Claims (10)
- 異なる波長のパルス測距光を発する複数の発光源を有する光源部と、各波長毎に時分割して発光させるパルス駆動部と、前記複数の波長のパルス測距光を光軸上に射出する投光部と、前記光軸上に設けられ、前記パルス測距光の各波長のみを反射する反射面を複数有し、前記パルス測距光を波長毎に分割して測定対象物に向ける様偏向する偏向部材と、前記測定対象物からの反射測距光を受光する1つの受光素子とを有し、該受光素子からの受光信号から各パルス測距光毎に測距を行うことを特徴とするレーザ測量機。
- 前記偏向部材の複数の反射面は、前記光軸に対して傾斜すると共に反射面相互で傾斜角が異なる請求項1のレーザ測量機。
- 前記偏向部材の複数の反射面は、水平角が異なる様に前記パルス測距光を分割して偏向する請求項1又は請求項2のレーザ測量機。
- 前記偏向部材の複数の反射面は、鉛直角が異なる様に前記パルス測距光を分割して偏向する請求項1又は請求項2のレーザ測量機。
- 前記偏向部材は2つの反射面を有し、該反射面は相互に交差すると共に前記光軸に対して対称に傾斜する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つのレーザ測量機。
- 前記偏向部材が光軸に沿って複数段に設けられ、一方の偏向部材は他方の偏向部材に対して回転した位置にある様に設けられた請求項5のレーザ測量機。
- 前記偏向部材は4つの反射面を有し、該反射面は相互に交差すると共に各反射面の水平方向の向きが異なる様に形成された請求項3のレーザ測量機。
- 前記反射面は平面鏡に形成された請求項7のレーザ測量機。
- 前記反射面はプリズムによって形成された請求項7のレーザ測量機。
- 前記偏向部材は光軸を中心に回転可能であり、前記偏向部材の回転角を検出する水平角検出器を有し、該水平角検出器は前記パルス測距光の照射方向を検出すると共に照射方向と測距結果が関連付けられる請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1つのレーザ測量機。
