Description

обрабатывают костно-мозговой канал бедра под соответствующий размер внутрикостного стержн  5 эндопротеза 2 проксимального конца бедренной кости. Удал ют губчатую кость из межвертельной области под форму верхнего конца внутрикостного стержн  5. Забнвают внутрикостный стержень 5 эндопротеза 2 проксимального конца бедренной кости в костно-мозговой канал бедра. Забивают эндопротез / вертлужной впадины в вертлужную впадину. Большой вертел фиксируют винтом 6 с гайкой 7. Ушивают мышцы, рану орошают антибиотиками и зашивают наглухо.

Claims (1)

  1. Формула изобретени 
    Искусственный тазобедренный сустав, содержащий эндопротезы вертлужной впадины с глухой полусферой и проксимального конца
    бедренной кости с головкой, имеющей лыски, и шейкой, внзтрикостным окончатым стержнем и фиксатором большого вертела, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью облегчени 
    проведени  операции, повышени  износостойкости , а также уирощени  конструкции и повышени  надежного соединени  эндопротезов, в нем глуха  полусфера эндопротеза вертлужной впадины выполнена величиной более
    половины шаровой головки эндопротеза проксимального конца бедренной кости, а в головке со стороны отверсти  под шейку выбраны две оппозитно расположенные плоские лыски , образующие в поперечном сечении головки , проведенном вдоль осей симметрии лысок, большой круг, равновеликий по диаметру с входом головки в полусферу эндопротеза вертлужной впадины.
