Claims (17)
- ネットワーク接続された自律車両のための安全制御を保証する方法であって、
一又は複数のデータ通信ネットワーク上の一又は複数のデータ通信接続各々のそれぞれの状態をモニタリングすること、
モニタリングされた前記状態に基づいて、各々が前記自律車両の自律制御のそれぞれのレベルを規定する前記自律車両の複数の動作モードのうちの一つを選択すること、及び
前記自律車両の動作を選択された前記動作モードへと移行させること
を含む方法。 - 前記自律車両の一又は複数のセンサ装置を用いて、前記自律車両に近接している手動制御車両の一又は複数の属性を説明するリアルタイムデータを収集すること、及び
一又は複数の自律車両の動作を管理するうえで使用するために、収集された前記リアルタイムデータを遠隔システムに送信すること
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 遠隔システムから、一又は複数の自律車両の一又は複数のセンサ装置を用いて収集された、前記自律車両に近接している手動制御車両の一又は複数の属性を説明するリアルタイムデータを受け取ることを更に含み、
前記自律車両の前記複数の動作モードのうちの一つを選択することが、受け取られた前記リアルタイムデータに更に基づく、

- 前記自律車両のオペレータの運転者技術のレベルを決定すること;及び
前記運転者技術のレベルに基づいて、前記自律車両の前記動作モードを選択するうえで使用されるデータモデルを更新すること
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記自律車両の前記オペレータの前記運転者技術のレベルを決定することが、前記自律車両の前記オペレータに一又は複数の運転動作を実施するよう命令することを更に含み、
前記運転者技術のレベルを決定することが、少なくとも部分的に、前記オペレータの前記一又は複数の運転動作の実施に基づく、

- 選択された前記動作モードの表示を前記自律車両に近接している車両に提供すること
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 一又は複数のコンピュータプロセッサ、及び
前記一又は複数のコンピュータプロセッサの動作により実行されると、ネットワークに接続された自律車両の安全制御を保証するための動作を実施するコンピュータプログラムコードを含むメモリ
を備えたシステムであって、前記動作が、
一又は複数のデータ通信ネットワーク上の一又は複数のデータ通信接続各々のそれぞれの状態をモニタリングすること、
モニタリングされた前記状態に基づいて、各々が前記自律車両の自律制御のそれぞれのレベルを規定する前記自律車両の複数の動作モードのうちの一つを選択すること、及び
前記自律車両の動作を選択された前記動作モードへと移行させること
を含むシステム。 - 前記動作が、
前記自律車両の動作に関連するリアルタイムの気象条件を決定すること、
前記自律車両の動作に関連するリアルタイムの道路条件を決定すること、
前記自律車両のオペレータの運転技術の程度を決定すること、及び
前記自律車両に近接して動作している一又は複数の自律車両の動作モードを決定すること
を更に含み、
前記自律車両の前記複数の動作モードのうちの一つを選択することが、前記リアルタイムの気象条件、前記リアルタイムの道路条件、前記自律車両の前記オペレータの前記運転技術の程度、及び前記一又は複数の自律車両の前記動作モードに更に基づく、
請求項14に記載のシステム。 - 前記動作が、
前記自律車両のオペレータの運転者技術のレベルを決定すること;及び
前記運転者技術のレベルに基づいて、前記自律車両の前記動作モードを選択するうえで使用されるデータモデルを更新すること
