Claims (16)
- 回転体に設けられる複数の被検出部と、
前記複数の被検出部に対向して配置される少なくとも2つのセンシングコイルと、
前記少なくとも2つのセンシングコイルとそれぞれ連結され、少なくとも2つの発振回路を形成する少なくとも2つのキャパシタを含む発振部と、
前記少なくとも2つの発振回路から出力される少なくとも2つの発振信号の周波数をカウントして第1カウント値及び第2カウント値を生成し、前記第1カウント値及び前記第2カウント値の変化に応じて前記回転体の回転方向を算出する回転情報算出部と、を含む、回転体感知装置。 - 前記回転情報算出部は、
前記第1カウント値の増加に応じて第1カウント増加値を生成し、前記第1カウント値の減少に応じて第1カウント減少値を生成し、
前記第2カウント値の増加に応じて第2カウント増加値を生成し、前記第2カウント値の減少に応じて第2カウント減少値を生成する、請求項1に記載の回転体感知装置。 - 前記回転情報算出部は、
前記第1カウント増加値、前記第1カウント減少値、前記第2カウント増加値、及び前記第2カウント減少値と少なくとも2つのセンシングコイルとの配置関係によって前記回転体の回転方向を算出する、請求項2に記載の回転体感知装置。 - 前記回転情報算出部は、
前記第1カウント値及び前記第2カウント値の差分値と複数の比較値とを比較して生成される出力値から、前記回転体の回転角度及び回転角速度のうち少なくとも1つを算出する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の回転体感知装置。 - 前記複数の比較値は、前記差分値の最大値及び最小値の範囲内に位置する、請求項4に記載の回転体感知装置。
- 前記複数の比較値のうち隣接する2つの比較値の差は、前記複数の比較値のうち前記最大値と隣接する比較値と前記最大値の差、及び、前記複数の比較値のうち前記最小値と隣接する比較値と前記最小値の差の2倍である、請求項5に記載の回転体感知装置。
- 前記回転情報算出部は、
前記出力値のハイレベルとローレベルの区間間隔から前記回転体の回転角度を算出する、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の回転体感知装置。 - 前記回転情報算出部は、
前記出力値の周波数から前記回転体の角速度を算出する、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の回転体感知装置。 - 前記回転情報算出部は、
前記第1カウント値と前記第2カウント値の差分値の最大値及び最小値から前記回転体の回転角速度を算出する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の回転体感知装置。 - 前記少なくとも2つのセンシングコイルのそれぞれのサイズ及び前記少なくとも2つのセンシングコイル間の間隔は、前記回転体の回転を感知しようとする目標感知角度の倍数によって決定される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の回転体感知装置。
- 前記複数の被検出部のそれぞれのサイズ及び前記複数の被検出部間の間隔は、前記少なくとも2つのセンシングコイルの個数、及び、前記少なくとも2つのセンシングコイルのそれぞれのサイズの積によって決定される、請求項1から10いずれか一項に記載の回転体感知装置。
- 回転体に設けられる複数のパターンを含む第1被検出部及び前記第1被検出部の複数のパターンとは異なる位相を有する複数のパターンを含む第2被検出部と、
前記第1被検出部及び前記第2被検出部のうち互いに異なる被検出部に対向して配置される第1センシングコイル及び第2センシングコイルと、
前記第1センシングコイル及び前記第2センシングコイルのうち互いに異なるセンシングコイルと連結され、2つの発振回路を形成する2つのキャパシタを含む発振部と、
前記2つの発振回路から出力される2つの発振信号の周波数をカウントして第1カウント値及び第2カウント値を生成し、前記第1カウント値及び前記第2カウント値の変化に応じて前記回転体の回転方向を算出する回転情報算出部と、を含む、回転体感知装置。 - 前記第1被検出部の複数のパターンと前記第2被検出部の複数のパターンは、回転体の軸方向において一部の領域が重なっている、請求項12に記載の回転体感知装置。
- 前記一部の領域は、前記第1センシングコイル及び前記第2センシングコイルのサイズに対応する、請求項13に記載の回転体感知装置。
- 前記第1センシングコイル及び第2センシングコイルのサイズは、前記回転体の回転を感知しようとする目標感知角度に対応する、請求項14に記載の回転体感知装置。
- 前記第1被検出部の複数のパターンのうち1つのサイズは前記第1センシングコイルのサイズの2倍であり、前記第2被検出部の複数のパターンのうち1つのサイズは前記第2センシングコイルのサイズの2倍である、請求項14又は15に記載の回転体感知装置。
