Claims (8)
- 放熱器の入風端一側に応用配置する放熱器の浄化冷却構造において、そのうち、
両端には、相互に連通する吸気口及び排気口を別々に設置し、該排気口は該放熱器の入風端に対応して配置する筐体と、
該筐体の吸気口一端に設置する空気フィルターと、
該筐体内に設置し、更に該吸気口と排気口の間に位置する多面方向の通孔形状のクールセルパッドと、
該クールセルパッドの最上端に設置し、該導水分流台の最上端の中央箇所に透水孔を穿設し、該透水孔に対応する該クールセルパッドには透水孔から流出した水がクールセルパッドで等しく流れるためのクールセル分流槽を設置する導水分流台と、
該クールセルパッド底端に設置し、該集水装置内部には集水空間を形成し、該集水空間は該透水孔から流れ出る水を受けるのに用い、該集水装置内には送水するウォーターポンプを設置し、該ウォーターポンプは給水端を備え、給水端が対応する該導水分流台の透水孔は導水管に連接し、水を透水孔へ送るための開口を備える集水装置を含むことを特徴とする放熱器の浄化冷却構造。 - 前記クールセルパッドは可撓性を備える材質で製造し、異なる設置角度で任意に湾曲変形でき、且つ該クールセルパッドの材質は、プラスチック、金属もしくは任意の材質で製造成形し、その構造外観は小薄片の形状を組合せて成形しても良いし、もしくは一体成型で比較的大きく厚みのある形態でも良く、且つ該クールセルパッドの長さ、幅、高さのサイズは放熱器の外観サイズに合わせて製造することを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱器の浄化冷却構造。
- 前記ウォーターポンプは、更に自動開閉装置を回路接続し、該自動開閉装置は温度センサー及び温度制御スイッチを含み、集水装置内の氷結もしくは水不足の時にウォーターポンプを自動で電源を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱器の浄化冷却構造。
- 前記自動開閉装置は更に過負荷保護回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の放熱器の浄化冷却構造。
- 前記筐体の該排気口一端は排気装置を設置してもよいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱器の浄化冷却構造。
- 前記集水装置は予定位置に排水口を設置し、該排水口箇所の外側には対応する排水バルブを設置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱器の浄化冷却構造。
- 前記集水装置の材質は、プラスチック、金属もしくは任意の材質で製造成型することを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱器の浄化冷却構造。
- 前記空気フィルターの長さ、幅、高さのサイズは該放熱器及び該筐体の外観に合わせて同じサイズで製作するので、多方向から取り外せることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放熱器の浄化冷却構造。
