- 前記第1及び第3の層は、異なる金属から形成される、請求項10に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1の層はチタン層を含み、前記第2の層は酸化ニオブ層を含み、前記第3の層は銅層を含む、請求項11に記載の電子デバイス。
