Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于金属髋臼的内衬,所述内衬为半球形壳体,所述内衬的内壁和外壁均为光滑球面,所述内衬用于安装在金属髋臼的内腔处,其特征在于,所述内衬的外径小于金属髋臼的内腔直径,所述内衬设有榫孔,所述榫孔分布在所述内衬的外壁上,所述榫孔不穿透所述内衬。本发明结构简单,能够直接替换原有已经磨损的内衬,内衬与金属髋臼之间粘结牢固,不容易产生相对滑动。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于金属髋臼的内衬。
背景技术
髋关节是人体最大和最重要的关节之一,其承受着整个身体的上半身重量,由于关节两端的软骨面,会随着年龄、遗传、变性、过用和损伤造成粗糙变性,因此需要做关节置换手术,人工全髋关节置换术是目前解决患者疼痛和功能障碍最有效的手术治疗方式之一,其中髋臼组件是人工全髋关节置换术中的重要应用部件。
目前,常见的髋臼内衬通过卡扣装置或过盈配合,这就要求髋臼杯内表面和髋臼内衬外表面加工精度要求高,而且在一定程度上存在松动的可能性,会加剧髋臼内衬外表面的磨损并产生颗粒,这些颗粒可能会诱导骨溶解,对关节假体周围骨床质量产生影响,而且,当髋臼内衬磨损到一定程度就必须进行翻修,翻修时,由于缺少适配的内衬,一般情况下,需要连同金属髋臼整体更换,增加手术的复杂程度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于金属髋臼的内衬,该金属髋臼内衬能够直接替换原有已经磨损的内衬,而且能够防止替换后的内衬与金属髋臼发生相对滑动。
本发明的目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:
一种用于金属髋臼的内衬,所述内衬为半球形壳体,所述内衬的外壁和内壁均为光滑球面,所述内衬用于安装在金属髋臼的内腔处,其特征在于,所述内衬的外径小于金属髋臼的内腔直径,所述内衬设有榫孔,所述榫孔分布在所述内衬的外壁上,所述榫孔不穿透所述内衬。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明可以做如下改进:
本发明所述的榫孔的个数为4~8个,从而进一步增加内衬与髋臼连接的牢固度。
本发明所述的榫孔围绕所述内衬的轴心线等角分布,从而使内衬受力更加均匀。
本发明所述的榫孔的直径为3~4mm,从而能够容纳部分骨水泥,防止内衬与金属髋臼之间发生滑动。
本发明所述的内衬为高交联聚乙烯内衬,从而减少内衬与股骨头的磨损,延长假体使用寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明技术具有以下优点:
(1)本发明的金属髋臼内衬能够直接替换原有已经磨损的内衬,适用于不同内径的金属髋臼,不需要整体更换金属髋臼,减少对病人的损伤,降低病人的经济负担;
(2)本发明的金属髋臼内衬设有榫孔,内衬与髋臼之间通过骨水泥粘结,有部分骨水泥进入榫孔后凝固,从而使内衬安装在髋臼内更加牢固,避免发生相对滑动,减少磨损,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1~3,本实施例的一种用于金属髋臼的内衬,该内衬为半球形壳体,内衬的外壁1和内壁2均为光滑球面,内衬2的外径为40mm,内径为28mm,用于安装内衬的金属髋臼4内腔的直径为45mm,内衬的外径1小于金属髋臼4的内腔直径;本实施例中的内衬设有4个榫孔3,榫孔3的直径为4mm,4个榫孔3以内衬的轴心线等角分布在内衬的外壁1上,而且榫孔3不穿透内衬;因此,本实施例的内衬整体结构简单,而且能够防止内衬与金属髋臼4发生相对滑动。
当患者的原来髋臼内衬磨损需要修复时,可以直接运用本实施例中的内衬进行更换,更换前只需拆除原内衬,并清除金属髋臼4内腔内的物质,然后通过骨水泥5直接把本实施例中的内衬粘结在金属髋臼4内,在粘结的过程中,内衬受到挤压,部分骨水泥5会进入榫孔3内,当骨水泥5凝固后,就能把内衬固定,内衬与金属髋臼4之间的粘结牢固度高。
本实施例中内衬采用高交联聚乙烯制作而成,不但能够提高内衬的耐磨度,从而延长假体使用寿命,降低患者的经济负担。
本发明的上述实施例并不是对本发明保护范围的限定,本发明的实施方式不限于此,凡此种种根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,对本发明上述结构做出的其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更,均应落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于金属髋臼的内衬,所述内衬为半球形壳体,所述内衬的外壁和内壁均为光滑球面,所述内衬用于安装在金属髋臼的内腔处,其特征在于,所述内衬的外径小于金属髋臼的内腔直径,所述内衬设有榫孔,所述榫孔分布在所述内衬的外壁上,所述榫孔不穿透所述内衬。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于金属髋臼的内衬,其特征在于,所述榫孔的个数为4~8个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于金属髋臼的内衬,其特征在于,所述榫孔以所述内衬的轴心线等角分布在所述内衬的外壁上。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项权利要求所述的用于金属髋臼的内衬,其特征在于,所述榫孔的直径为3~4mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于金属髋臼的内衬,其特征在于,所述内衬为高交联聚乙烯内衬。
