Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种骨钉,提供了一种对现有在临床上使用的骨钉进行改进的方案。这种骨钉,包括钉头和与钉头连接的钉身,所述的钉身包括有硬质钉身本体和供钉身与钉头作相对摆动的柔性连接段;所述柔性连接段的首尾两端分别连接所述的钉头和硬质钉身本体。本实用新型将传统刚性钉身改变成柔性连接段,在确保骨头得到固定的同时,给骨头留出细微的生长活动空间,促进骨头更快更好的愈合。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及骨科内固定手术用的器材领域,具体涉及一种骨钉。
背景技术
传统的骨外科手术,通常是先将病变部位进行清理、减压等,然后植入骨钉,通过骨钉直接或与配套器械配合将相邻近的两个病变部位固定,形成刚性连接。如在腰颈椎内固定手术,会将椎弓根钉植入相邻的椎体,再用连接棒作固定连接; 又如肢体骨折时,会用骨钉,穿过接骨板,植入待接驳的骨内,同样形成刚性固定连接。据最新的临床发现,相邻近的病变部位,在固定后若能保持稍微(约0.5毫米)的相对活动,能刺激创面的加快痊愈; 而且其愈合速度及效果,比完全刚性固定,没有相对活动的创面愈合效果好得多。但是由于现有的骨钉大多为基于传统理论设计,金属整体加工产品,整个骨钉呈刚性,无法做到微小位移,不能促进病变部位快速良好的愈合。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述提到的现有技术中的骨钉只能刚性固定病变部位这一技术问题,提供一种结构简单,生产简便,能够广泛使用,确保病变部位能够做出细微相对活动的柔性连接段骨钉。
其采用的技术方案是:一种骨钉,包括钉头和与钉头连接的钉身,所述的钉身包括有硬质钉身本体和供钉身与钉头作相对摆动的柔性连接段;所述柔性连接段的首尾两端分别连接所述的钉头和硬质钉身本体。
进一步地,所述柔性连接段为弹簧。
进一步地,所述柔性连接段为医用钛缆。
进一步地,所述硬质钉身本体上还设有锥形钉尖。
进一步地,所述硬质钉身本体上还设有半球形钉尖。
进一步地,所述硬质钉身本体上还设有螺纹。
进一步地,所述柔性连接段与钉头和硬质钉身本体间为焊接结构。
进一步地,所述柔性连接段与钉头和硬质钉身本体间为卡接结构。
进一步地,所述柔性连接段为具有弹性部的连杆,所述弹性部上设有镂空槽。

本实用新型的有益效果是:提供了一种新型的柔性骨钉,将传统刚性钉身改变成柔性连接段,在确保骨头得到固定的同时,给骨头留出细微的生长活动空间,促进骨头更快更好的愈合;而且几乎不改变骨钉的外形,使原有的配套器械能够继续使用,节省成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例一如图1所示,一种骨钉,包括钉头1和与钉头1连接的钉身,所述的钉身包括有硬质钉身本体3和供钉身与钉头作相对摆动的柔性连接段2;所述柔性连接段2的首尾两端分别连接所述的钉头1和硬质钉身本体3。钉头1为圆柱形,也可配合用来固定骨钉的器械将钉头1改为球形或半球形;钉头1的上表面设有配合骨钉安装器械的工具孔,下表面上设有一个与柔性连接段2配合的安装位,柔性连接段2的一端可以用焊接或者卡接等方法安装到安装位中。本实施例中,柔性连接段2是一种医用钛缆;在具体实施中,柔性连接段2可以使用弹簧,还可以换成设有弹性部的连杆,所述的弹性部上有横向设置的镂空槽。硬质钉身本体3安装在柔性连接段2的另一端,硬质钉身本体3上设有配合柔性连接段2的安装位,尾部还设有方便骨钉植入骨头的锥形钉尖。使用时,用工具插在钉头1上的工具孔,控制钉身,将硬质钉身本体3植入到骨头内的预定位置后,将钉头1安装在固定骨钉用的医疗器械中,完成对骨头的柔性固定。
本实用新型的实施例二如图2所示,钉头1为了配合固定骨头的器械,做成了半球形;硬质钉身本体3外壁上还设有螺纹,方便骨钉植入骨头;为了避免损伤骨头,本实施例中硬质钉身本体3的尾部为半球形。使用时,骨钉顺着硬质钉身本体3外壁上的螺纹旋入骨头,直到预定位置后,将钉头1安装在固定骨钉用的医疗器械中,完成对骨头的柔性固定。。
本实用新型的实施例三如图3所示,一种骨钉,包括钉头1和与钉头1连接的钉身,钉身为供钉身与钉头作相对摆动的柔性连接段2。 钉头1固定安装在柔性连接段2的一端,所述钉头1上设有安装柔性连接段2安装位。本实施例中的柔性连接段2为一个弹簧,钉头1上设有配合骨钉安装器械的工具孔。使用时,用工具插入钉头1上的工具孔,将骨钉放置到连接物4的预定位置后,让钉身沿着柔性连接段2的形状旋入连接物4和骨5中,将骨5与连接物4固定在一起,对骨5产生柔性固定。
上述实施例为本实用新型优选实施方式,其他凡其原理和基本结构与本实施例相同或近似的,均在本实用新型保护范围之内。

1.一种骨钉,包括钉头和与钉头连接的钉身,其特征在于:所述的钉身包括有硬质钉身本体和供钉身与钉头作相对摆动的柔性连接段;所述柔性连接段的首尾两端分别连接所述的钉头和硬质钉身本体。
2.如权利要求1所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述柔性连接段为弹簧。
3.如权利要求1所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述柔性连接段为医用钛缆。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述硬质钉身本体上还设有锥形钉尖。
5.如权利要求1-3任一所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述硬质钉身本体上还设有半球形钉尖。
6.如权利要求1-3任一所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述硬质钉身本体上还设有螺纹。
7.如权利要求1所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述柔性连接段与钉头和硬质钉身本体间为焊接结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述柔性连接段与钉头和硬质钉身本体间为卡接结构。
9.如权利要求1所述的骨钉,其特征在于所述柔性连接段为具有弹性部的连杆,所述弹性部上设有镂空槽。
10.一种骨钉,包括钉头和与钉头连接的钉身,其特征在于:所述钉身为柔性连接段。
