Claims (12)
- 第1部材と第2部材とを溶接により接合する部材の接合方法において、
前記第1部材及び前記第2部材における高温使用環境面側から溶接を行う、
ことを特徴とする部材の接合方法。 - 前記第1部材及び前記第2部材における前記高温使用環境面側に接合開先を設け、前記高温使用環境面側から前記接合開先を用いて溶接を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記接合開先の角度を20度から40度の領域に設定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記高温使用環境面側からレーザ粉体肉盛溶接法により溶接を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材と前記レーザ粉体肉盛溶接法で用いる粉体とが同一材料に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材の接合面における厚さを溶接方向で一定厚さとなるように加工した後、溶接を行い、且つ、加工部や裏波の欠陥部を肉盛補修で修復することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材は、位置決め部が設けられ、接合面が密着した位置で前記位置決め部を介して治具を用いて固定され、この状態で溶接を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材は、鉛直方向に長い形状をなし、前記第2部材は、前記第1部材の周囲に配置され、前記治具は、前記第1部材における鉛直方向の各端部に設けられた前記位置決め部を支持する第1治具と、前記第2部材の外面を支持する第2治具とを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記治具は、前記第1部材の周囲を支持する第3治具を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材と前記第2部材の一方または両方が三次元積層法により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 前記第1部材は、タービン翼の翼体を構成する翼体分割体であり、前記第2部材は、前記タービン翼のシュラウドを構成する複数のシュラウド分割体であり、前記高温使用環境面は、ガスパス面であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法。
- 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の部材の接合方法により製造されることを特徴とするタービン構成部品。
