Abstract
Description
上記の実施形態では、ハウジング10に対して円筒状の弁体30を回り止めする構成として、弁体30の外周面30aに凸部36を設け、ハウジング10の側に凸部36に対応する凹部16aを設ける構成を示したが、弁体30を回り止めする構成は本構成に限定されない。例えば、弁体30の外周面30aに凹部を設けて、ハウジング10の側に当該凹部に対応する凸部を設けてもよく、他の構成を採用してもよい。

Claims (5)
- 流入ポートと、前記流入ポートに連通する流出ポートとを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に収容され、軸芯方向に移動することで前記流入ポートと前記流出ポートとの間で流体を流通させ又は遮断する円筒状の弁体と、
前記弁体を前記軸芯方向に移動させるアクチュエータと、
前記弁体と前記流入ポートとの間に設けられ、前記流入ポートから前記弁体に向かう流路を前記弁体の外周側に向けて分岐させる隔壁と、を備えた流量制御弁。 - 前記隔壁によって分岐される流路は、前記弁体の外周面と前記ハウジングの内面との間に第1流路及び第2流路として形成され、
前記第1流路及び前記第2流路は、流路面積及び流路長さが等しくなるように構成されている請求項1に記載の流量制御弁。 - 前記隔壁と前記弁体の外周面との間に形成される第1隙間と、
前記第1隙間に対して前記弁体の軸芯を挟んで対称となる位置であって、前記弁体の外周面と前記ハウジングの内面との間に形成される第2隙間を有し、
前記第1隙間及び前記第2隙間は、径方向長さ及び周方向長さが等しくなるように構成されている請求項1または2に記載の流量制御弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記軸芯方向の両端面のうち、前記流出ポートと対向する側にある第1端面に前記弁体の外径よりも小径の環状の第1面シールを備え、前記流出ポートとは反対の側にある第2端面に環状の第2面シールを備え、
前記弁体が前記第1面シールにより前記流出ポートを遮断した状態で、前記弁体の前記第1端面と前記第2端面とに流体が流れ込む流路が形成されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流量制御弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記第1端面において前記第1面シールよりも径方向外側に位置する環状部分の面積が、前記第2端面の面積と等しくなるように構成されている請求項4に記載の流量制御弁。
