Claims (14)
- パルス測距光を測定点に照射しつつスキャンし、該測定点からの反射測距光を受光し、前記測定点について前記パルス測距光のパルス光毎の往復時間を検出し、往復時間に基づき距離測定を行うレーザ測定方法に於いて、パルス光のスキャン速度、発光周期を、パルス光が前記測定点を通過する時間内に、該測定点が複数回多重照射される様に設定し、複数回多重照射して得られる受光信号を積算し、積算した受光信号に基づき測距を実行するレーザ測定方法。
- 1つのパルス光で得られる複数の前記反射測距光について、それぞれ受光信号を求め、複数の受光信号についてそれぞれ測距を行う請求項1に記載のレーザ測定方法。
- 前記発光周期は、測定対象の凹凸差に相当する測距時間差以上である請求項1に記載のレーザ測定方法。
- 前記スキャンの態様は、2次元スキャンである請求項1に記載のレーザ測定方法。
- 前記スキャンの態様は、円スキャンである請求項1に記載のレーザ測定方法。
- 測距光をパルス発光する発光素子と、該発光素子を発光させるドライバと、前記測距光を照射しつつスキャンするスキャン部と、測定点からの反射測距光を受光し、前記測定点について前記測距光のパルス光毎の往復時間を検出し、往復時間に基づき距離測定を行う受光信号処理部と、前記発光素子の発光タイミングを制御する為のタイミング信号、前記反射測距光の検出タイミングを制御する為のタイミング信号を発するタイミング発生回路とを具備し、該タイミング発生回路は、前記発光素子を短周期でパルス発光させるタイミング信号と発光休止させるタイミング信号とを前記ドライバに入力し、該ドライバは前記タイミング発生回路からのタイミング信号に従って前記発光素子をパルス発光させ、前記短周期での発光時間間隔は、パルス光が前記測定点を通過する時間内に、該測定点がパルス光により複数回多重照射される様に設定され、前記受光信号処理部は複数回多重照射して得られる受光信号を積算し、積算した受光信号に基づき測距を実行する様構成されたレーザ測定装置。
- 前記受光信号処理部は、1つのパルス光で得られる複数の前記反射測距光について、それぞれ受光信号を求め、複数の受光信号についてそれぞれ測距を行う請求項6に記載のレーザ測定装置。
- 前記短周期での発光時間間隔は、測定対象の凹凸差に相当する測距時間差以上である請求項6に記載のレーザ測定装置。
- 前記発光素子からの前記測距光を測定対象に照射する投光レンズと、測定対象から反射された前記反射測距光を受光素子に結像させる結像レンズを具備し、前記発光素子は複数設けられ、前記受光素子は前記発光素子に対応した数設けられ、各発光素子、各受光素子は前記投光レンズ、前記結像レンズを有する光学系に関して共役の位置に設けられた請求項6に記載のレーザ測定装置。
- 前記発光素子からの前記測距光を測定対象に照射する投光レンズと、測定対象から反射された前記反射測距光を受光素子に結像させる結像レンズを具備し、前記発光素子は複数設けられ、前記受光素子には前記発光素子に対応し受光端面を有する光ファイバが設けられ、各発光素子、各受光端面は前記投光レンズ、前記結像レンズを有する光学系に関して共役の位置に設けられ、前記光ファイバを介して前記受光素子が複数の前記反射測距光を受光する様構成された請求項6に記載のレーザ測定装置。
- 前記スキャン部は、測距光軸を偏向する光軸偏向部を有し、該光軸偏向部は、重なり合う一対の円板状の光学プリズムで構成され、各光学プリズムは、前記測距光を偏向する様中央に設けられた第1光軸偏向部と、該第1光軸偏向部周囲に設けられ、前記反射測距光を偏向する第2光軸偏向部が構成され、各光学プリズムは、それぞれ独立して回転可能であり、前記スキャン部は、前記光学プリズムを一体に回転させ、前記測距光を円スキャンさせる請求項6に記載のレーザ測定装置。
- 前記スキャン部は、測距光軸を偏向する光軸偏向部を有し、該光軸偏向部は水平回転軸を中心に鉛直方向に回転するスキャンミラーを有し、前記測距光は該スキャンミラーに回転軸心と同心に入射され、前記測距光は前記スキャンミラーによって直角に偏向され、該スキャンミラーによって1次元にスキャンされる請求項6に記載のレーザ測定装置。
- 請求項6のレーザ測定装置は無人飛行体に搭載され、前記レーザ測定装置の光軸が鉛直下方に向けられたレーザ測定装置。
- 請求項6のレーザ測定装置は、設置装置を介して不動体に設置され、前記レーザ測定装置の光軸が水平方向に向けられたレーザ測定装置。
