Claims (6)
- 少なくとも円筒状の外周壁部及び天井部で取り囲んで形成された炉内に回転炉床が設けられた回転炉床炉であって、
上記天井部に、上記炉内へ火口部を向けて設けられた蓄熱式天井バーナと、上記外周壁部に、その接線方向から上記炉内へ火口部を向けて設けられ、上記天井バーナと交番燃焼される蓄熱式周壁バーナとを備えたことを特徴とする回転炉床炉。 - 前記天井バーナは、旋回型の火炎を生成するバーナであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転炉床炉。
- 前記周壁バーナの前記火口部は、前記天井バーナの旋回型の火炎が前記外周壁部に沿う向きと相対向する向きに向けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転炉床炉。
- 前記天井バーナ及び前記周壁バーナは複数かつ同数で設けられ、上記天井バーナは前記回転炉床の回転方向に等間隔で配設されると共に、上記周壁バーナは隣接する上記天井バーナ同士の中間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれかの項に記載の回転炉床炉。
- 前記天井バーナの前記火口部は、前記炉内へ向かって拡がるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4いずれかの項に記載の回転炉床炉。
- 既存の回転炉床炉の天井部に、炉内へ火口部を向けて、蓄熱式天井バーナを設け、外周壁部に、その接線方向から上記炉内へ火口部を向けて、上記天井バーナと交番燃焼される蓄熱式周壁バーナを設けて改造することを特徴とする回転炉床炉の改造方法。
