはペーストである、請求項5に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記第1のポートが前記外側表面から前記内側表面に延在し、それによって前記固定材料を前記陥凹ポケットに挿入することが可能になる、請求項1に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記第1のポートと同じ前記外側表面の側面に位置付けられた第2のポートを更に備える、請求項1に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記第2のポートが前記第1のポートの下方に配置された充填ゲージである、請求項8に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記第2のポートが、前記第1のポートの幾何学的形状とは異なる幾何学的形状を有する、請求項8に記載の整形外科増強物。
- 前記第1のポートがプラグを備える、請求項1に記載の整形外科増強物。

前記外周が縁部を備え、前記整形外科増強物の第1のポートの一部分が前記外周の一部分を通って延在し、前記縁部が、前記インプラントの外表面の形と合致するように構成された凹形になっており、前記内側表面が前記インプラントの外表面と接合するように構成され、前記縁部が、前記インプラントの前記外表面の一部分が前記縁部を横切って延在するように更に構成されており、且つ、前記第1のポートが、前記内側表面と前記外側表面との間で延在し、
前記陥凹ポケットが、前記内側表面に沿って、前記第1のポートから少なくとも側方の方向に延在し、前記縁部は、前記縁部が前記インプラントの前記外表面と合致して係合するときに、前記第1のポートを通って前記陥凹ポケットの中に受け入れられた前記固定材料を保持する形状になっており、前記第1のポートがルアーロック器具を備える、整形外科増強物。 - 1つ又は複数の整形外科インプラントを用いる整形外科処置に使用するキットであって、
前記キットは複数の増強物を備え、前記複数の増強物はそれぞれ、
外側表面と、
内側表面及び陥凹ポケットを有する内側と、を備え、
前記陥凹ポケットが固定材料を受けるように構成され、前記陥凹ポケットの開口が外周及び前記内側表面によって画定され、前記外周が、縁部と、前記外周の側面を通って延在する前記増強物のポートとを備え、前記ポートが、前記陥凹ポケットと流体連通し、前記縁部が前記少なくとも1つの整形外科インプラントの外側表面と係合するときに前記陥凹ポケットの中の前記固定材料を保持するために、前記縁部が、前記1つ又は複数の整形外科インプラントのうちの少なくとも1つの整形外科インプラントの形と合致するように構成された凹形になっており、
前記ポートが、前記外側表面の側面から前記陥凹ポケットまで延在し、前記陥凹ポケットが前記開口から前記ポートを越える深さまで内方へ延在し、それによって、前記ポートが貫通する前記外側表面の前記側面が前記陥凹ポケットの中の前記固定材料を保持するために前記陥凹ポケットの一部分を囲むようになり、
前記複数の増強物のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記外周の縁部の一部分を貫通して前記陥凹ポケットと流体連通する1つよりも多いポートを有する、キット。
