全髋臼,采用哑铃型粘接结构,使人造骨与骨头粘接
牢固,承受拉力增加三分之二,抗扭力作用增强,可抗
骨水泥老化后松动与脱落,使用时间延长一倍。
Description
本实用新型属于假肢体或附件领域,具体涉及一种新型人造全髋臼。
股骨头坏死、股骨胫骨折,严重骨性关节炎,髋骨骨折等疾病常导致需要手术治疗,去除病灶骨质,换上人工代用骨。在这种情况下,以往的治疗是直接用骨水泥将人造骨与人骨头粘接,其缺点是骨水泥老化后易于松动甚至脱落,承受的拉力也小。近来在接骨时,在骨头与人造骨或人工关节上打孔或挖沟槽,在孔内或沟槽内填上骨水泥后再粘接,形成棒式粘接。这种方法比平面粘接要牢固一些,但仍存在粘接易松动与脱落的缺点,不易锁住,承受的拉力也低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种粘接牢固,防止松动脱落的新型人造全髋臼。
技术方案如下:
新型人造全髋臼使用超高分子量聚乙烯材料制造,全髋臼上部为一半球体,直径为38~54mm,半球中空内径为26~32mm,下面有一底座高6~10mm。在半球上交错等距,均匀分布有哑铃型小孔,露在半球表面的孔小,直径为4~8mm,内膛大直径为5~8mm。表面小孔中心间距为10~15mm。哑铃型孔使用三维卡具,用车床加工。使用时,将带哑铃小孔全髋臼孔内压满骨水泥,在对接骨上也对应打上哑铃型小孔,压满骨水泥,吻合对接粘上,待牢固后即完成接骨,然后缝合伤口。
本实用新型的优点在于:由于两骨粘接为哑铃孔式粘接,连接牢固,承受拉力比原来增加三分之二,抗扭力作用增强,可抗骨水泥老化后松动与脱落;使用时间延长一倍。

新型人造全髋臼使用超高分子量聚乙烯材料制成,全髋臼1为半球形,直径为50mm,半球中空,内孔直径为30mm,底座2为8mm,半球面上交错等距,均匀分布打孔,使用三维卡具,车床加工,哑铃型孔3直径为6mm,露在半球表面的孔4直径为4mm,见图2,孔中心间距为12mm。

1、一种由超高分子量聚乙烯材料制成的新型人造全髋臼,其特征在于:在人工全髋臼(1)上打有哑铃形孔(3),其直径为5~10mm,露在半球外表面的小孔(4)的直径为4~8mm,孔中心间距为10~15mm。
