Claims (8)
- 弁室に設けた弁座とその上方に配置したダイヤフラムを有するボデー内にダイヤフラムの外周を押圧するボンネットを挿入する工程と、前記ボデーの開口部に締付ナットを螺合して前記ボンネットの外周に挿入させる工程と、前記締付ナットの貫通穴より挿入した回り止め治具と前記ボンネットを固定手段を介して固定する工程と、前記ボデーと前記回り止め治具を固定治具を介して固定し、かつ前記ボンネットが非回転状態で前記締付ナットを締め付けて前記ボンネットで前記ダイヤフラムの外部シール部を挟着する工程を経ることにより組立時におけるダイヤフラムの捩れを防止するようにしたことを特徴とするダイヤフラムバルブの組立方法。
- 前記固定手段は、前記ボンネットに形成した固定部に複数のピンの下方を固定し、この複数のピンの上方を前記回り止め治具の固定穴に挿入して前記ボンネットと前記回り止め治具を非回転状態に組み付けた請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムバルブの組立方法。
- 前記固定部を等間隔にあけた固定穴部とし、この固定穴部にピンを挿入して固定した請求項2に記載のダイヤフラムバルブの組立方法。
- 矩形状の前記ボデーを一方の固定治具に形成した相似形の固定溝に非回転状態に挿入固定し、前記回り止め治具の上部に形成した切欠き段部面を他方の固定治具に形成した溝状の係合面に非回転状態に挿入固定した請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のダイヤフラムバルブの組立方法。
- 一対の固定治具をバイスで固定した状態でトルクレンチ等の工具で前記締付ナットの係合部を締め付けて前記ボンネットで前記ダイヤフラムの外部シール部を挟着させた請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のダイヤフラムバルブの組立方法。
- 弁室に設けた弁座とその上方に配置したダイヤフラムを有するボデー内にダイヤフラムの外周を押圧するボンネットと、前記ボデーの開口部に螺合して前記ボンネットの外周に挿入させる締付ナットと、前記締付ナットの貫通穴より挿入した回り止め治具と、前記回り止め治具と前記ボンネットとを固定する固定手段と、前記ボンネットが非回転状態で前記締付ナットを締め付けて前記ボンネットで前記ダイヤフラムの外周を挟着する前記ボデー内の外部シール部と、を備え、組立時におけるダイヤフラムの捩れを防止させたことを特徴とするダイヤフラムバルブの組立構造。
- 自動弁用アクチュエータのベース体又は手動弁用のベース体の下部の雄ネジ部を前記締付ナットの貫通穴の雌ネジ部に螺着して取り付けた請求項6に記載のダイヤフラムバルブの組立構造。
- ダイヤフラムバルブの組立構造を原子層堆積法(ALD)用のバルブに適用した請求項6又は7に記載のダイヤフラムバルブ。
