Abstract

技术领域

背景技术

Claims (20)
1.一种髋臼植入物,其包括:

11.根据权利要求9所述的植入物,其特征在于,还包括延伸穿过所述主体的第一压缩孔,所述第一压缩孔为细长的并且在其中包括倾斜表面,所述倾斜表面配置成以滑动方式接合插入穿过其的骨固定元件的头部,以横跨所述髋臼的骨折施加压缩。
12.根据权利要求11所述的植入物,其特征在于,还包括延伸穿过所述主体的第二压缩孔,所述第二压缩孔为细长的并且在其中包括倾斜表面,所述倾斜表面配置成以滑动方式接合插入穿过其的骨固定元件的头部,以横跨所述髋臼的骨折施加压缩。
13.根据权利要求9所述的植入物,其特征在于,所述第一孔中的每一个包括沿其内表面的螺纹,所述螺纹配置成接合插入其中的骨固定元件的螺纹头部。
14.根据权利要求9所述的植入物,其特征在于,所述第二孔中的每一个包括沿其内表面的螺纹,所述螺纹配置成接合插入其中的骨固定元件的螺纹头部。
15.根据权利要求9所述的植入物,其特征在于,还包括可变角度孔,所述可变角度孔配置成穿过其以相对于其中心轴线的允许角度范围内的由使用者选定的角度容纳骨固定元件。
16.根据权利要求9所述的植入物,其特征在于,所述凸缘配置成接合臀面。
17.一种用于治疗髋关节的方法,其包括:
沿着骨盆定位植入物,使得所述植入物的主体位于髋臼内,并且所述植入物的凸缘沿着髂骨部分延伸,所述主体包括接合所述髋臼的表面的基本上凸的外表面,以及尺寸和形状设定成容纳股骨的头部的基本上凹的内表面,边缘在所述髋臼的边沿之上围绕所述主体的周边延伸并且包括多个第一孔,所述凸缘从所述主体径向延伸并且包括多个第二孔;以及
将骨固定元件均以成角度的稳定构型插入穿过所述第一孔和第二孔。
18.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,开口沿其中心轴线延伸穿过所述主体。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括通过延伸穿过所述主体的细长的第一压缩孔插入第二骨固定元件,所述第二骨固定元件的球形头部接合所述第一压缩孔的倾斜表面。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括通过延伸穿过所述主体的第二细长的压缩孔插入第三骨固定元件,所述第三骨固定元件的球形头部接合所述第二压缩孔的倾斜表面。
