Abstract

一种空气净化装置，其特征在于进风口与鼓风机相连，鼓风机与散热器相连，与蜂窝电场的输入口连接，蜂窝电场的输出口与中空纤维管束旋合连接，中空纤维管束浸没在碱液中，碱液面上通过隔板设有活性炭层，所述中空纤维膜的材质是塑料。本发明先进的膜吸收和水净化工艺，将尾气依次通过散热器、蜂窝电场、中空纤维管束、碱液、活性炭层、滤网，可以完全除去尾气中的酸性气体以及颗粒物，降低了尾气对环境的危害，这就很大程度上解决了汽车尾气污染的控制问题。

本发明涉及机械领域，具体为一种空气净化装置。
背景技术
机械车间不仅气味怪异，而且极大的影响人的身体健康。在机械不多的情况下，大气的自净能力尚能化解机械排出的毒素。但随着机械数量的急剧增加， 发动机在汽油燃烧后产生的主要物质为二氧化碳、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、硫化物等酸性气体和其他颗粒，现有技术中主要采用的方法是用活性炭、紫外线等来吸附汽车尾气中的颗粒，但对于有害气体的处理效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种空气净化装置，其特征在于进风口与鼓风机相连，鼓风机与散热器相连，与蜂窝电场的输入口连接，蜂窝电场的输出口与中空纤维管束旋合连接，中空纤维管束浸没在碱液中，碱液面上通过隔板设有活性炭层，活性炭层上设有输出口，输出口处设有滤网，散热器为管道型散热结构体，其尾气输出口处的温度传感器设置有温度上限60℃，尾气温度在60℃以上时，回路管道阀门会自动打开，所述碱液为氢氧化钙溶液或氢氧化钠溶液，所述中空纤维膜的材质是塑料。
进一步的，净化器在中空纤维管束以上15cm处设有水位传感器，水位低于该传感器的位置，水箱阀门会自动打开，补充碱液。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：
本发明可以有效去除尾气中的酸性气体以及颗粒物，结构简单，成本低廉，易于更换，大大降低尾气对环境的危害，这就很大程度上解决了机械车间污染的控制问题。

2.根据权利要求1 所述的机械车间空气净化装置，其特征在于净化器在中空纤维管束以上15cm处设有水位传感器，水位低于该传感器的位置，水箱阀门会自动打开，补充碱液。
