Abstract

一种用于医疗领域的髋关节手术中的改进的髋臼杯,其包括有半球状主杯(1),所述半球状主杯(1)的球面上固定有组配式垫块(2);所述组配式垫块(2)为具有球面的结构,且其底面的一侧边缘连接有髂骨翼(3);所述半球状主杯(1)底面的远离组配式垫块(2)的一侧边缘处连接有闭孔翼(4)。采用了这种结构的髋臼杯,由于其在半球状主杯(1)的球面加设了具有球状表面的组配式垫块(2),从而在保证了正常髋臼旋转中心的基础上加大了与严重破坏的髋臼的接触面积,进而保证了手术的疗效和成功率。

Description

一种改进的髋臼杯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种髋关节手术中常用的髋臼杯。
背景技术
现有技术中的标准髋臼杯呈半球状,并通过螺丝钉固定在髋臼上以增加抗扭转的稳定性。这种结构的髋臼外杯,可以满足大多数的髋关节置换,同时也能适用于轻度髋关节发育不良的情况。但是当遇到髋臼严重发育不良的情况,或者遇到标准髋关节翻修手术以及髋臼周围骨质病变的情况,标准髋臼杯和髋臼宿主骨会出现覆盖面积达不到70%的时候。在前述情况下,我们需要增加髋臼杯与髋臼宿主骨的接触面积,来实现髋臼杯与髋臼宿主骨的完美匹配。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够与严重发育不良的髋关节或者髋臼周围发生病变的髋关节匹配的髋臼杯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种改进的髋臼杯,其包括有半球状主杯,所述半球状主杯的球面上固定有组配式垫块,以增加髋臼杯与髋臼骨的接触面积;所述组配式垫块为具有球面的结构,且其底面的一侧边缘连接有髂骨翼;所述半球状主杯的底面的远离组配式垫块的一侧边缘处连接有闭孔翼。所述半球状主杯的球面结构与固定于其上的组配式垫块的球面结构相配合,增加了与髋臼骨的接触面积,实现了髋臼杯与髋臼骨的完美匹配。
进一步地,所述半球状主杯的球状表面上还成型有以固接组配式垫块的固接结构,所述固接结构还包含凸起。
进一步地,所述半球状主杯的底面远离闭孔翼的一侧边缘延长成型为防脱边缘。
进一步地,所述组配式垫块的底部成型有用于与半球状主杯的球状表面连接的空腔结构,所述空腔结构内部成型有与半球状主杯上的凸起相配合的凹槽。
进一步地,所述组配式垫块的球面半径小于半球状主杯的球面半径,以保证组配式垫块固定于半球状主杯的球面上。
进一步地,所述半球状主杯和组配式垫块上设置有用以安置与髋臼连接的螺钉的孔,所述孔边缘设计有25度角度的自由度,以保证螺钉能够在不同角度位置准确地进入到螺钉孔中。
采用了上述技术方案的髋臼杯,通过在标准髋臼杯上端增加组配式金属垫块,从而在保证了正常髋臼旋转中心的基础上加大了与严重破坏的髋臼的接触面积。组配式金属垫块的增加,使得垫块能与臼杯完全匹配,避免术后磨损,降低骨溶解的发生几率,延长返修时间。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的目的,结构特点以及功能,下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施方式的结构、工作过程以及功能进行详细描述。
图1为本发明改进髋臼杯的整体结构的正面示意图,图2为图1所示改进髋臼杯的分解示意图,图3为本发明改进髋臼杯的整体结构的背面示意图;由图1至图3可知,本发明的改进的髋臼杯包括有半球状主杯1,所述半球状主杯1的球面上固定有组配式垫块2,且所述半球状主杯1底面的远离组配式垫块2的一侧边缘处连接有闭孔翼4,所述闭孔翼4用以与闭孔连接。所述半球状主杯1具有用于在手术过程中连接人体骨头的多个均匀分布的螺钉孔;同时,所述半球状主杯1的球状表面上还成型有用于固接组配式垫块2的固接结构11,所述固接结构11更包含凸起111(在本实施例中,包含两个凸起,但是不限于两个),在改进的髋臼杯的装配件中,该凸111起容纳于下文将要提及到的组配式垫块2的空腔结构21的凹槽211中。
