Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种组合式人工股骨头假体,它包括由人工球形关节头、人工关节股骨颈和人工关节基底构成一体的人工股头骨,人工关节基底上有一穿孔或开口槽、一根拉杆穿过该穿孔或槽而伸入股骨髓内腔中,拉杆下端固定一块底板,底板与股骨髓内腔滑配,拉杆伸出人工关节基底而旋配螺母,人工关节基底与底板之间的股骨髓内腔填充骨水泥。本实用新型能牢固地固定于股骨上,并能防止其在人工关节基底底面处转动。

组合式人工股骨头假体
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种人工股骨头假体,特别是一种防松动的组合式人工股骨头假体。
背景技术
人工股骨头假体一般与由人工球形关节头,人工关节股骨颈和人工关节基底构成。人工股骨头的固定方法一般有两种:一种用钛合金不锈钢钉使股骨干与假体固定。另一种方法使用骨水泥把股骨头假体柄固定在股骨骨髓腔内。由于钛合金不锈钢与骨头的力学性能相差甚远,钛合金钢钉对其周围与其接触的骨质产生很大的压力,骨头局部的应力超过一定程度会造成骨的吸收,结果使钛合金不锈钢钉与骨之间的连接逐渐松动,最终导致骨股头假体的松动。而另一种使用骨水泥把骨股头假体柄固定在股骨骨髓腔内的方法,由于在骨髓腔内骨水泥的上端内有足够的约束力,在股骨头假体的柄与骨水泥的接触面上自下而上的方向上必然形成压力梯度,这就是说在股骨头假体的柄与骨水泥的接触面之间的间隙沿自上而下的方向逐渐增大。这一压力梯度的存在对阻止骨股头假体在受力状态下的转动非常不利,这种长时期的反复多次的微量转动最终导致骨股头假体的松动。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种组合式人工骨股头假体,能与股骨牢固稳定地固定,防止人工骨股头假体松动。
为达到上述目的,经研究得出如下结论:要防止人工骨股头假体的松动必须满足二个条件:1.不能用钢钉或钢质柄直接与骨连接;2.若使用骨水泥把骨股头假体柄固定,必须在骨髓腔内骨水泥的下端提供有效的约束,或者说在骨水泥的下端提供足够的约束力。
根据上述研究结果,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:
一种组合式人工股骨头假体,包括由人工球形关节头、人工关节股骨颈和人工关节基底构成一体的人工股头骨,其特征在于人工关节基底上有一穿孔或开口槽、一根拉杆穿过该穿孔而伸入股骨髓内腔中,拉杆下端固定一块底板,底板与股骨髓内腔滑配,拉杆伸出人工关节基底而旋配螺母,人工关节基底与底板之间的股骨髓内腔填充骨水泥。
上述的拉杆下端有凸缘,底板滑套或固结在拉杆的下端凸缘上。
上述的人工关节基底底面中心处有一凸块。
安装人工骨股头假体时,先将带有底板的拉杆插入股骨髓腔内,然后向股骨髓腔内注满骨水泥,将人工股骨头的人工关节基底的穿孔与拉杆上端部插配,旋上螺母。旋动螺母使骨水泥在骨髓腔内压紧,故水泥与骨髓腔紧密结合,同时拉杆被骨水泥紧紧包住,人工关节基底面中心处的凸块嵌入骨水泥中,可防止人工股骨头假体在其基底平面处转动,则可保证人工股骨头假体永不松动。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下显而易见的特点和优点:本实用新型中采用拉杆使人工关节基底与底板拉紧压锁骨水泥,使骨水泥与股骨髓腔内壁紧密结合,并使人工关节基底拉紧于底板,则股骨头假体牢固地固定于股骨上;人工关节基底底面为斜面,本身能防止假体移动,而其上还有凸块嵌入骨水泥中,增强抗移动强度,能更可靠防止移动。

本实用新型的一个优选实施例是:参见附图,本组合式人工股骨头假体,包括由人工球形关节头3、人工关节股骨颈4和人工关节基底5构成一体的人工股头骨2,其特征在于人工关节基底5上有一穿孔10、一根拉杆6穿过该穿孔10而伸入股骨髓内腔中,拉杆6下端固定一块底板7,底板7与股骨髓内腔滑配,拉杆伸出人工关节基底5而旋配螺母1,人工关节基底5与底板7之间的股骨髓内腔填充骨水泥8。拉杆6下端有凸缘,底板7滑套在拉杆6的下端凸缘上。人工关节基底5底面中心处有一凸块9。

Claims (3)

1.一种组合式人工股骨头假体,包括由人工球形关节头(3)、人工关节股骨颈(4)和人工关节基底(5)构成一体的人工股头骨(2),其特征在于人工关节基底(5)上有一穿孔或开口槽(10)、一根拉杆(6)穿过该穿孔或开口槽(10)而伸入股骨髓内腔中,拉杆(6)下端固定一块底板(7),底板(7)与股骨髓内腔滑配,拉杆伸出人工关节基底(5)而旋配螺母(1),人工关节基底(5)与底板(7)之间的股骨髓内腔填充骨水泥(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式人工股骨头假体,其特征在于拉杆(6)下端有凸缘,底板(7)滑套或固结在拉杆(6)的下端凸缘上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合式人工股骨头假体,其特征在于人工关节基底(5)底面中心处有一凸块(9)。
