Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave shielding film and a manufacturing method thereof, a printed wiring board with an electromagnetic wave shielding film, and a manufacturing method thereof.
In order to shield electromagnetic noise generated from the printed wiring board and external electromagnetic noise, an electromagnetic shielding film comprising an insulating resin layer and a conductive layer adjacent to the insulating resin layer is used as an insulating film (coverlay film). May be provided on the surface of the printed wiring board (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
For example, the electromagnetic wave shielding film is formed by applying a coating containing a thermosetting resin, a curing agent, and a solvent to one side of a carrier film and drying to form an insulating resin layer, and providing a conductive layer on the surface of the insulating resin layer. Manufactured by. The conductive layer is formed from at least one of a metal thin film layer and an adhesive layer (for example, a conductive adhesive layer).
In the conventional insulating resin layer formed from a thermosetting resin, the adhesiveness with respect to the conductive layer containing a metal was low. In particular, when the conductive layer had a metal thin film layer and the metal thin film layer and the insulating resin layer were in contact, the adhesiveness was particularly low. Therefore, in the conventional electromagnetic wave shielding film, the adhesive force between the insulating resin layer and the conductive layer is weak, and delamination may occur during handling of the electromagnetic wave shielding film. For example, when the carrier film is peeled from the insulating resin layer, the insulating resin layer may be peeled from the conductive layer together with the carrier film.
An object of this invention is to provide the electromagnetic wave shielding film which can fully raise the adhesive force of the electrically conductive layer and insulating resin layer containing a metal, and its manufacturing method. Another object of the present invention is to provide a printed wiring board with an electromagnetic wave shielding film having a sufficiently high adhesive force between a conductive layer containing metal and an insulating resin layer, and a method for producing the same.

[Evaluation]
About the electromagnetic wave shielding film of each example, the adhesiveness of an insulating resin layer and a metal thin film layer was evaluated by the following method.
An electromagnetic wave shielding film from which a release film has been peeled is stacked on a polyimide film having a thickness of 25 μm, and heated using a hot press device (G-12 manufactured by Orihara Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) at a heating plate temperature of 180 ° C. and a load of 2 MPa for 120 seconds. Pressed. Next, the carrier film was peeled off. Thereby, the anisotropic conductive adhesive layer was temporarily bonded to the surface of the insulating film to obtain a polyimide with an electromagnetic wave shielding film.
The anisotropic conductive adhesive layer was fully cured by heating the polyimide film with an electromagnetic wave shielding film using a high-temperature bath (manufactured by Enomoto Kasei Co., Ltd., HT210) at a temperature of 160 ° C. for 1 hour.
Next, a polyimide reinforcing plate having a thickness of 25 μm was thermocompression bonded to the surface of the insulating resin layer of the electromagnetic wave shielding film via a bonding sheet (D3410, manufactured by Dexerials Corporation) to prepare a test piece for a tensile test.
A chuck of a tensile tester was attached to the polyimide film and the polyimide reinforcing plate of the test piece, and a peel test was performed in accordance with JIS Z0237 under conditions of a 180 ° peel direction and a tensile speed of 50 mm / min.
