I Изобретение относитс  к медшщнской технике.
Известнь искусственные тазобедренные суставы, содержащие шарнирно соединенные ;эндопротезы вертлужной впадинтл и гфоксимального конца бедренной кости с окончатым стержнем, опорной площадкой, головкой с шейкой и фиксатором большого вер ,тела.
; Недостаток таких искусственных суета™ BOB заключаетс  в том, что они предполагают удешение, межвертельной области бедренной кости и укорочение конечностей. г того, в них не исключена опасность проворачивани  в кости. Сборка и раз- борка этих суставов сложна, при их щзименении необходимо использовать цементирующие средства дл  креплени  суставов к кост м таза и бедра,
. С целью устранени  указанных недостатков предложен искусственный .тазобедренный cycTaBj В-котором эндропротез вертлужной впадин ь1. выполнен с буртиками и лазами на внутрешГёй поверхности под 11ЫСКЙ, выбран|ные в головке, окончатый.стержень выполиен с уширенной частью, касущей ; «ксаТор; больше ве|)тела а виде акнта с самоконгр щейсй гайкой: и имекадей ферму проксн мального конда бедренной кости с площадка JvfH , перпендикул рными межвертельной оси и оси шейки.
На фиг. 1 схематично изображен гфадлагаемый кскусственный тазобедренный сустаэ, общий вид и сечение по л фиг. 2 - эндогфотез вертлужной. впадины, осевое сечение и вид по стрелке Б; на фиг. 3 - |эндр- протез головки бедренной кости, общий вид и по В-В.
Искусственный тазобедренный суета содержит шарнирно соединенщхе эвдощютвз 1 вертлужной впадины и. эндопро ез -2. головки бедренной, кости. Наружна  повеохность эндопротеза i 1 снабжена лопаст ми с отв)1 стиами 3 дн  Врастани  костной ткани, Внут|ренн   поверхность выполнена в виде сферы 4,В центре которой имеетс  технодо- гичрСкое:бТаерстие 5, обеспечивающее по-; ступ ение -суставной жидкости дл  смазки; сфера охеатвдвает ;больше1; половины головки бедра. У входа в искусственнуЮ|вертлужнузо впадину имеютс  буртики 6 и пазы 7 под лыски 8 тюловкк Благодар  лыс-, головка легко входит в эндопротез 1 вертлужиой впа,аины и после разворота проч-t но закрепл етс  в ней. Искусственна  головка должна так располагатьс  в вертлужной впадине, чтобы лыски находились с боков по передней и задней поверхност м, Кроме TorOj ль;ски создают дополнительные пространства дл  суставной жвдкости, обеспечивающей смазку суставных поверхностей,
Головка с помощью шейки под углом 130 соединена с внутрикостным окончатым стержнем 9. Каруж1-1а  поверхность уширенно1Х конца стержн  снабжена винтом 10 с , :самоконтр цтейс  гайкой 11. Гайка способ;- ( на измен ть длину винэа в зависимости от толщины большо1ю вертел . У осноБШ- И  шейки HivieeTCH опорна  шлощадка 12. В дистапьном конце стержн  располагаютс  окна 13 во фронтальной плоскости дл  врастани  костной 1каки, Проксимальный конец стержн  Н1леет отверстие 14 под приспособление д./  ;13Блечен1ш из костномозгового ка нала бедра.
При операции лротезированийу болько1Х1 I в положении на боку или на спине боковым разрезом обнажают большой вертел, которы.й долоаом отсекают у основани  перпендикул рно 1лежвертельиой оси и н;а мышечной ножке лоднамают .кверху. , Затем пилой Жиг- ли перепиливают шейку у основани  перпендикул рно ее оси Удал ют головку с шейкой , Обрабатывают разверткой костномозговой канал бедра под соответствуюаигй раэ. . мор с:тержп  искусственного сустава и уда- Ь л ют г/бчатую кость по внутренней и наруж-
|ной поверхности проксимальной части. Обра-, батывают вертлужную впадину до необходимо го размера. Забивают стержень в костномоэн говой канал бедра fi протез вертлужной впа-1 .дины в таз. Затем большой вертел с помо- ; шыо винта устанавливают точно на свое мес-|гто и фиксируют сакшконтр щейс.  гайкой, Ра- ну обрабатывают антибиотиками и послойно зашивают наглухо.

  1. Формула изобретени 
    Искусственный тазобедренный сустав, соч шарн1фно соединенные зндопротезы вертлужной впадины и проксимального 1конца бедренной кости с окончатым стержнем , опорной площадкой, головкой с шейкой и фиксатором большого вертела, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью сохранени  межвертельной области бедренной кости и длины конечности, предотвращени  проворачивани  е кости, упрощени  сборки и разборки , повышени  надежности фиксации впреж- нем положении большого вертела, отсеченного по ходу onepiauHji, к эндопротезу бедренной кости и обеспечени  надлежащих условий дл  артродеза в случае необходимости удалени  искусственного сустава, эндопротез /вертлужной впадины выполнен с буртикаьди и пазами на внутренней поверхности под лыс . ки, выбранные в головке, окончатый стержень, в выполнен с уш1фенной частью, несущей . фиксатор большого вертела в виде винта с са- .; моконтр щейс  гайкой и имеющей форму прокс: . ладьного конца бедренной кости с площад- ками, перпендикул рными межвертельной оси и оси шейки.f