所述组配式垫块2为具有球面的结构,由图4可以看出,所述组配式垫块2的底部成型有用于与半球状主杯的球状表面连接的空腔结构21;所述空腔结构内部成型有用于在半球状主杯的球状表面定位组配式垫块的凹槽211,该凹槽用于容纳上文提及到的位于半球状主杯1的球状表面的固接结构的凸起111;所述空腔结构内还具有与半球状主杯的球状表面上的螺钉孔121、122、123相对应的螺钉孔22、23、24,手术过程中,螺钉可以贯穿半球状主杯1和组配式垫块2而固定于骨头中。
所述组配式垫块2的底面的远离半球状主杯的一侧边缘还连接有髂骨翼3,所述髂骨翼3为两端都具有耳状结构,且其两端的耳状结构上均具有螺钉孔,一端的螺钉孔用于连接所述组配式垫块2,另一端的螺钉孔用于连接髂骨。
所述闭孔翼4的一端为耳状固定片,另一端为勾状结构;所述耳状固定片上具有用于连接半球状主杯1的螺钉孔。
如图1至图4所示,进一步地,所述组配式垫块2优选为其球面半径小于半球状主杯1的球面半径,以保证组配式垫块2可以固定于半球状主杯1的球面上。
进一步地,所述半球状主杯1和所述组配式垫块2上具有用于安置与骨头连接的螺钉的孔,所述孔边缘具有角度为25度的自由度,以保证螺钉能够在不同角度位置准确地进入到螺钉孔中。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,所述半球状主杯1的底面远离所述闭孔翼4的一侧边缘延长成型为防脱边缘13,以防止髋臼脱位。
由于使用了上述结构的改进的髋臼杯,从而在保证了正常髋臼旋转中心的基础上,加大了髋臼杯与髋臼股面的接触面积,去除了结构性植骨的过程,减少了患者创伤的痛苦,并且降低了手术难度,给患者和医生带来了福音。
以上所述仅是本发明所述改进的髋臼杯的一种优选实施方式,应当指出,对于相关领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,做出的细微变型和改进,也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种改进的髋臼杯,其包括有半球状主杯(1),其特征在于,所述半球状主杯(1)的球面上固定有组配式垫块(2);所述组配式垫块(2)为具有球面的结构,且其底面的一侧边缘连接有髂骨翼(3);所述半球状主杯(1)底面的远离组配式垫块(2)的一侧边缘处连接有闭孔翼(4);所述髂骨翼(3)的两端都具有耳状结构,且其两端的耳状结构上均具有螺钉孔,一端的螺钉孔用于连接所述组配式垫块(2),另一端的螺钉孔用于连接髂骨;所述半球状主杯(1)的底面远离闭孔翼(4)的一侧边缘延长成型为防脱边缘(13);所述半球状主杯(1)和组配式垫块(2)上设置有安置与骨头连接的螺钉的孔,所述孔边缘具有角度为25度的自由度。
2.如权利要求1所述的改进的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述半球状主杯(1)的球状表面上还成型有以固接组配式垫块(2)的固接结构(11),所述固接结构(11)更包含凸起(111)。
3.如权利要求1所述的改进的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述组配式垫块的底部成型有用于与半球状主杯的球状表面连接的空腔结构(21),所述空腔结构内部成型有与半球状主杯(1)上的凸起(111)相配合的凹槽(211)。
4.如权利要求1所述的改进的髋臼杯,其特征在于,所述组配式垫块(2)的球面半径小于半球状主杯(1)的球面半径,以保证组配式垫块(2)固定于半球状主杯(1)的球面上。
