Claims (3)
- プランジャの往復運動によって、液体の吸込及び送出を行う一対のプランジャポンプと、
前記一対のプランジャポンプから交互に供給された液体の圧力を調整して液体を吐出させる調整弁と、
前記調整弁に供給される液体の圧力を検出する圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記調整弁の駆動を制御するコントローラと、
を有することを特徴とする液体吐出装置。 - 前記コントローラは、
前記圧力センサによって検出された圧力が基準圧力よりも高いとき、前記調整弁を駆動して液体の圧力を低下させ、
前記圧力センサによって検出された圧力が前記基準圧力よりも低いとき、前記調整弁を駆動して液体の圧力を上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体吐出装置。 - 前記調整弁は、
液体を通過させるロアディスクと、
前記ロアディスクに対して移動することにより、前記ロアディスクとの間に形成される液体の流路の断面積を変更するアッパーディスクと、
前記コントローラによって駆動されるモータと、
前記モータの回転運動を直線運動に変換して前記アッパーディスクに伝達する動力伝達機構と、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液体吐出装置。
